We liked that it had free and paid options, with the paid being the least expensive of similar softwares. But their cheap price tag didn't make up for their terrible customer support.
What do you dislike?
No customer support, and website has constant issues limiting functionality. Their support docs are for a previous version of site and are overall useless. We contacted them repeatedly by phone and email to resolve issue (site wouldn't let us add any states beyond the 'free' ones) and it took almost 10 days to receive a response. The same girl answers the phone and puts you on hold to 'contact' the tech department (and later, the manager), who are conveniently never available. We went with another company due to lack of support.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solving zero things with TaxCloud because we ended up using a much better service. They're more expensive, but absolutely worth it since we were able to get the taxes on our website up and running in less than an hour.
