"You Get What You Pay For"

What do you like best?

There is lots of plug-and-play functionality with all of the ecommerce marketplaces. If your specific marketplace isn't listed (like Google Shopping Actions / Google Express), you can create a manual feed and re-arrange the elements of the SOAP Api. It's also a very, very inexpensive product, which is great when retail margins are slim to begin with. If you're a scrappy FBA entrepreneur, this might be the product for you.

What do you dislike?

Integrations break constantly and have to be re-synced. The user interface is extremely ugly and un-intuitive. The support is nearly non-existent and fairly unhelpful. The software feels like a silicon valley side hustle of a good developer who works at a FAANG company. You have to be ready for a lot of debugging and blind troubleshooting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be ready for troubleshooting and debugging, but the rock bottom price reflects this experience.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Teapplix aggregates orders from all of our ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, Walmart 3P, Google Shopping Actions, Etsy) and pulls them into one spot. From there, after integration with your shipping carriers, you can ship out the product via Amazon FBA or from your own warehouse. It then integrates with your accounting software. Note: This isn't exactly seamless, but it has cut down on our order processing/accounting/shipping time by ~90%. I would recommend Teapplix, but only to the right type of person.

"Run away from this "

What do you like best?

If you have less than 250 SKU, you would be fine to use.

What do you dislike?

Super bad customer service.

It has too much server glitches.

I have been using Teapplix more than 7 years.

However, they have been improving nothing.

Their server has not been improving, the customer service workers are always rude and shouting to their customers, and losing too much listed data.

If you have only less than 250 SKUs you sould be okay for now with Teapplix.

But when your business grows and if you need more than 250 SKUs, you feel what I have been feeling. I'm trying to run away from this software.

"Solid. Functional. Great customer service."

What do you like best?

Great price & easy to talk to support. It does exactly what I need it to do.

What do you dislike?

UX is quite utilitarian but once you start using it, it makes a lot of sense. There is an open API but I haven't yet connected my POS to it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It does what it's supposed to do. Not fancy looking but packed full of functionality. At first I was a bit turned off by the UX but after careful comparison against other systems like Ordoro, Teapplix was the winner.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Central hub for all online inventory control. Inventory management and online order management. Shipping integration, including drop-shipping, and Amazon multi-channel fulfillment requests. Near real-time inventory from Amazon FBA broadcast to other multi-channel marketplaces and ecommerce sites like magento and walmart.

"Super responsive support"

What do you like best?

Teapplix was a great find. It did most of what I wanted out of the box, but when we had specific instances where we needed a different solution the support staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. When they didn't offer a way to have tax show through on our sales receipt exactly how we needed it, they had their developer integrate it into the next update and we were good to go!

What do you dislike?

There isn't a ton I dislike. I think it's a really solid software with a good staff.

Give it a shot and if you need something specific don't be afraid to reach out to support!

Linking our ecommerce platform with our quickbooks on desktop for sales going into quickbooks and inventory going into bigcommerce.
