Great functionality, interface, and support

What do you like best?

The platform helps us quickly develop customer content that would normally take time we don't have. The design is very intuitive and extremely user-friendly. Our CSM is smart, friendly, and responsive.

What do you dislike?

The sales staff was overbearing and only concerned about closing the deal, not solving our problems. When we were ready to purchase, they told us it would cost $10K more than they quoted us at the beginning of the process. They eventually honored the original price, and once we got past the sales team, the service was very good.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to create compelling customer content in much less time than we'd need to otherwise. We have case studies and supporting facts that help our sales process.

TechValidate makes it easy to reach a lot of customers at once and receive feedback. A lot more people will respond to a survey where they don't have to interact with anyone than to a phone call asking for a testimonial. We can quickly aggregate data and find exactly what we need based on product, industry, or other specifics.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would use this product. I felt it does exactly what it says it will do. It helps provide an easy way to access the information that can be crucial when determining who the next targets will be and what the next set of trends are. It also adds the ability to store our customers testimonials in a neat and easy way. Our company uses this to further our marketing efforts.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problems associated with research. It also helps us validate the different case studies and marketing research our company has conducted. It is a very useful tool to keep our sales team and marketing connected. It is also easily integrated into our system making it much easier to use. It is easily accessed within our Salesforce tabs.

What do you like best?

With TechValidate we were able to quickly generate and publish great content from customer survey responses with minimal effort beyond creating the survey itself. The team was super helpful in providing feedback and best practices suggestions on our survey questions and response options so we could get the most value out of them.

What do you dislike?

The subscription is expensive if you don't run many surveys. And you cannot simply host your published survey data without purchasing some number of surveys during the subscription period.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to quickly and easily produce and publish great content (testimonials, metrics, case studies) from customer survey responses .

What do you like best?

The software is easy to use (similar to Survey Monkey) and allows users to verify customer feedback and results with just a couple of clicks. TechValidate makes it easy to survey customers (while giving them an incentive to complete the survey) and provides great marketing assets to use publicly.

What do you dislike?

Limitations on surveys that need to be translated into different languages.

TechValidate allows for users to quickly publish customer success stories, feedback, and metrics. We've been able to build a large content library of techfacts that have been very helpful to use for marketing and sales.

What do you like best?

I really like the ease of use and the high level of customization you can create within the product. I've used it as a tool to independently validate a happy customer's experience for quotes and case studies and found it intuitive to use and better than other tools in the market.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that my account was setup automatically for large surveys, so even if I was only sending to one contact, the workflow called for multiple days of review. I contacted TechValidate though and our representative fast-tracked my survey for me since I was only sending to one customer to create a specific case study and not a mass mail.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy way to gain 3rd party validation for quotes and case studies from your customers. I've gained this information manually in the past and many times it was very time consuming and frustrating. TechValidate cut the time to get approved quotes and case studies in half.
