My company has its corporate headquarters located states away from our warehouse- at times it is hard for us to communicate efficiently/quickly when it comes to inventory management. TECSYS products allow us to all work in the same space & efficiently track & share inventory/supply data between all locations.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that the program will at time freeze up if data is input incorrectly (with character errors, etc.) & the fees are very large if TECSYS is required to log-in & fix the issue themselves.
Recommendations to others considering the product
TECSYS is a great tool for all of your management needs- I would highly recommend it. It is very intuitive & easy to use, which is great when you have many users that will be utilizing it. It is also easy to onboard others efficiency since it is so user friendly- saving costs.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This program allows us to manage our inventory from multiple locations. It has great sales/analysis tools & reports and allows us to track/manage current inventory, new shipments, and see when more orders need to be placed. There is such a large benefit to being ahead of your customers needs.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
