The visual aspect of mapping out territories makes life much easier for Sales operations. It's fully integrated with Salesforce.com, so you can then tie in reporting and such, which helps sales management. With constant field realignments, the tool worked great.
What do you dislike?
Not much .. used this at a previous employer and helped with the constant changing of field territories. Tough to sell in ROI to Sr. Management as it's only helping our CRM admin turn around changes quicker.

Worth a try if you have multiple sales reps sharing states .. you won't be dissappointed.
