"Work Smarter - Use Tesorio"

What do you like best?

- Ease of use. It is a simple, straight forward, powerful interface

What do you dislike?

The product roadmap is still being worked through. I love the software, want to use it in more areas to address more things but some of the features are still on the roadmap and not entirely baked. The team is very forward thinking and great to work with so I have no concerns that they will execute on additional features that make the product even better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The tools that are available are awesome. Not every need you might have right now will be met, but they will get there and you will enjoy the experience a ton in the meantime.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Time saver. Instead of having to build reports and models from data in NetSuite we get to move things to the decision state. Analysis and review of FX, AR, collections, and AP are much easier to manage.

- A more functional way to assess ForEx exposure on a more regular basis.

- Super slick management of customer invoices, collections, and the communication surrounding these items.

- Very easy way to manage short term cash forecasting and working capital management.

"Robust and intuitive product that revolutionizes workflows"

What do you like best?

-User friendly and intuitive design

-Incredibly fast processing speed

-Interactive invoices dashboard provides everything Accounts Receivable accountant needs in one place to assess collection risk, prioritize, manage contacts, workflows, and notes. Unlike what is done in accounting system, in Tesorio you don't have to click around and open many new windows

-Products team is available at a moment's notice and implements customer feedback rapidly (once a suggestion was implemented within 15 minutes)

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. The team is responsive and addressed my feedback in a timely manner

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Every Accounts Receivable workflow has improved since Tesorio was synced to our accounting system.

-Collections follow-up time decreased substantially and difficult customer accounts are identified at point of booking

-Days sales outstanding ratio is updated daily and uses a weighted average, providing relevant and real-time decision-making insight

"Excellent AR/AP management tool, easy implementation and user friendly interface"

What do you like best?

We loved the AR dunning process and have seen an improvement in our DSO as a result

Mass communications to customers is easy to schedule and manage. We use Tesorio to send customer statements and that has been extremely helpful.

What do you dislike?

There are a few things in the works like being able to sort the AR aging by invoicing item type. But overall there is not much to dislike. This is a truly great product.

The cash forecast functionality is still being improved upon but gives a fairly decent guideline on cash flow forecast.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is the easiest implementation I ave ever seen. WE on boarded about 6-8 users and them start using the system in the very first week.

Let your team sync their emails to Tesorio to enhance the benefit of customer communications.

AR dunning (several as noted above biggest is easy customer communications and reduced DSO)

Customer Statements - system automatically sends customer statements.

AP management (better view of AP aging and easy to see recent vendor communications)
