Noble Solutions Review

What do you like best?

I like that it allows us to scale our technical outreach and support. While we have customers across the world it allows us to respond at a timely manner and address any concerns with our customers.

What do you dislike?

The UI and software can be a little glitchy at times. My team members have also mentioned it is not that accurate in terms of time and time stamps.

Recommendations to others considering the product

make the support better. The UI and interface needs some imporovements as well.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving our customer support issues, as we can log all concerns properly and address them in a timely manner. This helps the overall business of our company trust in our clients.

What do you like best?

The ability to build a robust contact center using one software, giving us the chance to decide how simple or granular the system can be.

What do you dislike?

In order to get the most of the programs you have to enroll in classes that the are not included in the implementation costs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Come up with a list of all your needs and nice-to-have items so Noble implementation team can guide you through the best way to approach and build your system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Also, the system can be modified if the company's business needs change as well.

Support is top notch!

What do you like best?

Their support is fantastic and they really value customer feedback.

What do you dislike?

The Sales team tends to be very pushy and sometimes make promises that aren't kept.

Do a demo with an existing customer if you can.
