The Very First ESB Interfaces I came across and still value. High performance, thorough puts and robust ESB capabilities. The Best part is that now it is Cloud Deployable which is easy to access and maintain. The earlier version of TIBCO used dragging and dropping connectors and a lot of connection lines, which was not that great but has improved with time and is now much easier to use.
What do you dislike?
Building the Workspace takes time, even the tool gives "Not Responding" at times when working in back ground. The connectors being used feel a bit like lacking functionality when compared to other tools like Mulesoft. The Documentation is still improving and the community is growing, which is a good sign.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Customer and Quote Syncs for my Logistic based Client. Also, tried integrating and working with CRM and NetSuite Connectors.
Compared to other tools, it is easier to understand but not that brilliant.
