"Efficient, user friendly secure communication system"

What do you like best?

HIPAA compliant, user friendly interface with good alerting systems to allow for efficient communication and secure information sharing. The app on both the phone and the desktop are generally the same, so users do not need to learn different ways of using the app. Networks are easy to set up and communicating with other coworkers has never been so easy.

What do you dislike?

Most of the tech problems are internal and need to be referred to your own company's administrators. This can be timely, though most problems are internal and not a result of the app. In my experience, most of the problems are solved in a timely manner and do not require referral to Tiger Connect customer support.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Especially good for healthcare providers who need to remotely pass on information and stay HIPAA compliant. When time is a factor and one does not have time to file information, Tiger Connect allows for every day text messaging style to meet the needs of providers and maintain patient privacy.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quick communication with doctors, secure information passing. HIPAA compliant while allowing for the users to very quickly pass along information. The app allows for read receipts and reminders so providers do not miss important notifications and do not tie up communications on their personal text messages, and can stay HIPAA compliant without a complicated means of filing and following specific information intake guidelines mandated by health departments. The system's encryption allows for simple, timely communication.

"Interesting program"

What do you like best?

Allows for Instant communication, that is safe and protected with a bunch of users. They have a smaller, free version that they offer if you are using it for smaller areas of businesses or organizations. This is an all around great product.

What do you dislike?

Not a solution that I would recommend for a smaller group.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This product does well with what its supposed to do. We use it for training students on what programs or solutions they may see in the workplace. I will say that the full product will not do for the smaller departments or organizations however. They have a free solution that will do just that for the smaller companies and businesses, all around great product.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use this program to help students understand certain programs they may come into contact with when they reach their job locations. Since most of our work is as training and helping the users get used to the solution, we really just touch on the basics and what the solution can do.

"Great in a hospital"

What do you like best?

I love that this program is HIPAA compliant, it is an easy way to reach out to medical providers without distrupting their day and yet get the response I am needing quickly to continue caring for my patients.

What do you dislike?

I don't currently dislike anything about tigerconnect

This is a quick and noninvasive way to reach medical providers to ask questions to help facilitate smooth care for patients.

"Good app for patient communication "

What do you like best?

HIPPA compliance is a must when communicating about a patient via text messages.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes app freezes up, occasionally I get several alerts in a row even when I have no new messages.

"solidly built; dead simple to use"

What do you like best?

It is incredibly easy to use. You can be up and running without an instruction manual.

What do you dislike?

If it had Video Calls included, this product would be complete AND HIPAA secure.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is exactly what it says it is - texting in a HIPAA secure environment. It is a completely stable environment and my users need almost zero instruction.

"Constantly freezes!"

What do you like best?

HIPAA compliance is a must! Also being able to chat across the office or at home.

What do you dislike?

Constant freezing! Some days we have to switch to email to communicate which takes up time.

"Alert notification system "

What do you like best?

Informs me when there is a hospital wide issue

What do you dislike?

I wasn't aware of how to sign up for this until after the first hospital wide computer shut down

Employees should be informed on how to sign up to receive tiger text as it is a beneficial system to informing employees of emergencies.

"Excellent Service"

What do you like best?

Maintains ability to connect amongst other physicians without having to worry about privacy.

There should be an donotdisturb timer that can turn it off when your shift starts

"Secure and Easy to Use! A++++++"

What do you like best?

Program is HIPPA complaint which is a must in healthcare industry. Ease of use when contacting Physicians, information remains secure.

What do you dislike?

There are issues with program freezing. Perhaps an update may be required.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Video calling option would be helpful, as well as fixing the glitches causing the freezing. Good product otherwise. Highly recommend..

Security was great especially when needing to discuss private information
