What do you like best?
This system allows my coworkers and I flexibility, that we didn't have with prior in-office systems. Being able to login via a laptop or on a phone, gives it much more versatility.
What do you dislike?
If/when changes are made by our system administrators it seems to be "buggy" for a week to ten days after the fact. Whether that is related to actual software issues or our own side of things I don't know. Just an observation.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It couldn't hurt to do a walk through with your employees prior to implementation on how to login and use the features properly(in addition to any email or other communication sent out to employees).
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our business solved issues with making sure employees were tracking their break times. Along with having more flexibility for access to the system. Multiple avenues to login, at work, at home, on your phone. With security settings established for each.
