"We recommend TINT to all our clients."

What do you like best?

Per event pricing. The ability to format the feed so it looks best on LED screens. Moderation app. TintMix allowing us to upload sponsor and schedule slides prior to the event and to adjust the frequency in which they appear.

What do you dislike?

The interface is confusing. Takes some effort to become fluent in all aspects of setting up and operating a TINT at an event.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Test, test, and retest. How it looks on a big display is drastically different than how it looks on your computer monitor. Experiment with font sizes, # columns, etc. on the screen you're going to use for your event.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our clients love it. We use TINT on our mobile jumbotron at live events where the audience waits for their social post to appear so the sponsor exposure is tremendous.

"Excellent product for both event and web social feeds"

What do you like best?

The ability to create different styles and displays for the same content feed. We have a general content feed that we are able to style into our mobile application, on the homepage of our website and on digital signage and displays across campus.

The filtering feature is a close second - because we're a college campus, there are hundreds of posts using our hashtags and location tags from spam users, local business, clubs etc. Being able to filter out that conte to approve only legitimate and useful content is helpful.

Finally, the ability to use their simple mobile app to approve content on the go (like at a live event) makes a huge difference for us to get content up live on display boards quickly and easily.

What do you dislike?

The extra features come at a cost, which my department's budget can't always accommodate.

I would like a few more styling options in the display mode, which would allow us to get a little closer to our branding with fonts and style.

Honestly, there is very little to dislike about this product. The customer service is excellent and we are very happy with it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted a way to share our wealth of user-generated content in order to build our brand and better recruit students and faculty, as well as to build up a donor base that is excited about what we offer.

We have seen s huge increase in engagement with our user-generated content than we ever did with our content alone. It also helps us discover and share that UGC more quickly and easily than we did before using Tint.

What User-Generated Content solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!

"Consistently professional social displays"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of setup and use. The interface is clean and takes minimal training to get started. The support team is fast to respond and the support articles are light-hearted and presented in a fun way. The product performs well and creates professional looking social displays with minimal effort. The is a good menu of different display options so you'll almost always be able to find a way to display the social posts in an appealing way.

What do you dislike?

I believe the platform is expensive. There are other social display platforms that offer some of the basic features that TINT provides for free. New feature requests can take a long time to implement, if they're implemented at all. However, we have been fortunate that we have had some of our larger feature requests implemented.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a way to generate social discussion at large events. We try to present social content in real-time throughout the events and rely on TINT to help us display the moderated social content in a few different ways.

"Great tool that works well for us."

What do you like best?

The thing I love best is the focus on user generated content and how easy it is for us to request access to and utilize content created by our followers. They love seeing their photos showcased on our accounts!

What do you dislike?

I dislike the way some things display on web and on signage. Quoted retweets don't show up in a very friendly manner.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest is showing all the things we want from our social channels onto our website. Along with that, having live feeds for big events we do has been really helpful.

"We absolutely love this product. "

What do you like best?

The ability to stream live updates, posts, photos in sync with our social media is ideal. Visually this company has nailed it for what we're looking for to integrate out social media content to our website.

What do you dislike?

About every 30 Days I have to delete the linked account, create it again, and reinsert the HTML into our site. I wish there was a more affordable premium option for smaller business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tint has replaced our previous need for a blog style section on our front page of our website.
