"Customer Twice"

What do you like best?

The TOPO team asked the right questions, met with a handful of team members that touched our go to market team and truly understood the challenges we were up against. In addition to gaining a thorough understanding of these challenges they laid out a plan to execute that was very specific and actionable. I've had consultants come in and give very broad/high-level overviews where I felt like the team couldn't take action; this was applicable immediately.

What do you dislike?

This was such a solid experience, it's hard to say there was anything I disliked. If anything, I would have liked to have them in for other projects concurrently.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The TOPO team is all about specificity in their deliverables; the investment to address a key challenge is executed upon in a shorter period of time than originally imagined. The access to their research and content is amazing in itself but if you do decide to bring TOPO into a unique project they will take a personal interest to ensure your success. They genuinely care about their customers success.

"Great consulting agency, strong individuals and nice structure"

What do you like best?

Non-hours based model. It's fantastic having a scope and no fear with the consultancy that we're going to "go over". It's expensive, but the peace of mind you'll get it right is great. The team is incredibly strong as well, some other top sales consultancies rely on getting the "best" person they have or it feels like you're getting a book read to you.

What do you dislike?

The amount of pre-baked material could be higher. Feels like some playbook and other items should be a bit more formulaic and we could get more out of the engagement and some early deliverables rolling.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you have a project manager, you must have a point person that can help drive internally as well as some of the vision. Having too many cooks in the kitchen can become a problem.

"Underwhelming"

What do you like best?

TOPO puts on good events that are useful for networking and collaboration.

What do you dislike?

Overall, felt like we were given a lot of work ultimately for them to present as their own work. Data gathered provided to TOPO was altered when ultimately presented to company management.

"Helped with sales enablement "

What do you like best?

I liked the organization of information. This was very helpful in the sense that I didn't have to poke around for information

What do you dislike?

Nothing. I thought that the service was easy to use and helped a lot with consuming information
