Non-hours based model. It's fantastic having a scope and no fear with the consultancy that we're going to "go over". It's expensive, but the peace of mind you'll get it right is great. The team is incredibly strong as well, some other top sales consultancies rely on getting the "best" person they have or it feels like you're getting a book read to you.
What do you dislike?
The amount of pre-baked material could be higher. Feels like some playbook and other items should be a bit more formulaic and we could get more out of the engagement and some early deliverables rolling.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure you have a project manager, you must have a point person that can help drive internally as well as some of the vision. Having too many cooks in the kitchen can become a problem.
