That it integrates with our ATS (iCIMS). For the most part our new hires don't experience any trouble with completing their I-9 form and it makes it easier for us during the onboarding process that it's electronic.
What do you dislike?
Upon submitting Section 2, even though it states it's complete sometimes it doesn't go through. I have to go back into the new hire's profile and search for "E-Verify Completed" under the Form I-9 Record Summary to confirm.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We've experienced random glitches (receipts, submission, etc.) that could've caused us to be non-compliant had we not discovered it in time.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
