What do you like best?
The user interface is pretty nice, and all the functions are pretty self explanatory. It's good for not only tracking your work hours, but also your time off and there's a calendar function to see when others are taking time off too.
What do you dislike?
The PTO tracking is not always accurate, and once you submit a time sheet for the week, then you cannot edit it afterwards. I understand why this is, but there are times when things are running late because someone else needs to fix a clerical error.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you don't have very many employees, then this system can be useful for tracking all of their payroll and PTO information. Any larger companies might want to do a little more research first.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Keeping track of PTO and just time off / worked in general is great, really gives me a sense of certainty that I'll be compensated properly and correctly for all my time.
