"Excellent customer service and a company committed to evolving their product"

What do you like best?

The program is very easy to use for guest and administration. Their tutorials and help links usually can resolve any problem that you may have. If you are still are confused on how to work something in the program, their staff is always readily available via email or a phone call. Our point of contact, Jovito, is always making sure we are doing well and satisfied with TG. He has been extremely helpful and patient with any questions we have and always very friendly.

Within the first few months that we have been using TG, staff and guest have praised how efficient and professional it looks. We have seen updates in the program which shows that TG is committed to evolving and becoming better.

What do you dislike?

We have been very satisfied from the very beginning implementation stage to now when it is running in full swing. We have had a few badge printing issues but that has nothing to do with TG itself but rather the printer company.

I would highly recommend traction guest if you are looking for a guest management program. They have simplified the whole process to make it obtainable for anyone while looking professional and sharp. The staff are knowledge and incredible support. We have never used guest management programs before and we are thrilled with the innovation of Traction Guest.

This has created a direct line of communication between guest and host rather than needing a front desk assistant. It gives specific details to the host about what guest has arrived and allows us to be thorough with our HIPAA compliance.

"Awesome Customer Service!!"

What do you like best?

I am new to traction guest and just wanted to comment on how great your customer service reps are. I have been working with Jovito Salem and Ryan Canby. They have both gone above and beyond to ensure that I understand everything and have my experience set up correctly. They even stayed on a call with me for a little longer to make sure I was comfortable with everything. They are both extremely responsive to all of my annoying email questions. I am super impressed! Thank you!

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a more robust user guide. Right now, it explains how to do things, but there is little in the way of troubleshooting. So if I follow all the instructions in the guide and then don't get the results I want....I wish there was another guide of fixes or suggestions. I would also love to see some more advanced Salesforce Mapping. But I know you are new and your developers are still working on things. I am excited to see what is next.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are doing away with the last bit of our manual data entry and also streamlining our sign-in process for all our guest and visitors. I am excited to go from a piece of paper that guests hand write their info on, to using traction guest to not only capture the data but also to map it to our Salesforce account.

"Most Customizable Sign In system on the market! Used at Unilever"

What do you like best?

This entire product is customizable:

-Hardware (ipad, stand, printer)

-Sign In funnel: every step is controlled though the TractionGuest Admin Portal

Customer Service is phenomenal:

-Sales are really knowledgeable and not pushy at all

-Development representation exists and are willing to work with you on special needs

Design:

-Admin Web interphase follows modern web design, it makes you feel like you truly are using the newest greatest tech

-Sign In application is clean, simple and straightforward to use for walking in guests

ROI:

-the system reduced the time it takes for people to sign in with security. (coming from a paper logbook system)

What do you dislike?

The badge design interface is still rough around the edges. To overcome this downfall, TractionGuest reps are willing to work with you and design you a badge based on your needs for you.

- Ease of communication with guests. For example, one of our visitors at our site lost their badge and when someone turned it in, we were able to send a message to the guest via dashboard to come pick up their badge from the the front desk.

"Great tool with a tremendous amount of flexibility."

What do you like best?

I really like that you have the so much flexibility with this product. This tool allows you to create multiple views for any environment and has been instrumental in helping validate visitor against government watch-lists. It is fairly straightforward in its operation, however, on occasion you can get stuck. No worries there, the support staff is extremely helpful and very quick in responding to any question you may have. The support from the staff on this product is outstanding. I tend to pick products for ease of use, their ability to integrate with Salesforce and most importantly their customer support. This company excels in all 3 categories. Great Work and please keep up the personal service.

What do you dislike?

The experience editor is a little cumbersome to display all of the data you want on the screen at one time which make it a little bit clunky, however, this only occurs when you have an extremely complex sign-in path. This dislike in my opinion is extremely forgivable after working with the tool and seeing how user friendly it is.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure when you select a solution that you get free and quality support included with your tool. That was one of the key reasons for selection TG and I am very happy with the decision.

We needed a way to take our visitor log from a paper environment to a digital environment allowing us a quick and easy method to view and analyse our visitors. In addition we needed a tool to allow us to display compliance with several of our industries demands, this tool provided all of that and more.

"Traction Guest surpasses all other guest management services we looked in to!"

What do you like best?

The configurability of the software. We knew we wanted a system that would differentiate between US and Non-US citizens AND have the ability to display that value someway on the printed ID badge. Working with Traction they were able to quickly set us up with a system that would print the word "visitor" at the bottom of the badge with the coloring being different between the two types of guests. This allowed us to display the value of "Citizen or Non-US citizen" without specifically printing that value to the badge.

What do you dislike?

We initially had some problems with the repeat guest function which allowed guests to skip the picture taking portion of the program. The program wouldn't print the returning guests old picture to the badge but instead printed a silhouette of a person to the photo section. That problem was addressed promptly and we no longer have any issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you know what you want your guest management to look like feel free to ask the folks over at Traction. Something we thought we wouldn't be able to easily do with any guest management software was easy for them to accomplish with only a little input from us. You won't be disappointed!

"Traction Guest for Pharmapace"

What do you like best?

The user experience and interface. Simplistic design and straight to the point. The hand to hand deployment with trial period, vendor and client is great, customer support is top-notch. The customizable templates are a breathe of fresh air versus other platforms where the changes are limited or non-existent.

What do you dislike?

Not necessarily a dislike, but there are so many ways to customize the user experience, one may be overwhelmed with how many templates to create for the specific user/guest interactions.

Straightforward platform with customizable templates and ease of use in mind. Great customer to client user interactions and support.

One recommendation for the developers of Traction Guest:

The Microsoft Outlook integration, so sending invitations can be seamless thru a platform that every user in an office environment uses on a daily basis.

The integration would alleviate the need for hosts to sign into the traction guest web portal to create the template invite to the guest, but rather just send an invite via Outlook like usual calendar meeting invites work within the software platform.

The traditional pen and paper sign in workflow. The software alleviates the old-fashioned function and creates a more professional and modern experience in today's small business offices.

Benefits include speed of signing in and checking in guests and informing clients their guest have arrived via email and SMS text messages.

What do you like best?

Customer support and Product Development. Customer support team has fast response and any issues we have are dealt with promptly. Most features we have asked for have been added.

We would like to see integration with Lenel which was originally listed as a product feature that was being worked on.

What do you dislike?

Experience editor has limited functionality, for example some language settings are not in the experience editor and use the iPad language, this is problematic for sites that have visitors that speak multiple languages.

Consider this vendor if you are looking for ease of use and future product development.

Look into the integration features as they add a lot of value to the software.

"Responsive company, good product."

What do you like best?

I like the fact that I can contact our Customer Service representative and get answers very quickly on even complex issues. The fact that the product is constantly being developed gives customer feedback extra weight, as well. Traction seems to consider feedback seriously when adding or improving features.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing, or I should say I often forget my way around. I think part of it is that they pack a lot into a very clean interface. The other part of it is that I'm only marginally smarter than a trained ape.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I can't tell how it would be for large-volume guest processing, but for SMB's this is a solid product with great support and features that allow for ITAR compliance, wrapped in a decent looking, unique interface.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We utilize Traction's Visual Compliance plug-in, which allows us to automatically run screens on guests when they are invited and when they arrive. Our facility is smaller, and the number of visitors we get in a day is usually in the single-digits, but it's nice not having a paper guest book and hand written badges. This platform has taken a few jobs and simplified them into one portal.

"Does what we need and things we didn't know we need"

What do you like best?

Traction does what it says it will but the best part is the Customer Service. Ryan (our rep) is very responsive and helpful getting all aspects of the program set up.

What do you dislike?

I have a lot of paths (experiences) I need to make that are close to identical with just a few small differences. I'm not able to copy something and make an adjustment, I need to do the full path every time.

If you need a guest sign in software, this is one you should definitely consider. They help with the setup of the program and worked with me to get the printer set up even though it needed some extra help.

"Great Guest System "

What do you like best?

The ease of access for manipulating and making it look professional. We were able to incorporate are companies logo and color schemes very easy to give it a universal theme that matches everything else from the website to our sign.

It is a great product. Anyone could set it up after a short demonstration. The customer service at Traction was also great they have a really positive attitude and are passionate about the product they sale.

a check in system at the front of our business for customers, clients and interviews. Also a way for trucks to check in with. Both have been realized. This gives us a more secure building and a way to monitor were people are in the building. We were also able to put custom pdf forms on it so people could sign are safety policies and NDA making people aware of safety policies and keeping are warehouse more secure.

"TractionGuest Set Up"

What do you like best?

From the demo to set up of the App, it has been a pleasure working with TractionGuest. We required some customization and Josh did a great job listening to what we needed and was able to creatively help think of different ways to use the App. Enjoyed the amount of time given to configure the Application. Josh was very professional and easy to work with.

What do you dislike?

Our wireless printer was not working on our network, so we werent able to set it up onsite. We were able to test it off site and was able to test the printer successfully.

Very easy to use!

We will be able to see who is in our building. We are expanding and will be expecting more guests when we open our new space. Currently our paper sign in and out is not very efficient or accurate.

"Easy to use with room to grow!"

What do you like best?

I like how simple you can make it as well as how complex you want to make it. Right now we use basic functions and we like that we have a lot of room to grow. So if we ever want to add to our user experience there is a plethora of features we can take advantage of.

What do you dislike?

Only issue we have had is with the Active Directory (AD) Sync. May be on our end, but sometimes when our directory syncs or we try to add someone it can disrupt the coding and our hosts disappear. Other than that we haven't had any issues and love it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking for something simple or something with a lot of functions/features in terms of a visitor sign-in software, Traction Guest is your best bet. They have something for every size office and for every type of company.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to track who is in our office at any given time and this really helps us from a security perspective. Before we were unsure who was in the office, what company they were with, what room they were in etc. Being able to run reports and look at trends also helps us out from a facilities perspective.

"The customer service is outstanding! "

What do you like best?

Our account rep is always willing to provide us with one-on-one training and he is always friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike?

We wish there was an option to have phone number as a "unique identifier" over email. Some of our guests refuse to put their email address.

They are willing to work with multi-tenant buildings and offer great support at a very competitive rate. Great price for a wonderful product.

"Great product, great support"

What do you like best?

The support from the Traction Guest team during the process of setting it up for our company and after we went live is excellent. I get answers to all of my questions quickly, and I am never disappointed in their level of knowledge or their ability to help.

They are willing to take suggestions for enhancements, and have even built out custom pieces of the software because we requested it.

Our visitors like using the iPad when they arrive at the building. The process is very quick and efficient, and creates a seamless, fun to use system that gives our employees immediate notification when their guests arrive. It also allows security to focus more on their primary tasks.

One big plus is the guest photos - employees know exactly who to look for when they greet them in the lobby.

Overall, a great product that has improved the experience of our visitors, their hosts, and the reception and security teams in the lobby.

What do you dislike?

We run into limitations with the pre-registration piece (the Invites section). It doesn't have enough flexibility to differentiate expected guests, and email is a required field. We don't always have email addresses for our guests. It would be nice if we could customize the Invite form.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is an excellent visitor tracking system. It is very flexible and can be configured any number of ways to give your visitors and your employees who host visitors a great experience.

If you need to track anything other than visitors (such as long-term contractors), the company is working on enhancements that will make that easier to do. For example, notifications based on visitor begin and end dates, and enhancements to the invites form.

If you have questions or concerns, just ask - the team is always ready to find the right answer for you, and to look into how the software can be enhanced.

The security and reception team like to be able to see who is expected in the building that day. It is also a huge plus to know who is in the building at any given time, for emergency/safety purposes.

"Flexible and Customizable Visitor Managment system "

What do you like best?

I like that the platform can be set up to manage one location or multiple locations. Each location can have its own user sign-in experience, customized to their specific needs. Visitors who travel to multiple sites can be remembered by Traction Guest to expedite their sign-in at other locations. The system is quite easy to navigate and with a little guidance from the account managers, they can have your system up and running smoothly in a very short amount of time.

What do you dislike?

If I could change one thing, it would be making the QR code icon a little larger and easier to select.

Send Traction a list of what your company's requirements are for managing visitors and they will help you build a completely customized visitor sign in experience that will meet all your needs. If there are ever any problems, their account managers are very quick to respond. They have also helped set up multiple sites in different cities, so that all our facilities can be on one main database. That way, if a visitor signs in at one plant, they can be remembered so the next time they check in at a different plant that is also using Traction Guest, the system can remember which documents they signed and have their picture already there.

Auditors are no longer able to cite a nonconformity or noncompliance on my visitor management program. Prior to Traction Guest, I was getting a lot of negative feedback from many auditors that we had little control of our visitors and that we couldn't prove that we were giving them the training they were supposed to receive.

"The easiest and robust software for our business needs"

What do you like best?

Quick SMS Notifications, ability to send invites to guests, features like security bundles and watchlist, are awesome. The software is easy to understand and customize as per business needs.

What do you dislike?

Designing experiences as per needs is little tricky and host selection can be minimized to our local site rather than entire company.

Eliminated manual sign in on a paper. With ease we can track guests who are onsite in case of emergency. Traction guest reduced a lot of effort for our front desk receptionist and improved our ability to track guests easily who are visiting our site.

It's not a dislike so much as it is a statement that the current platform lacks a security officer model that is required for our properties. However, Traction Guest is again the only platform venturing into that space aside from a few established platforms with known issues

"Full service visitor management program"

What do you like best?

I love the look and feel of the visitor sign in experience! The Traction Guest Platform allows me to customize what our visitors see on the kiosk based on what they will be doing at our facility. If they are here to work as a contractor/vendor, we have certain documents that must be signed. If the visitor is here for a meeting or an interview, there are different reqiurements.

I am able to collect all the required food safety, Environmental, health and safety (EHS), and confidentiality agreement documentation and store it electronically within the system, so I can pull up any visitor records during an audit to show they have been informed of all these requirement.

I also like the ability of the system to send out email notifications to the person each visitor is on-site to see, letting them know they are here.

What do you dislike?

With only one kiosk, having multiple visitors signing in for the first time does take a little longer, since they each have to go through all the documentation acknowledgment and safety training processes individually. This can easily be remedied by purchasing more devices, licenses and kiosks, but that is more costly and not always practical.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take advantage of their support system while implementing this platform. Have them teach you how to use the experience editor to make sure you build the exact visitor experience you are looking for.

We have been able to solve some recurring Food Safety management system (SQF, FSMA, etc.) recurring audit findings by now being able to show that all our visitors have received the required training and signed the appropriate documentation. We have also been able to demonstrate that we train all our visitors on our basic site emergency plan activities (what to do if there is an evacuation, severe weather, etc) and communicate our site Environmental policy and what our key significant environmental aspects are.

"Makes event registration smooth as silk"

What do you like best?

238 people checking in... and we didn't have a lineup for a second! But the coolest part was setting up a watch-list so that I was pinged every time a presenter checked in. No more worrying about whether one of my speakers was on-site yet.

What do you dislike?

That I didn't use Traction Guest last year.... so much paper and sorting.... ick.

"Registration Made Seamless and Easy - Love it!"

What do you like best?

The service we received from Jovito and his team made the process so easy. We were able to communicate our needs and desires & they made them happen.

What do you dislike?

There was some lag at the registration desk - though this could be attributed to the questions we needed the guests to answer. It would have been great to have 3 Ipads vs the 2.

We wanted to be able to collect data from the registrants prior to the conference which has always been a pain point. Traction Guest helped solve this issue and we also were able to create name badges on site quickly eliminating the painful way we did this the previous year. We had a lot of compliments on the badges as opposed to last year where we had A LOT of complaints!

"Streamlined Check-in Process"

What do you like best?

With only a week before Dreamforce 17, we engaged in conversation with the Traction Guest team and committed to implement a trial run of Traction Guest to streamline the checkin process for our planned events. Big kudos to the entire team for making the implementation process seamless. The integration with Salesforce allowed update campaigns in real-time as our guest were checking in to each event. Additionally, it allowed us to populate the registration list, so when a guest was checking in - it immediately recognized their email and populated all their info automatically! Our guests loved it - we loved it! A must have at every event!

What do you dislike?

I didn't know about Traction Guest sooner!

"Traction Guest for Visitor Identification and Screening "

What do you like best?

The system provides excellent flexibility for customizing the visitor's experience. I have received numerous compliments on the entry kiosk. Visitor badging is also robust allowing detailed information and the use of self expiring badges.

What do you dislike?

The system notifies the administrator of all issues. It would be helpful if it would notify the hosts for such events as visitors appearing on the visual compliance watch list and visitors who arrive uninvited.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We found it helpful to create a workflow of the process used to handle visitors. This can be communicated to the Traction Guest team and promotes in the initial evaluation and configuration of the product. It also allows the validation that the product is a good fit for the application.

Traction Guest provided the ability to create an "unmanned" lobby entry system which notifies the host of an arriving visitor electronically. The cost savings in redeploying lobby staff paid for the system in less than 6 months.

"Easy to use. Fast customer service. "

What do you like best?

The format is easy to understand for both the guests and the coordinators. Changes are easy to make and all our data on visitors is easy to export to review. We also have a lot of people who forget to sign out when they leave and TG has a feature that will automatically log them out at the end of the day.

What do you dislike?

We have 6 coordinators who I would prefer to receive the emails when students arrive. However, the last time I check, you cannot use an email address more than once. You also cannot reprint pictures for badges so the guest/student has to retake their picture every time. We have some people who come every day for 3 months.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The only issue we have is that we cannot print photos on our badges because our sign-in area is not well lite. This is a tablet/space/printer issue, not a TG issue, but an important one to keep in mind.

We are using TG in a fairly unconventional way. We have a high number of students come through for shadowing/clinical rotations. We have the students apply beforehand and then on each day of their rotation, they sign in and out via TG. This allows us to see who is in the building and easily track our student data. We had previously been doing this by hand/at the patient sign-in counter and now the process is much more efficient.

"Elite Visitor Management System"

What do you like best?

The staff and support that Traction Guest provides is definitely in line with the product that they offer and has been a huge factor with my decision on choosing Traction Guest.

What do you dislike?

I don't so much dislike this but Traction Guest is still evolving and modifying their system to cater to their clients needs. It's more so just having the patience to wait for features and adjustments to best meet your individual needs.

Are biggest need that is has been addressed with Traction Guest is the data collection with photos, digital NDAs, and historical visitor data. The interface and program is very easy to use and helps our organization stay organized. The team is very personal and love customer feed back. Need a feature added? Just contact your customer support rep and they will submit the request. The company grows with its customers and are great to work with!

Traction provides a paperless interface that is fun and easy for our clients to sign in. We are a technology based company and this product gives our clients a "techie" feel when coming to visit us for conferences or training.

"Smooth"

What do you like best?

User friendly and flexible. Product can be setup easily without support

What do you dislike?

Printer capabilities. This product integrating with some type of security system would allow a company to purchase and a "one stop shop" interface/system. This is something I have not been able to find anywhere, at least without a provider combing many different types of products, which carries the potential for issues that would require support from several different entities; therefore not worth our time. One system/interface that allows a company to do the following within one site based or cloud software at an attractive price point would take the cake. VMS, visitor ID scanning, control door proximity readers and intercom, etc...

"Traction Guest - Simplify the Sign-In Process "

What do you like best?

I love how streamline and simple it is for visitors to sign-in. I also love how you much you can configure with Traction Guest like the badge and the UI/UX on the mobile app. They also have a bunch of tools and integrations that you can use with Traction Guest.

What do you dislike?

They don't have so much features yet that I would like to have, but they do listen to your comments and they have new features coming out all the time.

Traction is simple and easy to use. Other products can be more difficult to configure.

Every time a visitor comes into our building, a receptionist has to manually enter each visitor. If you have a lot of visitor at once this could take a while to get everyone sign-in. With Traction Guest, we are now streamlining and make it simple and faster for visitors to sign-in.

"Traction Guest at PGE"

What do you like best?

Traction Guest is very simple and easy to use. Coming from a company with slow technology adoption, Traction Guest has been a smooth transition from our paper process to an electronic process. The team is also very responsive and always willing to help answer any questions.

What do you dislike?

We have run into a few minor bugs here and there that have been difficult to troubleshoot.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are updating our paper and pen process to a more streamlined process. Traction Guest allows us to capture logs and view them in real time at multiple locations at one time. This has reduced our paper footprint while also reducing the need to send out people to collect paper logs.

"Traction Guest is easy to set up and even easier to use for hosts/visitors."

What do you like best?

Traction Guest's ease of use for new users. This has by far been the easiest setup for administrators and hosts that have frequent visitors. After playing with the actual sign in process, I have had no glitches or errors and the sign in process has worked flawlessly.

What do you dislike?

Some of the experiences need more details. Invites could also use a bit more work in terms of the amount of details that can be entered on behalf of the visitor.

Play around with all of the experiences. This will allow you to find a path that is seamless.

We were looking to simplify the way visitors came into our building, as well as looking for a more professional manner of doing so. Traction guest solves both of these.

"Amazing customer service!"

What do you like best?

It is so easy to set up and use, and if you have any problems at all with either the customer service team are second to none, and have the quickest response time!

What do you dislike?

There isn't any I don't dislike, however, if there was one improvement that would be great is if we were able to preview any changes we make before saving them. Not a big deal, as I have another iPad I can view the changes on

We are moving away from paper sign in, and trying to ring staff every time they have a visitor. The email and text notifications are much more efficient in letting staff know they have visitors.

"Traction guest is working smoothly!"

What do you like best?

I like best that guests take their own photos and that it notifies the person they are here to see.

What do you dislike?

Have not come across anything I dislike about traction guest, most issues are user error.

Security tracking of badges in and out have been a huge help, also people love getting the notifications with the photos so when they arrive in the lobby to pick up their guests they already know who they are looking for!

"Great visitor check-in solution!"

What do you like best?

I love how quick and easy the solution was to setup and start testing. Working the with sales team was a breeze. I did not feel like I was being forced to buy a specific package. It was about what my organization needed and how we would use the solution.

What do you dislike?

Some of the limitations based on which pack you select (i.e. multiple admins, salesforce integration, etc.)

Recommendations to others considering the product

Like we did, I would recommend testing out the available options out there. Some companies may have different requirements, based on deliveries, numbers of users, number of locations, etc. However, for any SMB this solution is great! I set it up myself in less than an hour.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Check-in confusion, who should be contacted and when. We also had our phone system ring two contacts when guests arrived - which required them to stop working and tend to guests. Guests now make contact with the appropriate "hosts" and the host is notified via email and SMS.

"Great customer service"

What do you like best?

The Team at Traction Guest have provided great concierge service to help us with our guest experience.

What do you dislike?

When I was first introduced to Traction Guest, I found the back end UI a bit cumbersome. The TG team has since streamlined the process and look of the administration area.

The Traction Guest support team has helped us realize what we needed out of the software and hardware. they gave us guidance and options for the badge printing capabilities, and continue to support our team when we have questions

"Great System and Implementation."

What do you like best?

Easy of use for staff and visitors. Helpful team at Traction to get the system configured and customized.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes, we have had the system for months and have no issues.

we are able to keep track of our visitors, and staff is notified upon their arrival. We are also able to track documentation per visitor and use digital signatures for sign off.

"Traction as VMS for Social Media company"

What do you like best?

I like the dashboard, setting up the screens through the "experience" page was easy to visualize.

What do you dislike?

You have to use a "form" to get more information in a module, the initial sign-in module is customizable.

Our VMS was lagging in our NDA's and forms which needed to be signed also was limited in customization.

"Traction Guest "

What do you like best?

We can know exactly when someone arrives and have them fill out an NDA before coming in. We were having issues with it connecting to docusign, so it being able to use the guest sign feature has been a huge help.

What do you dislike?

It goes offline a couple of times a week.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It solves the need to have someone sitting downstairs, while still being able to see when someone has arrived. The ability to track who has been in the building and who currently is, is quite a plus.

"Best experience with traction guest system "

What do you like best?

Combine and integrate all features and functions which we are looking for . Super user friendly to build up your own customized guest system in different scenarios . It’s fun and early to build everything just like play LEGO

What do you dislike?

So far nothing I could complain , even I do , the responsible customer service is super helpful , and I don’t worry about that

What do you like best?

Ease of use and the admin portal. Configuring the experience was very simple and seems to be easy for our guests to use.

"Does exactly what we need."

What do you like best?

Simple to use sign in and guest tracking.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike about this product.

Provides us a process to track guests, and ensure they sign an NDA. We know who has been here and when, and if they have actually signed. We are considering using it for more event management, as we go to trade shows and conventions as well.

"Simple way to manage visitors coming to our office/building!"

What do you like best?

Ease of use, quickly get a notification once our guests have arrived, with a photo, so we know who we are looking to find.

What do you dislike?

Experience Editor-Choice Page-Choice Text - if too many characters, the text doesn't wrap. There is a work around so this isn't horrible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for information on who is in the building at any given time in case of emergencies. We'll also use to manage contractors and changes needed based on the length of their time contracting with us.

"Amazing app & people"

What do you like best?

I love the simplicity of the app. It's very easy to use and doesn't take long to learn.

What do you dislike?

I really have no dislikes about this app. The experiences tab took a bit to get used to, but nothing that couldn't be figured out with a little help from tech services!

Knowing when someone is waiting in our lobby. I can see when someone checks in and if they have been attended to. And no guessing on what their handwriting says!

What do you like best?

I like the way you create experiences. it's easy to use and fairly intuitive.

What do you dislike?

The export feature could use some additional flexibility to allow you to export by experience rather than filtering on the excel side.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are capturing more sign-ins (and they are now legible!) which was our primary goal and use for Traction Guest. We are also beginning to use Guest to capture inquiry and tour related information in various areas of our agency. It's a quick and easy way to move away from paper.

What do you like best?

I really like that everyone, across all walks of life, can easily use Traction Guest and have an enjoyable sign-in experience. Additionally, Traction Guest is very customizable and can meet a vast majority of the requirements we have. Working with the team at Traction has been a very enjoyable experience as well.

I dislike that there is no built-in feature to analyze your data.

"Simple to Setup, Easy for Customers to Use"

What do you like best?

Traction Guest provides our customers with a seamless sign-in process that is tailored to our exact needs.

What do you dislike?

The only downfall to traction guest is that it requires us to use apple products. We had to deviate from our standard device configuration for this, but it was worth it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before using Traction Guest, we had customers sign in on a piece of paper. That piece of paper would get shuffled around to many different places and we would lose it. Traction guest keeps everything in one place for us.

"Real Time Updates, Great Customer Service"

What do you like best?

The availability of customer service, ability to create dynamic workflows, and user friendliness of the app

What do you dislike?

Setting up security bundles with shared locations is not as logical as I would have liked it to be, otherwise everything is great!

What do you like best?

The customization available in the experiences workflow is unparalleled. It's the easiest to use and most powerful tool in the business.

What do you dislike?

I haven't encountered anything that I don't like so far! The team is incredibly helpful, the product is incredibly flexible and easy to use. No complaints!

"Traction Guest - Dirge of the Paper Sign-in Sheet"

What do you like best?

Guest allows you to customize the sign in and notification process with surprising granularity. Traction's staff are refreshingly easy to reach for help with design and troubleshooting.

What do you dislike?

Frustratingly, the welcome page in the Experience Editor is quite static and inflexible; editing power over the welcome page is severely limited.

"The solution I have been looking for!"

What do you like best?

I have worked at many startups with guest registration and we could never find the perfect solution. Traction Guest is so customizable we were even able to prevent implementing an additional software or system for other reasons.

"Great Customer Service and Function"

What do you like best?

Traction Guest is very user friendly as I can make my own changes any time I need to. Great Customer Service from the team with questions or concerns. Checks all the boxes for Aerospace companies to be ITAR compliant.

What do you dislike?

System doesn't remember you without email address. Doesn't have "full legal name" on screen to go through Visual Compliance.
