Tradeshift is, by far, the easiest and most reliable invoicing system that we currently use. To invoice our customer, it takes even less time than prepping invoices to be mailed, and it has repeatedly proven more reliable than e-mail or fax invoicing. You get a quick confirmation that the invoice has been received and processed. It greatly minimizes room for error, as most of the information from the purchase order transfers over to the pre-filled invoice. From there, we just need to fill in the gaps and hit send. Couldn't be simpler!

The deadline for submitting a review was 9/2/15. I had to sign up for a LinkedIn account first, which was time-consuming. Then I wrote a very thoughtful review. They sent a link to claim your gift card, and then once you filled that out, you would receive the card within 1-3 days. I received nothing. I contacted Tradeshift on 9/10/15 about it. I waited. No response. I contacted them again on 9/22/15. Nothing. They still have not given me the courtesy of a response.
While $10 is not a big deal, it was a promise that was made, and it was broken. And then to have no follow up? I am not impressed.****
The only problem I've had with Tradeshift is that I do not see a way to send a credit memo to the customer. I would love to see this functionality in the future.
