Traincaster customer service is awesome - I had a dedicated rep that was always available to answer my questions. The reporting menu is extremely helpful, allowing me to see at a glance the status of training within my organization and break it down any way I need to.
What do you dislike?
The only reason we switched away from TC was to use the LMS provided within our HRIS system.

It helped us to mobilize and track training over 2 states with 350+ employees.
