"Outrageous "

I am very angry with this system so not complimentary of any of its features

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I make a large number of travel bookings for my company throughout the year spending tens of thousands on hotels and flights. I decided to try out TravelPerk over Booking.com and I would NOT recommend any company using this service if thinking of doing so for company travel bookings. With regard to hotel bookings, I always need the flexibility of rooms that can be cancelled due to advance bookings on a large scale. When you select this on a filter, it not only misleads you to hotels that actually aren't cancellation friendly but upon booking any rooms, TravelPerk use various agents with different cancellation policies so you could book different trips at the same hotel and have different terms and conditions?

There are various other complications including not being able to see changes on your booking when you make them and chasing refunds when you have cancelled rooms. It is a nightmare to manage and I would NOT recommend TravelPerk to any company - I have lost so much money on behalf of my company through it and when I have explained the complications, nothing gets resolved.

For any companies out there looking for a solution to group bookings for hotels and flights, do NOT use TravelPerk - I have never been more disappointed or make such a mistake.

"Work trips made easy"

What do you like best?

I love that i do not have to do screenshots to express my preferences when asking my office manager to book a trip!

What do you dislike?

I like basically everything, I would only like to have extra things added in the booking list on top of flight and hotel. For example trains. Teamleader, the company I work for, is based in the wonderful city of Ghent that is reachable by an express train from Brussel. Every time I travel to Ghent I also need a train ticket. If travelperk would add these options to its interface my work trips would be even smoother.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Surely time management and expense reporting are a lot easier now! Consider that we are a company of almost 200 people that every 4 months gets together for meetings and teambuilding, can you imagine how hard it is for our office team to arrange trips and accomodation for all of them? With travelperks we can express our preferences and the office team can finalize the booking much easier! plus, with saving time, also costs are reduced because prices do not rise that much!

"Very good experience"

What do you like best?

I love that I can plan a complete trip. I first create a new Trip concept with my dates. Preselect flights and hotels. Leave it and return to finish it without having to do the search all over again. I love that it saves the draft of my trip. Also, I liked that I could book and cancel and rebook another flight with ease. The customer service were super nice and quick.

Also, we were going on a business trip with some of my collegues and it was super easy to create a trip for all of us together on the same flight. Basically the same procedure, no hassle with the authorization and payments.

What do you dislike?

First I couldn't find the Drafted Trips and kept creating new ones because I thought I've lost them. I had to ask the support team where to find them or how to really save the project. I thought I hadn't save them. It was my falut for not looking at the options at the menu.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is so much easier to book business travels for your own or even for groups. The budget and the payment goes directly to the head responsible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can make reservations and just transfer my plans to my boss so that she accepts the budget and pay for it. It is so much easier that all those mails back and forth with our old travel agency.

"Great Platform"

What do you like best?

What I like the best about TravelPerk is not only the easy utilization and user experience but also the frequent updates with better functionality and more intuitive for the user. Besides that, they also provide a great customer service and quickly respond to every request you may have while using it.

What do you dislike?

Of course there are some features that could be added. For instance, the possibility of adding an automatic process to book flights when the prices where below a specific value for specific dates would be an awesome feature that would save the user a lot of time of research.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you have to take care of flight booking for your company, TravelPerk is the way to go. It's easy, affordable and you get real prices of the flights you get. The customer service is also really responsive and they help you with any sort of doubt you may have while using the platform. I've booked around 70 flights since October on the platform and I wouldn't trade this for any other option that I know. They just released new features so I'm still figuring out what their new updates has brought to the platform. Hope they keep with this level of service.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The booking of company flights and control of the invoices from the worker's trips. The fact that the invoice goes directly to our finances department with the invoicing details they need is amazing.

"Simple and effective"

What do you like best?

Prices are right, attention is quick and platform works flawlessly. Very nice mobile app too.

What do you dislike?

For our workflow there are some features that would be nice to have. For instance, we work with internal project numbers (PRxxxxxx) and it would be great if users couldn't proceed with the booking unless they filled in a mandatory field with that format, as it would make our internal processes for allocation of costs and resources much easy and free of errors.

A rental car feature would also be very useful.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prices are right, the same as the ones you can find on the internet, if not better. Also the communication options (chat, email) help us a great deal if there's something to work around a booking. The mobile app is great to keep track of your trips, and we didn't have that with our previous provider.

"Convenient, relevant tool for business travel"

What do you like best?

- Free service, free assistance

- Very easy invoicing : Europeans charged once a month, with very simple invoices. No surprise fees, every charge and refund is linked to the trip ID.

- Best rates available

- user friendly

What do you dislike?

- no trains and no cars

- rates are always the lowest, aka "non flex" rates. For business travel it can be an issue, as business travelers need flexibility. In order to buy flexible rates I must contact the agent, wait for their answer, exchange emails, approve purchase... sometime the flight isn't available anymore (or the rate had gone up.)

- approval workflow wasn't relevant

Agencies were always more expensive than direct purchases. flights were cheaper on other sites as skyscanner ; hotel offer was larger and cheaper on hotels.com. Now with Travel Perk, I benefit of the best available rates, and my travelers don't have to submit their credit card. The company is charged monthly.

"All your business travel in one application"

What do you like best?

Full transparency of all our travel worldwide. We can see who is where and when. Great for our Finance Dept. too so costs are allocated to the right cost centre. Generally easy to use as it links with apps such as bookings.com and skyscanner.net, with the back up of the helpline (phone, email and an online chat 24/7 365 days a year for bookings and when traveling). It a quarter of the price of any other agency we've used in the past. TP also take care of special requests so you don't have to. Also, it's great to be a part of helping the app develop and improve more. Any ideas we have are listened to and noted down and in some cases will be implemented. And of course, our account manager, Tiziana Floruss - she is always there to help.

What do you dislike?

There's been a couple of glitches as it's still early days in development and we do have some specific requirements as a company. However, all these have been resolved or TP are looking at implementing certain elements that will help us use the app better.

As with any new tool / change, there is always a short period while people adjust to the new way of doing things.

"Flawless UX and super-fast customer support"

What do you like best?

We've been using Travelperk at Enhancv for over 6 months now. It's really easy to use from booking a flight to a hotel room. We are really impressed with the customer support as well. We get a response within a few hours every time somethings not clear. It makes our Operations team's work so much easier.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing we dislike up till this moment.

Definitely give it a go if you let your employees travel a lot. It's a time saver for everyone.

Each employee can go ahead and book their hotel/flight for their business trip. No need for the operations team to assist in any way.

"Easy to use and very efficient to organise your trip"

What do you like best?

TravelPerk allows to easily buy the plane tickets and book hotels for your trip directly from a web-page. It is not needed to give detailed and, sometimes even complicated, instructions to a travel agency agent in order to get the tickets or book the hotel you want. You can organize your business trips easily as you are used to organize your personal trips. In addition, they store your travel data and you do not need to fill complex forms. The management of the travel approvals is also very easy since it is fully automated.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I disliked was that in case of two persons traveling, it was not trivial to specify if you wanted one or two rooms until you selected one of the rooms presented.

The time spent to buy tickets and book hotels is shorter than with conventional travel agencies. The management of the travel approvals is very easy since it is fully automated.

"Great combo of automation and personal service"

What do you like best?

The interface is surprisingly clean for a travel app. Search is simple. By far the best feature is the customer service, should you write in the chat. I had to add a route and Georgina checked with me the logistics and pricing. I also like that the accommodation is sourced straight from Booking.com, so you can read the rather thorough reviews there.

What do you dislike?

As mentioned above, the search doesn't find as many routes as other sites (i.e., Skyscanner). In this case you have to chat with an agent for them to add it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This app requires some degree of comfort with technology, as the UI is very sleek and Web 2.0 and may not be immediately understood to older users.

This app greatly streamlines business travel, from booking to expensing. It also puts the human touch back into the process, if you get to check your route with an agent. She even tried to find me a better route.

"Excellent experience, ingenious convenience "

What do you like best?

First, we use TravelPerk to book all business travel for our sale employees and appreciate the most, that finally we found a service that provides one invoice for all. In the past, we needed to book everything separately and take care about the invoices, which is always more struggle than fun. This times are over thanks to TravelPerk and their great product. Second, the User Experience of the product is outstanding. It's intuitive and easy to use and every single sales employee can book their travel now by themselves thanks to the option to implement your own guidelines and policies.

What do you dislike?

Would be great to be able to book different airlines and provider in one trip. Instead, you need to create two trips right now to achieve that.

One invoice for all, each employee can manage their travel through one centralized tool, management has overview of all costs / spendings, fast and easy.

"A cool and easy to use interface to book my trips"

What do you like best?

Recently my company has moved to use Travelperk and I'm very satisfied so far.

The UI is very nice and easy to use. Also, login is easy, since it's integrated with Google. I was able to search my flight and book it in a few minutes without any issues.

What do you dislike?

The only small thing that confused me, was the form to add a travel document. At first sight, I didn't notice that I had to scroll down to fill in some fields that were not visible to me. But it only took me 10 seconds to figure it out.

Cool interface, easy to use, intuitive. Easy log in, integrated with Google and others.

"A great service that saves you time and effort"

What do you like best?

TravelPerk is very easy to use and makes booking a breeze. We had to organize a remote work week for all the marketing team members - that's people traveling to Slovakia, Israel, Poland, whatever. With TravelPerk it was easy to book flights, reserve accommodation, and the best thing is our Finance manager didn't have to do a thing - all invoices come straight to her! She was the one to make us use it and it's good that she did. I can only imagine the time savings a team of 40+ might have.

Their team is super helpful and available, answering any question we've had so far within a 24 hour period.

What do you dislike?

There's still work to automate Airbnb bookings and it takes a bit more time, but it still works.

"Best travel booking company for work... with great customer service."

What do you like best?

The customer support and ability to leave things with them and know they will get resolved is incredibly valuable. The user experience and incredible and allows you to plug in all of your rewards programs and automatically add them to your trip plans. I've had to change trips and plans a couple times and they are very responsive on chat and generally solve all problems within 24 hours.

What do you dislike?

On mobile you can't create a trip which is frustrating if you want to get things moving while you're on the go. It's often difficult to click through to check in from the email you receive from TravelPerk, so an improvement in this process would be helpful. It would be great if they had a phone app that held all the information I need instead of having to dig through my email when I am about to fly somewhere.

The switch was made incredibly easy for us as our ops team made sure all of our data was transferred over from the our previous service, so we were up and running immediately. I would say this process is crucial for the uptake internally.

What do you like best?

The site is very user friendly, almost to the point of intuitive. I am very amazed at the speed of response of TravelPerk's support team, compared to my previous travel agents.

What do you dislike?

The need to ensure all details are correct before proceeding with any booking is vital.

I have been a user of multiple travel agents and software. By far, TravelPerk has been able the only travel solutions provider that meets all my requirements in terms of pricing, ease of use, price comparison and ease of booking. Not to mention, their customer support team is very responsive and available 24/7.

As a rather frequent traveller, TravelPerk has provided me with the ease of booking flights and accomodations with practically a click or two. Comparing to my previous travel agents, I am able to select my preferred flight and accommodation.

The niftiest feature which I love most on TravelPerk is the combination of a map view while booking a hotel. By knowing where the hotel is, I am able to gauge my travel distance to my customer site.

"Great service -Save a lot of time and hassle"

What do you like best?

It's a free tool that combines the perks of searching for your own flights and hotels online (no travel agents involved, so much faster and more dynamic) plus the advantages of having all the expenses and reports in one place. They also have great support line- you can actually talk to someone (not machines) that can fix any issue with your travel, like a travel agent would do. We had to change a flight and the process was super smooth and easy. And, IT'S FREE!

What do you dislike?

You can ask support to book an Airbnb, but an automatic integration would Airbnb would be nice.

It saves us TIME- no emails back and forth, and allows us to have all the invoices and reports in one place. It's like having a private travel agent for free, and with a much faster and smooth process, their seacrh engine is super intuitive.

What do you like best?

It's nice to know I can get all my flights and other essentials for travel from one place.

I don't need to worry about remembering to expense things or figuring out what airline is currently the best option, TravelPerk's filtering is great for that.

What do you dislike?

Lack of easy and well priced multi-city travel booking.

Return flights are cheaper than one way, but I don't like to go through the hassle of booking 2 return flights even if I only use the one return.

"Best flight & hotel booking platform"

What do you like best?

I've used travelperk for over 2 years for my work and I've never had any issues. Not only is their platform beautiful & easy to use, but their customer support is like none I have ever seen. In several instances their employees have called hotels or airlines on my behalf to answer my questions. Their chat support always answered to me in less than 2-3 mins and the tone of voice they use just sounds like the kindest humans you can possibly interact with.

Really, travel perk customer support is like nothing I have ever seen.

What do you dislike?

Could you please also add train booking? This would be amazing!

Extra amazing: adding a way to make amazing purchases through travel perk. This way employees don't need to expense it afterwards :).

What do you like best?

Customer support is AMAZING. These is not an outsources call center but professional travel assistants that can always help with anything or book the trip for be as a travel agent if I prefer that. They are available 24/7 with local numbers in every country, online/mobile chat or email. This gives us a lot of confidence

What do you dislike?

Hard to say really as me (and the team) really like TravelPerk. When we want to order Airbnb they support it but not through the tool UI, we have to ask the support team to do it manually. Adding Airbnb to the accommodation options in the tool would be great

TravelPerk is by far the best solution in the market right now AND IT'S FREE. To be fair, the competition is not impressive to say the least. Most of the leading travel management tools are plain awful and working with travel agents (and no technology) is painful and expensive. As TravelPerk doesn't bind you to a contract and set-up takes literally minutes it's a no brainer, just start and compare with whatever you are using now

TravelPerk completely revamped the way we book and manage business travel, with a much better experience to all parties involved. It allowed us as a company get much better visibility and control over travel within the different teams and offices while allowing the travelers much more flexibility and independence in booking our own travel within company policy so everyone is free to do his own thing. Cost saving is also big as TravelPerk is 100% free, including a truly amazing customer support around the clock so I can always contact someone for help before, after or during my trip and they are always ready to help. With previous vendors I worked with we were CHARGED PER EACH CALL TO THE SUPPORT LINE! TravelPerk offers this and everything else for free

Benefits:

1. The tool itself is way better than other corporate tools available. Simple and intuitive UI/UX. Really easy ti set up and use right out of the gates.

2. TravelPerk has a huge inventory, off the charts, including all the flights and hotels we can find on SkyScanner, Expedia, Booking.com etc. so when comparing wit the travel management company we used to work with we get MUCH better rates always (including all the low cost airlines and hotels)

3. The tool is FREE so we are saving everything w used to pay our travel agents and get better service

4. TravelPerk is the single merchant meaning we search in one place ,pay in one place, have all the invoices, confirmations, itineraries, user information in one manageable place. Just tracking down invoices from hotels used to be a big pain

5. Amazing support, around the clock so there is always someone available to solve any changes cancelation etc.

Overall it's a huge upgrade to everything we tried before (travel agents and other corporate booking tools) and it's saving us money as it's free..

"Great sollution for our company"

What do you like best?

Travelperk is such an innovating platform that able us to do all our bookings in just one place without any further costs. The team behind Travelperk are so helpful and gives such a great service. At first Travelperk seemed to be too good to be true, but after trying it, we realized that is was true!

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike - if any problems occur the Travelperk team is quick on solving it!

Make sure to come in contact with someone in the team, they will later on be able to guide you in how to implement this in your company!

Before Travelperk we had a lot of problems with not getting the receipts for bookings made, a lot of expenses to handle and a bad overview over bookings made. With Travelperk we no longer have these problems!

"Travelperk and its great service"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that flights and hotels can be easily compared. The ratings for hotels and the fact that you see that colleagues booked a hotel room are real differentiators. When I ran into a little bit of trouble finishing my booking, an employee was immediately available to help and was of great assistance. He solved it immediately. His name was Javier and I was very impressed with his knowledge and kindness. It was a great first impression all around by Travelperk. It makes me want to come back again and again for all future bookings.

What do you dislike?

There is not much I dislike. Maybe Travelperk can add a few more search engines. The flights of www.cheaptickets.nl are cheaper but not part of the search in Travelperk.

I would recommend using this product to all others who need an easy way of booking flights and hotels for their employees

"Easy to use and straightforward"

What do you like best?

The thing I liked more was how easy and straightforward you can book your flight and hotel, in less than a minute I had my flight and my hotel chosen and that's it. Amazing!

What do you dislike?

When your travel goes out of the policy, you have to send it for approval. The thing I didn't like was the fact you can't check the details of your chosen flight and hotel after I send it to the approval. I would have the ability to do that otherwise you have to remember the options you have chosen.

The idea is to find a platform for the employee to book the flights to the company's customers. Before TravelPerk, we had to go into a bureaucratic process to have the flight and hotel booked, now they just inform us the day we need to be at the customer, and we just book the flight and hotel respecting the company policies, and that's it! Super simple!

"Easy to use tool"

What do you like best?

User experience: very sleek layout, intuitive handling. No instructions needed. I didnt need to manually switch to English and prices are shown in Euro (which I needed to do with other tools).

Pick flights: what I liked was that it just gives you two options to start with: hotel or flight. The selection of both flights in one step makes a lot of sense and saves time. I could find all my low cost options I usually travel with.

Pick hotel: sorting and filtering was easy. I also looked up the two options I usually go with and decided to switch to the map view. Also cool that to pricey/non-agreement options are highlighted in red.

Both options flight and hotel where easy to add in the end.

What do you dislike?

I pretty much liked everything. Now imagine a baby dog.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Im working remote and need to travel a lot. It takes ages to let office management know which flights/hotels you might need or you do it on your own (on your own costs to pay in advance). These are all redundant steps which the tool can solve in one step. Non-agreement options are displayed so that I dont need to wonder about the budget (too pricey options are highlighted).

"Overall excellent service, fast and reliable"

I like how easy it is to manage the company settings behind, how easy and fast it is to book a flight or hotel (it's much faster than anything else I tried) and the organization of invoices

What do you dislike?

There are some services that we are missing like being able to book flexible rates for flights or an easier way of booking cars. You can use the support chat for this and the team in always answering within minutes. We are looking forward to have these functionalities available out of the box in the future.

For some services, you still need to go to support and talk with the staff to get special requests done. But for most of the services, you can do it on your own much much faster than with any other platform. You can book flights in 2 clicks! And the administration is good enough to allow you to organize the invoices how you want them.

We book all business travels with TravelPerk. The benefits is it's much faster than booking them on our own or the previous travel agencies we tried. We also get very clear invoices with labels and cost centers we can manage on our own.

"TOP!!"

What do you like best?

Undoubtedly it is a facility when booking a trip or accommodation, in my case I have used it several times and the truth is that I am delighted with them. They have a wide variety of accommodation to make the choice easier. Congratulations to the team :)

What do you dislike?

The truth is that at the moment there has been nothing that has displeased me since it is a platform of the most intiutive, on one occasion I found an accommodation that did not appear on the web but immediately relizaron the reservation by contacting the address of help that facilitates the platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As far as problems are concerned, especially the speed with which you can book the accommodation since in many occasions one loses too much time looking for good options in different webs of booking of trips, let's say that thanks to Travelperk I have all the options in one as well as the ease of payment.

"Easy, fast and smooth service!"

What do you like best?

I had the pleasure to use Travelperk to organise 2 last minute business trips in the last couple of weeks and to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Travelperk's efficiency is a huge understatement. Alina went above and beyond to find me last-minute accommodation in Barcelona during Primavera Festival (mission impossible) and she managed to do so within our company's original budget and location preference. With my second trip there was no need to even clarify my requirements, I was just directly getting confirmations of what I asked for. This definitely makes you feel like a VIP client, because Travelperk always exceeds your expectations and makes you feel like they indeed know what you are looking for.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, Travelperk's service is impecable.

"Great Experience w/ TravelPerk"

What do you like best?

The platform itself is straightforward and easy to use. I can quickly narrow down the exact flight that I want by the hour, book instantly and receive confirmation right away. The best part of Travelperk is the customer service. The customer service reps are quick to respond and have always be able to solve any issues that I've had, whether its at 4pm or 4am. I also appreciate how TravelPerk continues to expand their offerings to make the platform more attractive to businesses.

What do you dislike?

There have been a few issues with the platform not recognising a specific flight I've found on (for example) Google Flights. In this instance, I have to request the flight through customer service and then it would be booked manually. In this specific case, booking the flight manually was never an issue and always done promptly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Reasons why Travelperk is great is (a) premium package is much cheaper than another other software or booking company/agent (b) you can use it right away, you don't have to wait for any software or tools to be setup.

Prior to Travelperk our flight were booked through separate travel agents. We'd request quotes from various sources and research flights on our own, wasting a lot of time and manpower. With Travelperk, I can quickly search, compare and book flights on the spot. Requesting changes are also easy to make.

"My experience with travelperk"

What do you like best?

The simplicity and flexibility of the application. In the previous application I used to book flights I couldn't find a lot of cheap flights that I saw in other pages like skyscanner or google flights. In travel perk I saw lot of really cheap flights same than skyscanner and google flights.

What do you dislike?

I didn't like too much the way to know if some extras are included or not, like handbag or small luggage. I booked a flight and I couldn't know exactly if a small luggage was included apart of the big luggage I payed for it. I solved writing a note on the comments so It wasn't too difficult to solve the problem.

In previous experiences because I couldn't find cheap flights in our previous company I had to book directly on skyscanner, google flights and other pages like this. I had to pay with my money and open a request to ask the money back. When you have to book lot of flights and also if they are expensive this could be a problem. But if you use a page like TravelPerk and is associated with the company credit card, you don't have to pay in advance, report expenses and wait for the money.

"Great travel manager"

What do you like best?

In the old days I used to spend tons of time comparing flights and prices. The hour filter makes super easy to choose the right flight and the cost policy implementation is good enough. You can buy an expensive plane ticket if your supervisor accepts it.

I have also work with hotels and feel that the purchase is so seamless that it is great.

What do you dislike?

That it has not integrated the high speed spanish train (AVE). Also, it would be great to know more about the cost policy. For example, know where the boundaries are and all that stuff.

No trains on the tool. Europeans books a lot of trains.

- Approval workflow wasn't satisfying and lead us to purchase a different tool just for approval workflows.

- It's always the "lowcost/low service" rate, which means no luggages, no flex, no modification, and when travelling business, that's an issue (because business travelers need flexibility at some level.) If I want the "semi-flex" rate, which in most flight companies will allow the ticket to be modified with a reasonable fee, I have to ask offline : send a mail, request the ticket, wait for answer, discuss my choice, confirm ; and then only will it be booked. When trying to book a flight, every minute counts, so this is HUGE con.

"All in one booking experience truly simplified."

What do you like best?

I like how easy the flow of booking is. I went right from booking my flight into the hotel stay in one smooth process. Additionally, after the fact I realized I needed to add a night to my initial booking and add 2 more hotel night at the end of my trip. I contacted customer service and all within a matter of 2 hours the rep contacted the hotel on my behalf to check availability, made the changes and sent a follow up email.

What do you dislike?

I disliked that I could not find an option during booking to pay extra out of my own pocket for upgraded seating on the flight. It just said that premium economy was, "outside of policy"

I work in IT so I found it hard to force myself to sit down and find time to follow the easy travel perk process. I don't want to think about the time and effort that would have been required for me to find my own flights and make several different hotel reservations on my own. Time saved is productivity saved for me!

"TravelPerk helps me book my trips without any stress"

What do you like best?

The whole experience is extremely easy. What I like most is that I can filter hotels and flights that are in my company policy for the specific country so I don't have to think about the price, whatever I do is allowed by my company thanks to this filter. The website is really fast, the user journey really simple. Usually when you book flights you have a lot of different steps to go through but with TravelPerk you just choose the city and days and you have relevant results matching your criteria, you click on book and that's done. The design is also really simple and I think it's important because I don't like to have too many visuals or texts when booking a trip because I am slightly under stress so I need things to be simple looking.

What do you dislike?

When I book an hotel, there is a map view to check the suggested hotels in the city map, which is good. The problem is that the map is not always working perfectly and if I want to go back on the previous page I lose my results. Nothing too bad, I would just maybe work on this part a bit, the rest is great.

It's not time consuming at all, I travel a lot so it's a big relief to have this tool that is so easy to use. Their customer service is also great, once I had a problem with a flight (not related to them) they managed it super quickly.

"No-fuss travel solution"

What do you like best?

I like having a snapshot of upcoming travel for my employees. I also appreciate the ease of setting up travel policies and traveler profiles. The interface is super easy to use and self-explanatory. The help pages are immensely helpful and very detailed. I like having the option of saving a Draft trip.

What do you dislike?

The functionality isn't quite where we need it yet, e.g. creating a trip Draft for a traveler who is then able to review the Draft created in their name, or having travelers be able to assign cost centers during the trip request process. I'm in the US (West Coast), so sometimes it's difficult to get real-time support from an agent. I also think it would make more sense to be able to search for each flight leg separately, like you would on Google Flights, instead of having return flights already grouped together in the search. The interface is sometimes a bit buggy (pages not loading, or "hanging").

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're trying to move away from using a travel agency, and having access to TravelPerk has simplified our travel process quite a bit. We haven't yet fully implemented it, but being the travel manager, I like having numerous travel options at my finger tips while being able to meet budgets and having all future trips accessible with one click. The latter has so far been the biggest benefit; another feature I appreciate is having access to special fares that travel agents don't (low-cost carriers, certain European or African airlines).

"Concierge style support and easy flight bookings!"

What do you like best?

Easily lets me book difficult airlines (like Asian regionals) that often have issues with foreign credit cards. Phone and chat service is responsive and handles lots of important logistical issues whenever I ask. And it costs me NOTHING!

Seems to have a comprehensive inventory of flights, at least on par with other aggregators.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I need to book my travel thru my credit card's portal (Amex Platinum) and their search and filtering options are more robust. TravelPerk, check it out. They're your only competition, really!

I'd like to see a search and filtering option that's more powerful than the Amex portal, and one that lets me draft multiple trips in parallel; sometimes I need to evaluate complex cases for multi-city travel and TP is not really set up to handle that. YET!

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take full advantage of the live chat and phone support. That's the best part, so use it! The checkin reminder emails are pretty standard, but useful and reliable. Note that TP bills you in Euros no matter what your quote price is denominated in, in case that matters to you for some reason. Make sure you put your Frequent Flier #s in and USE THEM or else you're leaving $$ on the table.

Easy to book awkward airlines, keeps membership numbers and billing / passport details in one place. Emergent situation support, e.g. missed flight.

In the future I can see us enforcing the Policies section to manage employee travel.

"so far so awesome"

What do you like best?

From first contact I have had a great experience with Travel Perk. Sales, to Customer Care, to the web app tool. The easy to use tool has made a huge difference to my daily tasks and freed up time to focus on other tasks.

I very much like the User Interface and the view of the trips.

What do you dislike?

Despite the already awesome app, there is still room to improve in terms of features, already discussed with customer care, such as the ability to add or remove a traveller on a trip, after already adding flights or hotels, so it gets recalculated instead of having to start everything from scratch.

I don't like that you cant review the full itinerary of a booking that is still being processed, until it has been confirmed, in terms of the cost.

I also don't like that you can't see the breakdown of the cost ( total flights and total hotel) per person when booking for multiple passengers.

Maybe include a menu option for "All Trips".

Collect Travel Document information for your employees using Google forms (same order of questions as on travelperk) and request customer service to upload all these details from excel to your account.

"I love it!"

What do you like best?

TravelPerk is like having your own private travel agency. The service is excellent, very quick and tailor-made. It has solved me all problems I had before working with them.

What do you dislike?

Our experience so far has been veyr satisfying.

The main issues I had before working with TravelPerk were mainly not being able to use a Corporate Card for Business Trip planning, and the urgency of some of our needs. Previous travel agencies were not able to meet mainly the last point. With TravelPerk I can group all my expenses un one DD invoice, which makes reporting way easier for me and my Finance Department. Also, they reply within 2h max which is a huge improvement compared to other experiences.

"A tool to simplify your business travels"

What do you like best?

It's easy, fast, with a lot of choices of hotels and flights. They basically take care of showing you the best prices and then give the possibility to your admin to accept or not your expenses: you do not need to pay for anything yourself as a user.

What do you dislike?

At the moment my experience was great and I don't have anything to complain about.

I don't have to worry about expenses reports anymore. I have a place to find the best flights and hotels and it's directly connected to my manager so she can validate my travels with a click.

"Very convenient and fast"

What do you like best?

Booking my conference flights and hotel was very easy and convenient. I don't have a lot of time to spend on this when I travel for business, and it's great to accomplish it so easily.

What do you dislike?

Some of the hotels had an "out of policy" disclaimer, even when the price per night did fit within the accommodation rates permitted. If you clicked, then you could proceed without problems, but maybe that could be improved, since it can be a bit confusing if you don't know your company's policies that well.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am a web developer. I travel often to other locations to work or to attend conferences or other events. I don't have a lot of time to spend on hotel and flights, comparing prices, making sure I'm within my company's policies, etc. Also it was very convenient not to have to pay it on my own and get reimbursed later, but having it directly charged to my employers on the right expense account.

"Best booking travels app ever!"

What do you like best?

The usability of the app, it's very easy to use; being able to add different users who can request their ouwn trips and I only need to appove; issuing invoices and having them integrated in one single place; the emails with the flight information.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that doesn't really please me is the fact that I can't see the deleted users and not being able to restore a deleted user.

TravelPerk is an awesome tool for managing travels, invoices and even allows your team to plan their trip without bugging you (I only need to give the approval in the end). It's amazing, it made my work much easier and fluid.

We used to spend a lot of time searching for the best prices and trying to request invoices, which most of the time suppliers didn't provide. Tracking the bank movements with the travels and invoices was quite a challenge also. Finding the best trip with the best price wasn't an easy task. Now, with TravelPerk our employees can request travels by themselves adjusting to their availibility and to the company budget, and I only need to give the final approval.

What do you like best?

As a small group travelling to London for business, we enjoyed the amount of features and partnerships that TravelPerk offered. Not only throughout our stay but before and after our trip also.

"Travelperk is an amazing tool!"

What do you like best?

With Travelperk you can book all your trips within minutes! The search function works really well and in case of problems the people of Travelperk are there to assist you in every way you can!

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to have an option to book trains as well directly from the app. The approval procedure would even speed up more. I heard from the admin that this feature is heading our way in the next couple of weeks!

"Awesome customer service and stressless booking "

What do you like best?

The team is constantly interacting with you, looking for the best rates, alternatives and even when things can't go the way we want them, they come up with the best possible way

What do you dislike?

Nothing really, they should add trains and busses, and it will be great, but I believe they are working on that direction. So is just matter of wait.

You will not regret it, is very easy to coordinate with their team for support and assistance. The invoicing option is very useful for finance. Cost centre are a handy way of tracking budget by depratments

"It does what it promises"

What do you like best?

Our company uses it to book business travel; I have used it myself as the person booking (not the person approving) and I enjoyed the process. It's straightforward, as simple as booking your regular vacation online, and allowed me to choose my own accommodation together with colleagues so that we're close to non-business activities we'd like to do.

Most importantly, and the best thing I can say about any solution: It does what it promises, in an easy and friendly way.

What do you dislike?

Nothing much that I dislike; The interface could be prettier, and perhaps the process could be more transparent (maybe more clearly stating stages - who needs to approve, what are their criteria). But these are small points, I've used it and it was useful and quick to solve my needs, and that's the most important aspect.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The situation before adopting this tool was that all employees were accommodated in the same hotel, and it was difficult for our team to cater to personal preferences regarding flight times and accommodation. This tool solved that difficulty for us. I imagine for our finance team this also reduced the cost and time needed to handle business travel.

"Great service saves "

What do you like best?

Very simple and usable service, you don't need to think while working in it. It saves the traveler and traveler info and then you create a trip and that's it. No need to repeat travelers info all the time. No distracting buttons or signs, everything very intuitive. Also, I was all the time checking price for tickets on different services, and Traveperk gives the best prices available.

What do you dislike?

I couldn't set up the trip through aeroflot with choosing the fee for ticket category where you can change ticket class using your miles. No this tariff available

I'm assistant and that's like a treasure to me, that's making my life simple and saves my time. Also, lovely reminders about the trip straight to the person flying, that I was doing by myself before.

"Online travel agent made for Business"

What do you like best?

Combines the internets best hotel search with flight search. Book everything in one place, receiving one business invoice and having only one entity to deal with when things go wrong.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike. Improvements could include the ability within one booking to select different departure airports for different staff members (in London there are 5-6 airports, some more convenient than others depending on where you live). But am sure that will come.

No more invoices getting lost when staff book their travel, one invoice for all my team's business travel. One entity to deal with if things go wrong.

"A great platform with great customer support"

What do you like best?

The platform is so easy to use and offers some of the best prices. Travelperk's customer support is lightning fast and here for us 24/7 whether it's a question we have about an upcoming trip, or need to price match a flight/hotel stay.

What do you dislike?

Some hotels aren't available on Travelperk while searching, however, once I ping customer support they'll find it for me with an amazing price, other than that, no complaints.

"Great tool that balances independence and control to book business trips"

What do you like best?

It's great to have the option to search for your own flights and hotels, giving you ownership, whilst giving the company the control to limit budget and policies. Customer service is prompt, friendly and super helpful!

What do you dislike?

There isn't an overview on the tool of the trips I approved for my team, and I don't receive confirmations for them, only for my trips. Also, there seems to be always a confusion on who is responsible to approve the bookings, it is not properly functioning, even though it seems it was properly set up. Furthermore, there are a few bugs when you click on a few links, it doesn't go to the right page/direction.

"Simple wins"

What do you like best?

It's made the task of booking work travel trivial - normally such a mundane task made simple with good software, thought out UX and a nice UI.

What do you dislike?

I've only booked 1 trip (so far) - it only took a couple of minutes to run through and the confirmation emails were in my inbox. Nothing to report here :)

"An excellent all-round experience"

What do you like best?

The interface for the website is really simple to use and to tweak your requirements. Really good at responding to niche queries via the chat when required. Never had any issues using this service to date and it has out performed our previous suppliers by a country mile.

"Travelperk is a time/lifesaver"

What do you like best?

Everything is very clear in the interface, only a few clicks and my trip is booked.

Also the accurate filters make my life a lot easier. And all the flight combinations are available to see and analyse.

What do you dislike?

Nothin really. I'll have to book my first teamweekend to Dublin. Hopefully I will be able to add my activities along with my flights and hotel. So that I have one complete schedule to follow up on.

"Outstanding"

What do you like best?

I have been using TravelPerk to arrange all of my business travel for about the last 4 months.

It works brilliantly for my small Spanish company and it's methods would work equally as well for companies much much larger than mine.

What do you dislike?

I have yet to discover something that I dislike about the company and its service.

The ability to have a centralized portal for all business travel, which is easily accounted for and invoices supplied for all purchases.

"Makes booking work trips a breeze "

What do you like best?

This tool makes it super quick and easy to book trips for work. I used it recently for a trip to London and was blown away by how simple it was. It transformed tedious, multifaceted bookings into a simple consolidated process.

What do you dislike?

I would like it to link to Airbnb as well as hotels -- I didn't see this in the set-up we have but it may exist and I haven't seen it yet.

"Business Travel made very easy, no expense report for flights as well as hotel .."

What do you like best?

Hassle-Free Booking on the website as well as App. You can book Flights as well as hotel and don't have to file an expense report for it. So overall great Business Travel Solution. The customer service is at top notch. I missed my flight during one of my business trip..the Customer Support really helped me at their best to come out the situation by booking a next flight as well as hotel for that night. It was a great experience.

What do you dislike?

Till now I did not have any bad experience with TravelPerk. Though I found a glitch in their app which I reported to them which they resolved immediately .

the various flight options; and the options for hotel. this is important in countries where i have minimal experience

What do you dislike?

1) sometimes the system takes long to process the ticket reservation. at one point, i was desperately in need of a ticket and the website was not able to reserve one. instead, i reserved a flight directly from the airline's website. i then made the payment, all within about 15 minutes.

2) after i have selected a title for a trip and made a booking. if i opt to add a passeger under the same trip, it is difficult to retrieve that title

"Great for business travel"

What do you like best?

Easy to use website, and searching tool. The whole process is nice and smooth from start to finish. Being able to have all costs invoiced is fantastic. However it's the customer service what really stands out. Extremely helpful and friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to get everything sorted.

What do you dislike?

Not all available routes and flight times are visible on the platform. However staff are happy to book these on your behalf when sending them information of a preferred itinerary.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This saves me a lot of time when organising multiple flights for staff. It also puts power back in the hands of my colleagues, as they are able to chose their preferred times and routes without having a back and forth conversation via email.

"Real-time customer service that makes booking flights for work travel so much easier"

What do you like best?

The fact that when I can chat to someone real-time when I have questions about the flight. This is a massive edge you have over public flight booking aggregators like Expedia or skyscanner. The other great thing is that you settle directly with my employer and have the limits configured, so I don't get personally invoiced. I also like that a handy calendar invite comes with the confirmation of itinerary email.

What do you dislike?

You have the word "perk" in you name, so I would expect that you would be so on top of airline rewards & upgrades etc. However it seems you don't have much visibility over that and are just as in the dark as the shopper is. You should really focus on building a relationship with the airlines to try and get rewards and extra perks for business people the travel a lot, the airlines frequent flyer programs are ancient and suck so it's ripe for disruption, you could offer your own upgrades packages to companies that employees could benefit from or make it easy to see which flights are upgradable etc.... when booking directly with an airline they often hide this in fine-print Ts&Cs, so you could demystify this and actually turn it into a value prop or even make it a fun experience!

Also, the filtering on search results is a bit slow/laggy.

Standardising flight policy within the company rather than having employees book their own flights and expense them individually. For little people like me that don't have their own executive assistant and need to book their business flights themselves, this just takes way less time with travel perk.

"Simple and quick"

What do you like best?

The app is super simple and easy to navigate. I'm always able to find the cheapest flight across different airports and countries. You can easily look at your past trips and make the booking for your team members, too. So smooth!

What do you dislike?

The booking is made in the name of the Travel Perk account. It's a minor thing but I'd much rather have it under my name so I can do the check-in and have access to my flight history through my respective accounts. It's not a deal breaker.

"Flight Cancelation was fast and easy"

What do you like best?

That the travel pan is sent automatically to all members of the travel. Payment is easy. The best experience was when I booked the flight in the wrong month by mistake, but the support team on the phone could help me immediately.

What do you dislike?

I miss the possibility to book the whole trip including trains. An awesome add-on would be booking the hotel at the same time on the right dates and everything on one bill.

Everyone can book his travel and it gets paid right away without giving out the credit card information to everyone. All flights on one bill. Automatic emails an calendar invites to the whole team. No need to deep dive needed to all the different airline booking pages.

The service is very user friendly and makes the process of booking trips very easy.But the best part is the amazing service I got from the support. It was fast and very professional. I really felt like he wanted to help me.

"Very practical"

What do you like best?

The fact that it is very easy to use (search for flights/sleeping arrangements) and approve, as well as the amount of bureaucracy that it removes. You go from a process that would take time and at least 4 different channels, to a single channel that is fast and easy.

What do you dislike?

So far so good, though I would recommend adding some other integrations such as trains & buses (shuttles from the airport for example).

Besides the fact that you can search and organize most of your travel logistics in one single website, which is very practical and time-saving, it also makes it easier to remove some of the bureaucracy when it comes to manager approval and to budget control by the Finance team.

Without TravelPerk, you would need to search for flights and accommodation in 2 different websites, send an email to a manager asking for approval, ask the suppliers for invoices to then send to the Finance team, many unnecessary steps that TravelPerk removed.

"Seamless experience booking business travels"

What do you like best?

What I like the most were the user experience and user interface, it was a charm to look for the best flight within my company's travel policy, also the emails and alerts I got were very handy.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I dislike is that something, not all airlines are available in the platform, but if you find another airline outside the platform you can talk to the support via chat and they will book it for you.

"Easy to book, more reviews and better reporting"

What do you like best?

Have a cloud platform where I can easily book my flights and hotels in real-time, have more options then my former travel provider and the possibility to have great and customizable reports for analysis and everything for free!!

What do you dislike?

It is not possible to freeze a trip during the approval process, so sometimes if the trip is not approved fastly, the requested flight may have no more availability or the price have changed being necessary contact the traveller again and remake the process.

"Last minute trip"

What do you like best?

I had to book a last minute business trip and a TravelPerk representative got on chat with me to help me with my flight and accommodation reservations, for an hour or so she was completely dedicated to my trip and made it to solve my needs in a record time and keeping it within my budget. It was the most outstanding customer service experience I ever had!

Nothing, really. My needs were completely fulfilled and my expectations exceeded.

As a travel manager I'm able to supervise all bookings, confirm expenses and have can keep always an eye on our overall travel costs.

What do you dislike?

That it is still lacking the integration for Deutsche Bahn and train traveling, also I would like to have an AirBNB option in case I don't want to book a hotel

Our finance department is satisfied, because they have all invoices in one place and can check up on monthly spendings by creating a report.

Employees can book for themselves if they want to and if their expenses are not in the company travel policy I need to approve them. This way our travel costs don't spiral out of hand.

Also If there is an employee who is not so confident with the platform, or doesn't has time to book a trip, I can easily do it for him/her.

I really like that in travel perk premium they are always ready to help and they do not let issues go. They will help you until the problem is solved and always have a solution at hand. Also, that the help does not come from an automated robot.

What do you like best?

It was pretty easy and straightforward! They we very helpful and they are able to help you with other stuff related to your trip as well. In my case, we were attending a conference and they were also able to purchase the tickets for us! Great service

So far, it has been great. I did think that maybe it would be possible to change flights as well, because I thought they bought them in advance but is not the case. Still, it's only a "nice to have" situation.

"The company that will do everything in order to solve your case and issues and give you comfort in y"

What do you like best?

I think everybody makes mistake, who is working, what is important how we handle these mistakes. And so far I only has very good experiences with that team, they will do everything which they have in their power to give you comfort and help you, support you.

I liked the best that they was constantly reachable, did everything, was very elastic and helpful and proactive. Really appreciate this.

Not much really, every IT system has bugs, or issues in it.

I really cannot imagine a system which handles every cases, edge cases properly.

Of course with more stable product or more bug fixing, more deep and thorough testing maybe some of the issues could be solved before it happen, but really hard to think about that

What do you like best?

I like the fact that when there is a issue, the team is quick to jump on it and resolve. I've always been on the go and so when I speak with customer service, they take it over and let me get back to work.

I honestly have to say, there really hasn't been anything that I dislike. I really don't see there being any that would make me dislike what they have going for themselves.

What do you like best?

Easy to filter through flights, simple yet clear setup, fast booking and reservation, timely email reminders after booking is done and leading up to the flight.

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I comes to mind. Maybe occasionally the loading times seemed a bit too long in case you adjusted flight dates for finding the best deal. Other than that it's straight to the point. Great service!

What do you like best?

The possibility of consolidating and organising my business travels under one single platform.

What do you dislike?

There isn't yet enough flexibility to add more items to a current booking- for example adding a hotel booking to an open trip where flights are booked. Not possible to book train tickets.

To be mindful it is a startup and therefore not all functions are currently available, however the support system is very efficient and quick in responding to questions through the Intercom chat button.

It would be great to have the option to have more ways of choosing different options of flights and adding trains also as well as booking hotels all under one single trip.

What do you like best?

Travelperk allows employees to book their own travel in accordance with company policies. It gives employees the freedom to travel on their terms and the company terms as well.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the user interface is a bit slow.This is a bigger problem with looking at smaller hotels etc in smaller countries (like Singapore) but is not a showstopper by any means.

"Low friction travel planning"

What do you like best?

As a frequent traveler, the ability to quickly book travel is super important. I simply file my request, and it's all taken care of. Compared to email coordination, it's a completely fresh experience.

What do you dislike?

Changes in group coordination can be a bit tricky, you end up rebooking the whole trip for everyone. However, merely having the ability to book a group for conferences etc is amazing.

"Book a fligth in 7 minutes "

What do you like best?

I think it is one of the best sofware maded to book a ticket within 10 or 15 minutes. Also the website is really easy to use, and you just have to fullfill in a few informations about the destination, date and price and TravelPerk made you several proposition of airplane companies and hours of fligth and the prices are the best. I think I will only use that software in order to book ticket.

Nothing special ! My experience has been great and I will fully recommand it and keep on using it. It is perfect to save time and money

Super easy interface, one of the most cheap flight provider on web, to be accurate the most cheap provider %90 of the time.

There are a few bugs with the approval engine but not a big deal.

What do you like best?

EzThe customer service is very nice in travelperk. I use their service most likely because of my company. And we always use travelperk as our company can find all associated flights easily via travelperk. So from finance perspective, it is super convenient for employers and employees.

What do you dislike?

The flight price is not exactly the cheapest, also normally I try to use Google flight or other search service first. Then after I found the correct flight, I will swtich to travelperk. For my personal trips, I normally don't use travelperk at all.

What do you like best?

I think that in general most valuable service is provided in a timely manner to solve the issue when the customer has a problem. I expected this service to be offered by Travel Perk and I could confirm it and enjoy it very much.

I don't have anything I dislike yet. Most probably it might be very beneficial if this service could be offered in multi-languages which could contribute to customer satisfaction much better.

"Booking and budgeting all in one"

What do you like best?

TravelPerk works best when you spend the time to research and have some options for flights. It's quite easy to book flights and hotels for a complete trip. And their chat feature is great for customer support (as long as you're within European hours).

What do you dislike?

There can be some delay between selecting flights and TravelPerk booking meaning: prices can change and there can be some anxiety if there were only limited remaining seats. As well on one or two occasions I've found the same flights for cheaper on alternative providers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Two main areas come to mind: budget controls and visibility. With TravelPerk a business can set travel policies and enforce them for employees. And with their reporting it's now easier for office managers around to the world to see who is traveling and when.

All needs in one place for Business Travelling.

The dashboard is easy to use and intuitive. Keeps employees autonomous on booking their own travels. I have used Travelperk for plane tickets and hotel bookings and it works!

I had to use Customer Support and it was fast, the agent was concerned about my request and replied with the solution!

The number of options/free rooms in hotels was not the same as on other websites.

What do you like best?

The best part of TravelPerk is that it's easy to work with. The website is very accessible, that's a big plus, because a wide range of users can than use this platform. It's manageable, with a couple of clicks you can book a flight and hotel. The fact that you also had the freedom to choose which flights and hotels you wanted was also a big benefit..

What do you dislike?

What I want to see, is an overview of my travels, but I understand the website was still running a couple of try outs, i'm sure TravelPerk will be able to resolve this. There wasn't much to dislike.

"Very easy and fast to use"

What do you like best?

I used to look for flights and hotels in so many different platforms, choose what I wanted and put it together in an email to be send to the travel agency. They also had to check if they had the same fares and now I can do everything by myself very easy and fast.

What do you dislike?

I would like to have an option to look for flights and hotels without doing any trip, just to check availabilities. Also train tickets would be great..

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No intermediates, I create my trip, my manager approve it and I'm done

"Quick, Efficient & Gets the Job Done"

What do you like best?

TravelPerk had a nice, clean and intuitive interface, very good descriptions of the hotels and flights and made it simple to organise my trip

What do you dislike?

It could have more hotel options. Also, I wasn't able to book a flight from the airport closest to me which is a small business airport (London City Airport) as there weren't enough options from there. Maybe not TravelPerk's fault but would be good if this could be improved.

"Excellent service"

What do you like best?

The response time is fast, exactly what I wanted. The team also got me stuff (like booking a special meal and a window seat) which wasn't as important but they managed that! The website is easy.

What do you dislike?

Nothing in my mind. I had a great experience

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I don't have to book my biz flights myself and getting money from my company. Also don't have to wait for my team to book flights for me (and risk that the flights will be gone). It's immediate and easy.

"Easy, Simple and Fast"

What do you like best?

I can book directly my flights and hotels and charge it to my company.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to have the confirmation of the booking

Recommendations to others considering the product

It a very good tool that really allows you to manage all the things related with business trips. You have everything you need included in one place.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can book whatever I want with a lot of possibilities directly on the web. I don't need to depend on anybody else or look in different portals.

"Excellent"

What do you like best?

What I like most is the great customer support. The Travelperk team reacts very quickly to all the requests and helps efficiently in the emergency cases. What I also value is their always nice and friendly approach.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing negative that comes to my mind at this moment.

I manage booking of the transport and accommodation for both our visitors and employees.

"Great tool for booking travel!"

What do you like best?

Saves me so much time - its quick & easy

What do you dislike?

Can't wait for new features such as train booking and flexible flights

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was wasting unnecessary time booking travel and hotels for employees and needed a quick & easy way to authorise payments without having to look up the flights/hotels myself. Travelperk allows me to quickly authorise and pay for trips, with the added bonus of storing my invoices all in 1 place so I don't need to spend ages searching for individual invoices in my emails!

"Excellent chat support"

What do you like best?

I was in Chile, travelling for work and trying to book my next flights, internal in Brazil and to Peru. As i was experiencing troubles on booking my flight, I used the chat. Georgina replied quickly and helped me through both bookings

What do you dislike?

You need to improve the id form to include different situations. For example, for national id, it is mandatory to put an expiration date, whicj is not applicable to Brazilian ids

"Amazing travel service."

What do you like best?

Great platform and product. Always can find the flights I need for the best price for my company. Fantastic responsive and friendly customer support. I once was stuck in a traffic jam to JFK. They organised me a flight and a connecting straight away.

What do you dislike?

There is not much I dislike. Mobile app maybe?
