"Great Segmentation and Personalization Tool "

What do you like best?

Intuitive platform, and amazing staff; our Success Manager is invested in us using the platform correctly and to its full capability. Triblio provides a range of solutions: ABM functionality, paid ads (for retargeting, etc.), and personalization. We mainly use it to personalize webproperties per industry and vertical, and specifically target lists we've uploaded via Triblio's integration with our marketing ops and CRM platforms. We've tested return on using different CTAs, etc. as well.

The metrics Triblio collects proves there's significant ROI for personalizing the buyer's web experience, using certain CTAs, etc. and we've continued to leverage and build on our past successes with Triblio.

What do you dislike?

Setting up metrics for attribution and general data comparison required a bit of handholding by the Triblio staff; competent w/coding and HTML, etc. but needed assistance to ensure I was tracking and collecting relevant metrics correctly. Themetrics section could benefit from ability to customize based on need and relevance, as well as option to easily export fields and underlying data into Excel from any page.

Haven't used a competitor to Triblio, but impressed with the platform and the capability it offers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Divided buyers (organic search traffic and specifically targeted lists) into numerous segments (based on industry/vertical), and have personalized their UX on our website accordingly; it's paying dividends. Next step, targeted ABM campaigns w/sales.

"Outstanding service to help implement ABM successfully"

What do you like best?

Triblio provides fantastic customer service at every step of the way to implement their ABM platform to ensure success. The web personalization to our key targets is one of the biggest benefits as well as account scoring for sales activation. Knowing who is visiting the site and what content is being consumed before they reach out gives us the perfect insights to create customized campaigns to our target clients.

What do you dislike?

The platform has lot of features, some of which are not as intuitive as others. It definitely takes some time to commit to learning but once campaigns are up and running, it provides fantastic insights and metrics to create customized campaigns.

Definitely sign on for a year and see what this does for your lead funnel

We are able to provide our agency clients a more robust solution than just using Google Analytics to understand their web traffic and what's converting, and at a lower cost than Google AdWords. We are creating conversion opportunities faster with the personalization to target accounts. It's a game changer for us to go after larger clients for our agency.

"The Most Comprehensive ABM Platform & The Best Customer Success Team Around"

What do you like best?

Sales Activation, Account Scoring, Web personalization and micro targeting of ads.

What do you dislike?

There are some opportunities to improve the platform for advertising to be more self-service. However, the account managers at Triblio take on the few things that an end user cannot do at this time. e.g. day parting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This ABM platform has many advantages over their competitors. Price, micro targeting for Ads, No minimum spend requirement, sales activation, account scoring, increased pipeline sales cycle, and white glove account managers to ensure success.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Targeting large accounts for our advertising agency. Visibility into which of the target accounts and contacts in terms of how many IP addresses, which accounts are visiting the website, as well as what content they are consuming. Suggested contacts, web personalization, display advertising and CRM integration. It's been a game changer for us and is a lot less expensive to advertise monthly on this platform than Google AdWords.

"Promising ABM software with room for improvement"

What do you like best?

We love the ability to target specific people, departments within a company and deliver custom message via personalized ads, website, and content board for sales cycle. Not really anything on the market today that does this.

What do you dislike?

We believe the UI needs work, very clunky and confusing at times. Integration capabilities with Salesforce and Engagio have a lot of room for improvement. Content boards are a great tool for salespeople but too confusing for them to use without marketing support. If you are Engagio user, there is no direct integration and data becomes redundant in Salesforce. One thing we are concerned about is that they are adding new feature sets before perfecting core experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As with any software, make sure to evaluate in the context of the rest of your software stack. If you are using other technology, do a thorough review of interoperability. Also make sure you have your target persona and accounts selected before signing on as it will delay implementation.

Triblio at its core provides customization of marketing and sales cycle which builds trust and credibility and can accelerate deal cycles. Customer support is fantastic.

"Real Account Insights with Triblio"

What do you like best?

The team is great to work with and have always been extremely helpful. I like the account scoring features and overlays. It is easy to create personalized campaigns for industries or personas. Setup is very simple and you can be up in running in a short period of time. I like that I can do ad targeting to different segments.

What do you dislike?

I would love to have instant notifications via my Chrome browser. As with all solutions any additional capabilities in reporting would be helpful. A customized weekly dashboard sent via email to sales leaders would make my life easier. We know the sales team can access these dashboards via Salesforce.com but feel they would consume a weekly report via email.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are targeting new markets with new products. Our target universe is large and this really helps us prioritize our efforts. Knowing an account is interested helps us come up with strategies to help similar accounts convert. There has also been a lot of validation that has helped us with our go-to-market strategy.

"Great user experience and customer support!"

What do you like best?

The Triblio platform is easy to learn and intuitive to use. We initially bought the tool to implement real time web personalization, but have been able to reap additional value from Triblio's other features including the exit intent popup and content board capabilities.

What do you dislike?

It was a struggle to think of something for this section - and this is a bit of a stretch, but a nice-to-have would be if Triblio could sync directly to Marketo smart lists for audience segmentation. Currently there is a limitation in that Triblio only syncs to static lists. This may be a technical limitation there isn't really a workaround for, however.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Have a plan for how you would like to implement personalization across your site going in. We spent a lot of time after we signed our contract strategizing with our CSM on where and how we would launch web campaigns. Although I do feel that both the Triblio team and our in-house stakeholders did a fantastic job getting campaigns off the ground, I think we maybe could have gotten there more quickly if we had done more pre-work.

If possible, I would also recommend thinking about how to utilize Triblio's additional features, to get the most value. We went in with an eye almost exclusively on web personalization, but over time have found value in other areas such as Triblio's content board.

Our primary use of Triblio is the web personalization functionality. We leverage that heavily, with an eye towards increasing conversions and decreasing bounce rate on our website

"Great for scaling ABM"

What do you like best?

Most all of the tactical approaches to ABM lives in one platform - personalziation, account scoring, account re targeting, 'content boards' and measurement. Second to this, their services and account management team is excellent, very responsive, helps you build out campaigns and get started using the platform. This is mission critical to drive utilization and adoption of their platform. Creating campaigns and audiences is easy once you get the hang of it. Their content boards and overlay technology is also very effective for content marketing.

What do you dislike?

The platform needs some UX improvements. An example of this is not being able to easily scale up content boards - you can't clone their content board cards to use across other content boards. Time to value is challenging - the platform is a lot and not every ABM program needs the entire platform - just all depends on where you are in your ABM maturity model.

You need a dedicated person on the team to manage, optimize and scale up the use of Triblio to maximize the investment.

"Excellent Focus on Customer Success "

What do you like best?

Working with the team members at Triblio has been effortless. They have thoroughly walked us through everything, explaining every detail in a simple way that we could understand.

What do you dislike?

On our end, we needed to align our segments in order to effectively utilize Triblio, which was a big effort, but once we were aligned, we were able to execute effective ABM campaigns.

Personalization is crucial in today's marketing. Triblio has helped us effectively personalize our engagement to various verticals. We've been able to nurture our leads in a more automated way which has helped us close more deals.

"A Lot More Bugs Than They Let On- Have a Developer On Hand"

What do you like best?

I like the flexibility of being able to change the website without code and an easy resource center build.

What do you dislike?

From IP address identification, issues with audience setup, personalization, reporting and A TON of issues with basic functionality of the platform. I'm 50/50 on this tool. A lot of decisions are based on domains but it's not available in Triblio's reporting. Ad visibility and function is questionable.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Have someone on your team to cross check all of Triblio's code. Do not rely on them at all for this or risk QA across your digital channels. I'd also be wary of their ability to identify accounts by ip addresses consistenly. If you have personalization setup and your prospect is cookied at an airport, the site will think you are an airport instead of who you really are. There's no intelligence behind the ip addresses matching.

"Great ABM Software and Services"

What do you like best?

Triblio gives Aquicore the flexibility to deliver fully custom experiences for each of our segments, target markets - or even individual customers. With Triblio we know who's visiting our page, what they are doing and how they are engaging with us. We can target ads, custom web experiences and offers to drive better conversion through customized experiences.

What do you dislike?

You do need basic web editing and coding experience to take full advantage of the features - but that's the case for most any advanced marketing today.

Recommendations to others considering the product

When evaluating, we were looking for more than just targeted ads and wanted a the ability to fully develop a marketing campaign - from ads, to outreach to landing pages to website and offers. Tribilo delivered on all of these fronts giving us the tools we needed to develop quality marketing that almost immediately impacted our sales.

Aquicore has been able to better target our individual markets and customers and provide them with more customized experiences. This has helped us move key target accounts through our sales process 30-50% faster than we otherwise could have by aligning the marketing experience with the specific needs of our target customers.

"Great product with a great customer support"

What do you like best?

The product has great insightful information on who's visiting our website and their activity. It's platform for building out custom experiences based on a myriad of segments is so valuable. We have been able to successfully and easily provide relevant messaging to customers and prospects.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I can currently think of. The company is still growing so some features are being minorly tweaked but nothing to say I dislike.

The ability to see what are target accounts are reading on our site and gaging their interests. Also providing custom messaging to different accounts or market segments. We can also quickly build micro-sites specific to target accounts or sales reps to drive faster conversions.

"Triblio"

What do you like best?

The number of functionalities is definitely one of the best things about Triblio, if you have a small marketing team with limited resources and budget it is your tool to help execute number of account-based marketing execution. Also, my experience with their customer success side has been very positive, they are helpful and always responsive.

What do you dislike?

As in many full stack products, trying to handle too many aspects of ABM made them overlook on UI/UX as well as ease of use on some of their functionalities.

It helped us create awareness through our target accounts with its account based advertisement functionality. Our website visit metrics on our target accounts increased significantly, which helped us create pipeline for our sales team.

"Worth the Investment!"

What do you like best?

This ABM software allows us to focus our marketing efforts in a more focused method. With a more targeted approach, it increases our confidence that our spend is being used wisely.

With this investment also comes a time commitment.

"Looking for ABM and Personalization? Look no more."

What do you like best?

Triblio is a great ABM/marketing platform with an even better leadership team and strategic direction. They are definitely trending in a great direction.

What do you dislike?

We lost our account manager recently, but the leadership team stepped up and helped us through the transition. Because they are based in a hot market turnover - especially of mid-level staff members could be an issue.

What do you like best?

Triblio is truly "integrated" - no BS. From display to custom home pages ... we have made Triblio a key piece of our integrated marketing campaigns. The integrations are a bonus!

"There's some potential but these guys are amateurs"

What do you like best?

I like the concept of ABM and a platform that's simple and fully functional

What do you dislike?

I dislike the bait and switch....during the sales process we were promised several things:

- Subscription included advertising

- professional services would be included at no charge

- the integration with our CRM and features that it would unlock

- targeting via their access to some mysterious database

None of these have come to light.

What do you like best?

I really like that there are so many different types of elements that you can use for campaigns and that it's easy to use. Also our CSM is really knowledgeable and helpful!

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike. There's always small technical improvements that can be made but they are receptive to feedback so looking forward to see where the product goes.

Being able to do web personalizations, custom content hubs, display ads, pop-up ads, sticky footers, etc., in a short period of time is so great! It has really brought our ABM strategy to a different level and being able to see results from these actions helps a lot.

"User-friendly platform and awesome customer support"

What do you like best?

Triblio is an integral part of our MarTech architecture. We use its website personalization module which is super easy to implement for any non-technical user. Triblio helped us to advertise to our targeted accounts through its outreach capabilities. I also like its content board feature that helps you to customize user experience and show them most relevant content that increases engagement on the site.

What do you dislike?

Triblio is very robust so there isn't anything i dislike but I would love if they can add real-time website visitor tracking as well. It will be an awesome addition to its capabilities.

Account based marketing, retargeting, account activity tracking, and website personalization. We have seen increased engagement on our site, increase in activity and conversion from our targeted accounts at much less CPL.

What do you like best?

Ease of use -- we've been able to define and target our key audiences very quickly, getting campaigns up and running in a day instead of weeks. The content boards are beautifully showcasing all of our content and tools that were buried in the blog and product pages.

"Amazing ABM software for campaigns"

What do you like best?

-There are endless amount of elements to cater to any type of ABM campaign. Essentially it's customizable for any use to target different accounts.

-So easy to use and also very intuitive.

-Amazing customer support. We've even reached out with ideas they've implemented!

What do you dislike?

Honestly, we haven't run into any issues thus far. Support is always very responsive with anything that comes up (usually user error).

Get set up with a demo and you'll be set! They have everything a successful ABM campaign needs!

The ability to see exactly which companies our web visitors work at. Having a list of the companies who visit our site is invaluable.

"Easy-to-use platform with lots of potential"

What do you like best?

Triblio allows us to reach our target prospects and serve up personalized messaging. This is something we would be unable to do without their platform.

What do you dislike?

The platform has been pretty glitchy since we've signed the contract in March, specifically in the metrics reporting. If something looks off, every time I've brought it up to my account manager it was due to a technical issue. This makes it hard to trust the reporting.

"So many cool features!"

What do you like best?

The user experience of this application is excellent. There are so many simple, but effective ways to display call to actions, edit specific pages and track traffic which makes Triblio my go to for account based strategy.

I did need some hand holding in the beginning, but had a wonderful CSM who got me up and running quickly.

"Triblio- Great for ABM and Campaign Metrics"

What do you like best?

The ABM capabilities. We were able to customize our messaging for certain audiences and recommend our own thought leadership based on industry.

What do you dislike?

I wish content metrics were clearer. Triblio started out with very clear metrics on how content performed on how content contributed to leads. But I felt as other parts of the platform improved, content metrics became an afterthought.

We were able to customize ads on our website for our most strategic prospect accounts. And we were able to use adds to better promote our thought leadership on our website. We were able to gain additional downloads and MQLs from this customization.

What do you like best?

Great ABM platform. We have been pleased with the guidance provided to us, the check-in calls, and help understanding how we could achieve even more success through the platform.

There are still some kinks and bugs that need to be worked out. Some things a bit more cumbersome than they seem.

What do you like best?

"Off to a great start!"

What do you like best?

Ease of use. WYSIWYG editor means I don't need to have knowledge of HTML or CSS to make personalizations.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far! We are still in implementation phase, but the Customer Success team has been very helpful.

Triblio offers a great way to market to specific accounts that we're trying to target. A benefit we've realized is just being able to tweak our messaging to focus on whichever audience we're going after.

The support from the Triblio reps! Their best practices, monthly calls, etc. SO HELPFUL.

Some wonky things with the integration with HubSpot.
