What do you like best?
Truly does a great job of streamlining my day to day process when calling customers. I no longer need to spend time confirming that my calls/texts are being logged, but instead can utilize Truly's recording feature, and learn from other colleagues by listening in to their phone calls. The customer support + team is also great, making it very easy to get real-time answers and support when needed!
What do you dislike?
There isn't a single aspect about Truly that I dislike, as the product continues to get stronger and stronger. Like any new product, kinks will get figured out and the product will improve. Truly has blown me away with how consistent the product is and how it continues to become more robust.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Truly enables better communication to take place between myself, my customers, and my team. It makes my process more efficient and saves me hours each week where I used to have to manually log my activity in my CRM. It's also extremely agile, as I'm able to use the tool at work on my desktop, at home from my laptop, and on my mobile. This aspect is awesome and allows me to constantly change my work environment, while having the same level of reliability.
