"Tune - Mobile Attribution Provider"

What do you like best?

I love the customer service - teams that manages our account along with the great collaboration that we have with the product teams at Tune.

What do you dislike?

Slow to innovate and launch out new product features. Tune assists both the clients and the mobile partners/vendors so they're constantly working on rolling out features for both sides to help support them in using the product. I think the largest miss here is that the clients rely on them to provide them with the best mobile attribution product so that we can buy and manage our mobile campaigns. Some features that were recently rolled out but could have been sooner are the fraud features along with improved and faster reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely do your research and compare prices, features and look for what is best for your business. Onboarding a new mobile attribution partner is a huge undertaking and needs someone to do a due diligence job.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business problems we're trying to solve with Tune is to have a better way to attribute installs/down stream event and to ensure there's 100% accuracy with this attribution. We've only used Tune as our main mobile attribution partner so we're not aware of the other features that are available with other platforms.

"DIrector of pay per call "

What do you like best?

IT's very informative and helps you learn at your pace and the topics that you want or need to work on

What do you dislike?

There isn't; as many whitepaper or guides as there are webinars and blogs I'm old school and to retain the tinformation I need it in paper copy its' also nice that way so I can write in my notes

Learning and the continued education that needs to be done but it can be very expensive and time consuming so tune makes it very ready and easy to do

"Issues for more complex tracking"

What do you like best?

I like that it allows us (as a media agency) to track paid media through to app action

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there are a lot of nuances on setup and for what is able to be tracked. Also, it seems like all areas within the Tune organizations are not all aligned (ie. fraud tracking and multiverse).

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking in-app behavior. We have been able to accurately prove that paid media is influencing app downloads and actions in app.

"Mobile attribution for app installs."

What do you like best?

Client service team is great and will walk you through their platform step by step. Their platform is easy to read and navigate - set up, reporting, etc.

What do you dislike?

No direct Facebook SDK integration and not part of the FB preferred partners.

Easy set up process and great to get some insight into your mobile media spend.
