"Excellent product, even better team"

What do you like best?

Uberflip has made it easy for us to build not only a robust resources section on our website, but also custom content experiences for different segments of our audience — no coding necessary. Plus, Uberflip's customer support and coaching is top-notch. Dylan has been my customer success coach for about two years, and he's helped me take our content experience from bare-bone to beautiful and functional.

As far as the product itself goes, my favorite functionality includes:

- The ability to use Uberflip's onBrand team to customize our Hub to match the look and feel of our website

- The simplicity of building Sales Streams, so our individual reps can create personalized content experiences for individual prospects

- The simple CTA builder with Marketo integration, so we can decrease friction in the conversion process and generate leads more easily

- Content tagging and automation workflows to help organize and manage assets

- Google Chrome plugin that allows our sales reps to send content without leaving their inbox

What do you dislike?

My biggest complaint is that the number of Marketing Streams is limited to 50, even at the enterprise level of the product. There are a lot of really cool and unique use cases for Marketing Streams, so I wish the cap weren't so low.

"Uberflip is doing flippin exactly what we flippin wanted it to do!"

What do you like best?

The ability for us to have a content hub that not only allows us to house our content, but serve that content to our site visitors based on what they are looking at on our site in the moment they are engaged with that product. Also, we can embed our tiles right within our email campaigns keeping a common look and feel to how we present our content.

What do you dislike?

Nothing right now. We have just recently gone live with our hub, but so far I have nothing that i feel we need right out of the box.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Support sets Uberflip apart, they have a fantastic product and it is doing exactly what we wanted it to do, but the team at Uberflip is simply amazing. They were there every step of the wayand was a huge resource for us during implementation and learning the ins and outs of the product. After implementation they are still there making sure we are successful in using the tool and helping with anything along the way.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had a resource center before, but it only housed content that we hoped might possibly be seen. Now we have a much more well organized content library, but we have the content related to each of our products on the pages that they relate to. We can also serve up content before they leave a page giving them yet another opportunity to engage with that related content.

"Helpful product, great people"

What do you like best?

Uberflip has helped our marketing team deploy our content quickly and easily and provide an excellent customer experience for visitors. We are able to make content available in a couple of minutes, rather than days in our old processes. Plus it is very visually appealing and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

When you are first setting up a hub, it is a little complex to figure out the hierarchy in the most efficient way. Ours was set up by others, so I'm not sure what the thought process was. However, I have been able to customize the menu structure and public facing streams to be very organized.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you have a lot of content, add to it frequently, need flexibility in how it's presented to a variety of audiences, and you don't have a lot of time or people to manage it all - Uberflip is a lifesaver. Great product that is easy to use and wonderful, helpful people.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have an easy way to present content in relevant streams to our prospects and customers. It is engaging for them to find and read. It has significantly cut down on time spent managing the back end. We are able to get better metrics about content performance. And it's so user friendly. And any time I have a question or issue, my account rep and customer support have been fantastic.

"Overall great product with only a few kinks"

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to create and manage content, without requiring time from our website team. Marketing can easily publish blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and more without dealing with the main website. Plus, the layout is great, it is super easy to add/remove items from multiple marketing streams, and the support team is always there when we need help.

What do you dislike?

Some of the features can be a bit clunky. There are a few minor issues with marketing streams, but otherwise a great product. My biggest complaint is that the hub is hosted on a subdomain, which can negatively impact SEO.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely take the time to see if it is the right solution for you! There are HUNDREDS of benefits to using the platform, but it does require time and energy to maintain. You'll likely want to revisit your hub multiple times per week to make changes, so you'll want to have someone dedicated to that. This undertaking is not for a company just getting started who wants to publish a blog post or two.

That said, Uberflip is the best platform I've seen for this type of work and their support team is amazing. They truly do care about their customers and want to do everything they can to help them succeed. If you need a platform for content management, this is the way to go.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Previously, we could not publish any content to the website when the team was under a content freeze. Now, we can quickly and easily post new blogs, upload new videos, and switch out content as needed. This keeps our marketing team nimble and allows us to continue making an impact even when other areas of the site are unable to be changed.

"Uberflip is the perfect partner for your content journey"

What do you like best?

Uberflip has surprised me in being both a versatile and engaging platform for our business and our customers, and a friendly and knowledgeable community who are quick to help at every stage of the implementation process.

What do you dislike?

There are so many things I love about Uberflip, so it's difficult to think of anything I don't like. I would like the image upload manager to be more powerful and customisable, but otherwise, the platform is perfect for our needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

My biggest piece of advice would be to think outside the box! At the beginning of our partnership with Uberflip, I didn’t realize how customizable it could be; there are already plenty of options available in the GUI, but you can add custom CSS to add things like video banners, custom labels, and descriptions that appear when you hover over the tiles - your imagination is the limit. Make sure you check out other companies’ hubs for inspiration!

By using Uberflip's hub for our business, we have experienced the benefits of having a comprehensive and wholly customisable content platform for our customers at our disposal; deep and meaningful metrics across different types of engagements; and an impressive AI foundation that makes every customer feel unique and valued. We have now succeeded in implementing a detailed, customised content journey for our users that far exceeds anything we have ever offered before, beautifully blended with our Drupal website and Pardot marketing automation platform, that gives us more scope and bigger data than we have ever had previously.

"Great analytics and user interface"

What do you like best?

We use Uberflip to publish Blog content. The interface is easy to use, tracking the analytics is just as easy as it is to incorporate CTAs, etc. Our Customer Account rep Dylan made our learning experience very simplified and he continues to share ways in which we can benefit through the platform.

What do you dislike?

At the moment, nothing really. I just need to leverage it more frequently to get more accustomed to all the values and features it is capable of to incorporate into our digital marketing techniques.

Right now we are solely using it for content marketing. We've been able to publish blog content in a professional looking platform that incorporates CTAs in the form of e-book uploads, document uploads and even forms.

"Countless ways to use Uberflip to deliver tailored content"

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to spin up custom Uberflip streams to support our different marketing initiatives. We use Uberflip across the entire customer journey, from demand gen to customer marketing. We're currently in the process of pulling all of our customer onboarding docs and content into Uberflip streams because it's such an easy and consumable way to display and share this information.

I also really like all the content that's available to support Uberflip. If I ever have a question on how to do something, I"m almost always able to find a supporting document or article in their Help Center.

What do you dislike?

There are so many things I love about Uberflip, so it's difficult to think of anything I don't like. I'd say the one small dislike is the way Flipbooks are displayed. The page is sometimes a bit slow to load and I think it'd be awesome to have the ability to maybe brand the page or just make it look a bit more aesthetically pleasing. Overall, Uberflip is an awesome platform that's super flexible and easy to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When executing ABM programs, delivering personalized content that's relevant to the specific buyer and their stage in the buyer's journey is crucial, and we're able to do that with Uberflip. Whether it's our sales development team creating and sharing customized streams based on specific conversations, creating streams for a specific account in a 1:1 campaign, or our marketing team creating streams to use with our display advertising campaigns and other initiatives, Uberflip allows us to easily aggregate and share tailored content.

"Uberflip makes posting content a lot easier. "

What do you like best?

Uberflip has made managing a very complex content stack a lot easier and has opened up a world of possibilities for our content team. Uberflip is also always releasing new features which makes it easy for us to adapt to the changing B2B landscape - they're very responsive to customer needs.

What do you dislike?

It can sometimes be frustrating when bugs come up - but their team is typically good about fixing those. They would be the first to admit their their metrics section could use an overhaul but they mentioned that's on their roadmap for the 2018 release.

Try to get in quick! they are a growing company and prices are rising.

Trying to sell to buyers with little to no commonalities has been a big problem for perks. Its been awesome having everything neatly organized into separate RSS feeds because it allows us to link up our marketing automation platforms with their system and get information out to our diverse customer base!

"Nimble, efficient and scalable"

What do you like best?

Uberlfip allows users to be very agile with content and the way it is organized. The tagging system allows for a one-time effort to load content and display it in multiple places. Each aspect is well-integrated into another for a seamless user experience on both the internal and external sides of the product. The functionality is conducive for scale, great for a pilot-to-expand model. I think the outstanding customer success team is Uberflip's biggest advantage and the customer's largest value of the investment.

What do you dislike?

There are some limitations in terms of importing content that require creative work-arounds, like uploading content as "blogs" that aren't really blogs. There are also some challenges with permissions when scaling across a global org, but Uberflip has committed to resolving these over time on their product roadmap, starting with the user groups they recently released.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Ask for plenty of customer examples. There are a lot of different directions you can go to implement it.

Dynamic, engaging content as opposed to traditional, static landing pages and content experience. The benefits are two-fold. The pages are dynamic in nature, but also agile to create and adjust quickly.

"Great product!"

What do you like best?

Uberflip has an easy-to-use and clean UI with an excellent support team. As with any software, it's expected to run into nuances that can hinder productivity. Issues like this can be exacerbated with subpar customer support. With that in mind, my team has never had a major issue with the platform that halted production, but we found the support team to be very responsive and thorough with the most minor questions and requests. Responsive interface with an attentive and knowledgeable team - can't ask for more from an growing SaaS company!

What do you dislike?

Their integration with Marketo works seamlessly at a basic level; hence, the integration can be and should be more robust. Also when integrating Uberflip to your website, opt in for a stand-alone subdomain rather than an embedded option. The embedded option makes the implementation easier, but long-term makes your SEO and tracking efforts nearly impossible.

We were creating a resources center where content is readily available, easy to maintain, and visually appealing to prospects.

"Better content experience doubled leads & led to more engagement"

What do you like best?

Uberflip was easy to implement. Onboarding was great - they walked me through every step of the way. It integrates with other tools we use: Marketo, Vidyard, Google Analytics. And our Uberflip resource hub is easy to maintain for one person with many other responsibilities, plus the team at Uberflip is focused on helping us get the most out of the tool, regularly making suggestions about how we can improve.

What do you dislike?

The Uberflip extension doesn't work with the version of Outlook we are using (2013).

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Uberflip, we doubled the number of leads we generate per month from our content, are able to attribute those leads to specific assets, and increased overall engagement with our content, both in our resource center and in other areas of our website.

"Great Content Engagement Platform"

What do you like best?

Uberflip allows us to organize and display our content in a way that we were unable to before. I can group by topic, interest, product or type. This has made it extremely easy for visitors to find the content that they want when visiting our website.

What do you dislike?

The implementation was longer than we would have liked. This was due to finding all of our silo'ed content and bringing it into the platform along with organizing and assigning titles and metadata. I would love if Uberflip integrated with a program to make metadata easier.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Uberflipped solved all of our organization problems in terms of content and has greatly improved our lead scoring. We no longer have to direct people to different websites (YouTube, Wistia, Blogs, Whitepapers) etc. to get the information we are looking for and we can not appropriate score based on the amount of content they interact with. Only a few months in and our website's bounce rate has dropped dramatically.

"Great platform for showcasing your content "

What do you like best?

The platform is very easy to use and allows our content team to be self-sufficient in building web great experiences to house our content. Plug and play integrations with GA, Marketo, Optimizely and other tools make it easy to integrate with our workflows.

What do you dislike?

The hubs can sometimes feel a little clunky and have slow load times. I wish it had more options for gating items as there is only one design for putting a form field in front of an asset. Also wish we could "tag" blog articles and other assets.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a way to quickly build a resource center with a visually engaging, mobile responsive experience that worked with our existing infrastructure. We've seen better engagement and higher page views since implementing Uberflip.

"Amazing Platform for Content"

What do you like best?

This platform makes CTAs a more natural experience and part of your content funnel. It also allows you to group content by so many different things such as personas or industry. Very cool.

What do you dislike?

It takes a bit of time to set everything up, and the biggest downfall (not on Uberflip) is rallying and gaining support for others in the office to use it. Especially sales.

"How an Advanced Analytics Provider Achieved a 3x lift in MQLs"

What do you like best?

With the help of Uberflip, the my team is now getting to market faster, building campaign’s quicker and at scale. Uberflip is doing the work for us, we’re able to focus our time on assessing inbounds, and strategizing sales follow ups, instead of spending our time dealing with the cumbersome process we had in place prior to Uberflip.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes there are some UI limitations that can be frustrating but we work around them. The Uberflip team is there to help.

Our content library included dozens of ebooks, playbooks and webinars. Yet, we were failing to meet traffic and lead gen goals. Content was not generating the volume & quality MQLs needed, therefore conversions were down.

Within the first month of launching our Resource Center, our team increased inbound MQLs by 3x, thanks to the ability to position and categorize their content by industry, content type and solution. With strategically placed CTAs on the hub, visitors can easily register for webinars, download eBooks, and request product demos. Out of those, we saw conversion to demo rates increase 4x.

"Uberflip a complex implementation"

What do you like best?

We have a super complex wordpress set up and managing all the different types of resources has be a large pain for several different teams involved. Uberflip hasn't been the easiest to implement due to this fact however now that it is up and running it has save a ton of time. To launch one ebook it would involve me juggling content writers, creative team, web developers and demand gen teams all having different objective and having better ideas on how to implement and changing their minds half way through. Because Uberflip is so easy to use I have the content writers own the page and demand gen control the CTAs and the web developers are not even involved. Hallelujah! The time we save has been massive.

What do you dislike?

• Marketo Intergration - Granted we have a complex marketo set up but the way we track out leads isn't through list but form completions and Uberlip and Marketo only work through being added to a list. We were able to get it to work but we had to create smart flows to about 200 campaigns and was a real head ach.

• Vanity URLs - Why Uberflip isn't doing this is crazy. Vanity urls in needed in the marketing space not only for seo purposes but also to make it easier for the user.

• Unlimited CTAs - I understand this is their pricing model but it would be nice it there was an option for unlimited CTAs so we can have more unquie copy.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly moving away from wordpress and using the web dev team. Faster implementation of assets and higher conversion rates.

"Kickass, powerful, and surprisingly flexible"

What do you like best?

Dynamic content. Once you set it up with the right feeds and layouts, it can be an awesomely scalable plugin to your site, creating a section that constantly refreshes dynamically with activity happening on RSS, social media, etc. The ability to have multiple streams also enables scalability - upload once, showcase multiple times.

I like the flexibility in content types, share options, layout customization, and CTA - I ca see scenarios where this could power full-fledged content sites, not just a plugin section.

What do you dislike?

You can't set url-based tag searches, forcing you into a unique custom stream for each configuration. Probably a financial decision to drive up subscription to higher packages, but makes it hard to explode integrations across site for multiple custom searches.

The CTA function integrates well with Marketo, but is hampered by having to force a select option in dropdowns by default - tends to skew data - plus there seems to be some sync issue with Marketo (data goes through fine but keeps generating warning notifications)

Recommendations to others considering the product

Useful if you have a lot of dynamic content you want to organize, but are okay with reasonable but not massive customization options.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use this to showcase customers, with a little card of customer logo + name that leads into a detailed case study. These are then embedded in product pages as required.

We also run a social room with this, pulling in what's happening across multiple social networks in a common place without looking disjointed.

Last, we have a bunch of streams specific to themes that contain custom pdfs, videos, articles, etc.

"Uberflip Delivers Smarketing"

What do you like best?

Uberflip Sales Streams alone bring a lot of value to our organization. Our sale team gets easy access to our marketing content and is able to build personalized pages for their accounts, all without the help of a marketer or access to our website. Plus the team is great to work with!

What do you dislike?

The out of the box design leaves a lot to be desired. Uberflip will provide the support and services to help you uplevel the design but it is at an additional cost.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Uberflip provides a seamless way to stand up, organize, post, and share content both internally and externally. It saves us time, provides better insights on our content performance, and the ABM functionality enables our sales teams to build personalized pages for their accounts.

"Uberflip Content Marketing Platform"

What do you like best?

I like how nice the platform looks, and the custom streams. It's a dynamic way to publish and share content. I like the Shout by Uberflip extension.

What do you dislike?

There are some small issues that we've hit, but the Uberflip team always takes the feedback and helps out. So I can't say I really dislike anything specific.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Look at lots of examples of how other Uberflip customers use the product. There's a lot of potential with the platform. TouchBistro does a great job of creating a sexy hub full of valuable information and easy navigation. You'll also want to work with someone in house that can do some custom CSS for you so your hub stands out and is on-brand with the rest of your visuals. Also, the Uberflip support team is great - they are knowledgable and helpful and have a positive attitude.

We can publish and share our content, but we can also customize content "streams" or pages for potential customers. That tailored approach is really beneficial, especially to bridge the gap between marketing and sales and to get our content in front of our customers.

"UberFlip = Great Content Experience"

What do you like best?

Gated content that doesn't disrupt the web experience. Custom content streams for specific audiences.

Doesn't store user data upon filling out forms. Tough to troubleshoot or ensure that accurate data is getting passed into our Marketing Automation System.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Previously, we were using individual landing pages that took the visitor away from our site and the process stopped there. With Uberflip, we were able to create one centralized hub for all of our content that directly integrated with Marketo. This has helped improve lead nurturing, increased content engagement, built better lead profiles, and increased lead generation.

What do you like best?

My favorite aspect of our Uberflip Hub is how well our users engage with our content. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to gate content.

What do you dislike?

The ONLY thing I wish Uberflip had was a link shortening integration.

Make sure you have a demo with the Uberflip team before deciding wether or not this tool would be a good fit. They have a great team, very helpful!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Uberflip is a Content Marketers best friend. Before we implemented Uberflip, we had great content but our visitors would read one post and that's it. As a small team, there is only so much content that we can create at a time. With the ability to create Custom Streams, we can fill that gap with our other content.

The HubSpot integration has been a great way to generate leads and easy add them to workflows.

"Amazing Content Platform, Engaged Company"

What do you like best?

Uberflip is such a great way to store, promote, and report on your marketing content. It has revolutionized how my team organizes and presents our content and has more than helped with lead gen and client evangelism. On top of all of that, the company itself is amazing. Every Uberflip team member I've come in contact with has been helpful, engaged, and genuinely cares about my client experience.

"UberFlip enables our content marketing plan..."

What do you like best?

Very capable platform, easy to use, content intent metrics. Easy for a marketing team to use and publish content onto the web. Support is fantastic. Ability to manage content from Top of the Funnel straight through the bottom through proper content control, segmentation, management and optimization on one platform.

What do you dislike?

Not much .. I wish some of the customization options were self-serve and Sales Streams were more robust to handle more content types.

"Uberflip is flipping-cool"

What do you like best?

My favorite part about Uberflip is how easy it is to use. The Hub is pretty intuitive for pulling in streams of content from existing sources, such as your blog, social media, pdfs of ebooks and whitepapers which can be turned into Flipbooks. The part I love best is how well it syncs with Vidyard. Once we synced Vidyard with the Hub, it pulled in all of our videos which we could then separate into different streams such as case studies, featured influencers, etc. It makes my job as a content marketer easy.

What do you dislike?

I wish the metrics reports went a level deeper for visitor engagement. Because Uberflip is synced with our Salesforce CRM and Pardot (our marketing automation platform) I'd hoped to see detail at the contact level for who is engaging with our content. We had a "champagne" problem where we had multiple customer video testimonials but it was hard to put them all in the same spot. They were competing for "attention" with our ebooks, infographics, and other content to download on our Resources page. By replacing our Resources section with our Uberflip Hub, it's easier to do content management at scale with various streams of information. I'm a huge fan of the platform.

"Uberflip Allows Marketers To Market and Developers to Develop"

What do you like best?

My favorite thing about Uberflip is that it allows our marketing team to take care of most of their own needs rather than being dependent on the development team. We don't have a hard time creating pages, we don't need help troubleshooting or waiting for a deploy...we just do our work and it's live and/or updated right away.

Uberflip allows us to move more quickly than we did before. It gives our customers a more friendly user experience and has helped us improve our organic traffic. Maybe one of the most important things is that Uberflip is a good and consistent business partner. They help us solve our problems, respond quickly, care about our efforts and pay attention to us.

What do you dislike?

There are a few areas I wish we could improve on, but nothing that would keep me from working with Uberflip. I wish we could track goals in Google Analytics instead of events. I wish that our integration would've been a little faster and easier, though some of that was caused by our intense set of objectives. Though Uberflip has been great for our ebooks/whitepapers/case studies, etc. it isn't perfect for our events team, so that's not ideal. There are quirks with Uberflip, but the pros definitely out weigh the cons.

"Solid and Powerful"

What do you like best?

The sales team over at Uberflip was really knowledgeable about their product and patient when answering my questions. When i wanted to hop on the call, they worked with my constantly in flux schedule.

What do you dislike?

Nothing too critical. While I'm not too jazzed about the stripping of features at the introductory level (thereby making those intro tiers useless) the mid and upper tier packages are very robust tools. I guess my gripe is that when it comes to effectiveness, the intro price levels are a little misleading.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take the time to learn the app inside and out. It's highly customizable, and your success team will be there to help, but help yourself in having the right you'd like to ask in mind.

What do you like best?

The best thing about Uberflip is how easy it is to use. You don't have to be a coding expert to make a beautiful resource center. The support team is always there to answer questions and brainstorm new ideas. Plus, their knowledge base is incredibly helpful.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much to dislike. I think more work can be done on data visualization, but if you don't mind merging a few excel files you can do some pretty advanced things with the data.

One of my favorite things about Uberflip is how quickly you can iterate upon it. For companies with regularly changing objectives and strategies, this is super helpful. It was also very easy to customize the look and feel of the hub to be consistent with your own brand.

What do you like best?

The working sessions to get our content aligned have been very helpful. I also enjoy how our content can now be leveraged for our audience to find the resources they need and will have a much more interactive experience with our brand.

What do you dislike?

There are certain settings that require customization, the creation of a help ticket, and custom html to implement. I would like to be able to have more control over the creation of my hub and the naming of my assets.

"Love Uberflip!"

What do you like best?

I like how easy to use it is. The interface is user friendly and you can easily figure out where each task is located and how to use it. We use Uberflip to upload our resources to our website and it is quick and easy. It takes just 2 minutes! It also really helps with our lead gen and getting customers to fill out a simple form before accessing our content. It easily integrates with HubSpot so that we can pull all of the information from the form fill outs into our account.

What do you dislike?

I do wish that there were more options for embedding the tiles on our website. I like the way they look but I wish that I could put our brands own little twist on them. Even though it is great and we have a wonderful CTR, the tiles just don't "fit" with our website design.

I think that if you are using HubSpot or any other product that integrates with Uberflip, this is an easy way to get your content on your site and track it. I believe that Uberflip has helped us to bring in leads through our white papers, ebooks, infographics and more!

We are using Uberflip for all of our content pieces. It allows us to get our white papers, ebooks, infographics, etc. on the website for our users to see. We have gated many of our resources in order to collect leads and see how well our content is performing. Users can also see all of our social posts if they would like through this page as well. The fact that we were able to easily implement this into our website was huge. It was a quick and easy process of just embedding the code within our WordPress and, there it was! It is a great way to allow users to get to your content without any hassle.

"Uberflip is easy to use"

What do you like best?

I like that it easily integrates with our website for a single sign on access for our subscribers to access their digital publications. Converting PDF files is easy using Uberflip.

What do you dislike?

Since we are legacy customers, I don't like that we have to pay extra to connect Marketo with Uberflip. I also don't like that we have to pay for a license per issue that we post.

Their technical support have always been good. They are from Canada but I've never had a problem getting any issues if any, resolved. If you need to replace an entire flipbook you use up your license. Different options for adding advertisements.

"Intuitive Content Hubs"

What do you like best?

We have many different microsites at my company. Uberflip helps us to create an intuitive design and easily digestible content hubs. These hubs are great for generating leads! The large CTAs makes it very easy for a user to get to the content the need.

What do you dislike?

I can't say I really dislike anything. We are even wanting to keep our uberflips over redesigning our entire company's website.

"Uberflip Makes Life Easier"

What do you like best?

Without question, the best part about Uberflip is their customer service team. They're responsive, helpful and always follow up to make sure issues are resolved. They seriously kick ass. Other than the people at Uberflip, it seamlessly integrates with WordPress and has very simple drag and drop features that make it simple for even our interns to start using their first week on the job.

What do you dislike?

Uberflip's custom streams are great but it would be nice to have one master stream that could be organized rather than organizing in multiple streams (admittedly this could be accomplished through custom CSS that we do not pay for). It can be a pricey service (for small startups like ours) to have all the bells and whistles - but their base product is perfect for our needs.

Uberflip has their own blog full of resources on how to build a better blog and inbound marketing tools. I definitely recommend checking it out.

"Experiences with Uberflip"

What do you like best?

Uberflip has a fantastic team devoted to providing the best possible service to their customers. Their team is a joy to work with. They answer questions quickly and in a detailed manner, and you can tell everyone that works there is devoted to helping you as a customer to have the best experience possible.

In regards to their hub offerings, Uberflip organizes content in a way that is easy to navigate from a customer perspective. It is easy to use their content editor and easy to organize your content. Love the minimal progressive profiling and the look of using tiles on pages.

What do you dislike?

Since Uberflip is still growing, they are still working with integrating more marketing automation platforms. They also are still improving on adding more functionality and options in the blog creator tools (ex: having an organized area for managing photo content, being able to increase/decrease font size).

Definitely go through a trial and talk to the team at Uberflip - they will happily answer all your questions and concerns. Also be sure to check out examples of what they've done with previous customers - this was super helpful because it allowed my team and I to visualize what we would do when we became customers.

"Uberflip: Great staff, a product with huge potential"

What do you like best?

The ability to embed tiles and create customized streams of content is hugely valuable for us as a digital marketing team. Makes the management of our content library much, much easier. The support staff are excellent - very responsive to any problems and always open to product development requests.

What do you dislike?

The Pardot connection, to put it kindly, needs work. Maintaining our Pardot workflows post Uberflip go-live was a challenge.

The metrics aren't particularly helpful, but (a) we have other platforms for our metrics and (b) I have optimism that this will improve over time.

The support for multi-language libraries is very shallow. There are some SEO related issues that will hopefully be worked out in the next 6 months.

- Find out how to support your existing workflows

- Ignore content score (seriously.)

- Uberflip + Pardot dynamic content = impressive website pages

Customized streams of content allows for greater support of buyer personas. We've gotten a much better idea of our levels of engagement with both video and whitepaper content.

"Uberflip Has Helped Our Business!"

What do you like best?

Uberflip has been key to the growth of our content creation strategy. Working in a niche B2B industry, we needed to deliver our content in a meaningful, user-friendly way. We love Uberflip for its ability to create customized streams of content for our users!

What do you dislike?

We had some challenges gaining relevant insights from the metrics provided. As such, we ignore the 'content score' metric altogether. We also faced a few difficulties with integrating/maintaining our marketing automation tool. Customer support has been excellent though, so we are not overly concerned.

Make sure your current tools (marketing automation, landing page, advertising etc.) will integrate properly!

"Amazing functionality for content marketing"

What do you like best?

Uberflip fixes so many of the problems that I used to have with trying to publish content on my corporate website! Marketers spend hours of hard work and money producing quality content and then struggle to post it to a corporate site. Uberflip removes the dev barrier to getting content up on the website and start collecting leads.

I love how easy it is to post new content and have it display on the website in a captivating engaging manner. I also really like the integrations with Vimeo that make posting video to the website a cinch.

What do you dislike?

The integration with Marketo could be improved as well as conversion tracking for digital advertising.

"A great way to get Flipbooks"

What do you like best?

Coming from uploading standard PDF's to our site and trying to share them to our customers this software makes all the difference in getting a high quality Flipbook in our customers hands, and on their handheld devices.

What do you dislike?

I guess the only thing I think would need improving is the Link. The links are static and would love if they had a way to reuse a link by just updating the book but keeping the old book.

Make sure your document is good to when you upload that first time, even though you can add or make page changes on the fly. People will start viewing your document the second it is live so make sure!

"It's really great"

What do you like best?

Uberflip is similar to Flipboard or Slideshare but with your own domain name service. Uberflip is a curator for the content on almost all video formats such as, PDF documents, articles, etc. and they can be published in a HUB model. It has an interesting feature for conversation with "call to action" to visitors. It provides statistics to show how popular your content is.

What do you dislike?

For me there is no greater problem with the platform of this program is still being strengthened more so over time they will appreciate more development. If I would like to be more appreciative visually, an interface that attracts the most attention, but other than that I think is already quite functional and practical to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It measures the performance of different content marketing campaigns, the company specializes in automating marketing content. It also measures the effectiveness of the same in a centralized platform, and every piece of content distributed with a simple score ranging from 0 to 100%, based on five attributes: page views, sometimes that is shared, page views landing, clicks call-to-action and leads generated. Get a score of over 60% is a very good score.

"If content is important, Uberflip is the right solution"

What do you like best?

Great user interface, it makes people want to stay on your site. There is a new feature that allows the Sales team to send personalized stream of content to prospects. The people at UberFlip are top notch; I've had a great experience from each person I've interacted with from the Sales manager to the person responsible for onboarding. They really want you to succeed and they have a lot of resources to help.

What do you dislike?

The cost is high. It's best for marketers who are selling to Enterprise with high average selling price.

High cost so your ASP has to justify using UberFlip. If you have a consultative sales process, UberFlip will make sense.

I wish the default view for the dashboard was for 3 months, not 1 month. It's hard to gauge content performance for only 1 month.

"This Team Sets the Bar High"

What do you like best?

The flipbooks (ebooks) piece is fantastic. It allows you to upload PDFs and they become these great, easy to read flipbooks. You can edit them easily (even individual pages!), add links, insert slideshares, and more. Plus, you can gate them with CTAs and forms to capture lead information and these form fields can pass right through to your marketing automation software. That's everything I need!

Also, the sales, on-boarding and customer service teams were absolutely fantastic to work with!! They really set the bar high for any companies I'll work with moving forward. They not only made it easy, they made the whole experience fun and exciting. I felt so accomplished and excited about launching my Hub! Serious props to the Uberflip team.

What do you dislike?

It can get a tiny bit confusing once in a while because flipbooks used to be called "issues" like issues of a magazine. There are a few random places where they're still referred to as this. Also, the reporting and metrics area is good but you can't set up a view/report and save it for later to view again later.

The integration between HubSpot and Uberflip is easy to set up and use but you're limited in the number of CTAs you can have. Plus, there are no automated blog emails so if you're using Uberflip as your blog then you need to manually send emails. This is easy if you send monthly digests but if you offer an instant or even weekly subscription it can be a lot of work. Finally, your views to your blog posts in Uberflip will only show up in Uberflip and not in HubSpot.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It will take a decent amount of time to set up but will definitely be worth it. It's not difficult to set up by any means and the support is top notch. It just takes some organization especially if you have a lot of content, want to test CTAs, and are integrating with marketing automation software. Also, read the things in the knowledge hub - they're immensely helpful!

We're able to put all of our content in one place (ebooks used to be on landing pages which are not pulled in the same way blogs and social posts are in Drupal from HubSpot which is what we use). We create custom streams that divide up the content so we can deliver relevant content to our target audience and engage them with something that interests them.

"Need more sales features"

What do you like best?

UI is pretty easy to use. I like the color

What do you dislike?

I'd like more function that supports sales. I'd like to add adhoc decks. Have better tracking so I can see when a customer open it what they looked at and if they shared anything. it would be great to include pools, questions or otherwise give views the ability to give feedback or ask their own questions. Also adding Vynyard Videos and third party documents.

"Brings your content to life - and so easy to use!"

What do you like best?

As a content marketer, I find Uberflip both simple to use and an effective way to produce impactful content. For example, for our customer stories we used to produce relatively bland-looking PDFs, whereas Uberflip gives us the ability to bring our content to life, e.g. by embedding videos and other features within our flipbooks. What's more, their customer support is awesome.

What do you dislike?

Don't have anything I "dislike," but would like to see more detailed metrics on who's doing what on my hub. That said, supplementing Uberflip's native analytics with Google Analytics tends to give me all the info I need on my traffic.

Check out their "Knowledge Base" for tips for use, and don't be shy to ask their excellent customer support team for ways to maximize the platform - some of which aren't immediately apparent.

"Create a fantastic content experience for your website with ease."

What do you like best?

I really like how easy the tool is to use. It so easy that it deserves the "It Just Works" line. The drag and drop functionality is convenient, the text formatting is consistent, and the flexibility of the tool to customize with CSS is amazing. Lastly, the integrations with other popular marketing stack technologies makes it easy to distribute our content in real-time.

What do you dislike?

I'm not a huge fan of the Flipbooks. It's fantastic if you have interesting designs for your white papers or eBooks. But if you don't have a designer to design a Flipbook with multimedia, I feel the Flipbook just makes it more clunky for the reader. I always include the "Download PDF" option so the reader can download the PDF immediately.

We turned to Uberflip to help us bring our content our of silos and provide an experience that would allow users to browse through our content and increase the amount of content consumed. We also needed a quick and easy way to update our website so we continue to have fresh content on our resources site.

We are seeing higher time on site and more content being consumed. We also have content feed automatically to our website through the various integrations which really cuts down on time.

"I'm very happy with my experience."

What do you like best?

The ease of uploading documents is a great asset after taking the time to create a magazine type document for our members.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see some more options for uploads. For example, I was interested in seeing if Uberflip could flip the book vertically instead of horizontally. It would help with certain presentations that we have.

- The integration with Marketo ( and therefore Salesforce)

"Not looking back..."

What do you like best?

Uberflip is amazing. Why? Their customer service, blog software, and conference are incredible. We've had only great experiences with Uberflip.

What do you dislike?

CTA's are tricky to build, but the team are always happy to help you when stuck.
