What do you like best?
The Awesome Server Pricing.
The well documented api.
The very nice sales team, that will do anything to get you setup with all your needs.
The uptime, During the more than one hundred days that we've tested upcloud, we had 0 downtime, an 100% uptime, on all our servers.
What do you dislike?
The invoicing is So complicated when compared to digital ocean or linode, Their pricing model are more like amazon then a cloud server company.
The Billing method is Prepaid, with a very scary email sent almost daily. Something like, Your balance will serve you for 8 days then will terminate your servers.. VERY SCARY.
Besides the very hard to understand billing model, Its an AWESOME company, with a great future.
The support only works on helsinky hours, witch are very different from my timezone.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Its an awesome service, Very fair pricing and definitely has a great future up ahead. Once it becomes more user friendly especially about the billing and invoicing, It will definitely bother some big players.
