"A modern CRM that really contributes"

What do you like best?

This is the second time, as Sales Manager, I buy Upsales CRM for my organization after using and testing several CRMs.

Combines simplicity, design and function in an excellent way, which I Think few CRM is capable of in the same way.

Drives sales processes in a structured way with great overview and gives me as a Sales Manager a very adaptable follow-up tool based on our needs and measurement Points.

Always close to good and quick support.

Love the extra add-on with webinars an education.

What do you dislike?

Can't really Think of anything at the moment.

Not the cheapest CRM but on the other hand it's not just a nice design either. As with all CRM, the experience depends a lot on what you put into it and how it is used.

Go for the full version with Marketing Automation

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Full control of our sales process and sales forecast.

We do not need to have several different systems for sales tracking and marketing activities and quickly get an overview of which prospects and customers are hot and cold.

Streamlines our sales and marketing efforts.

Helps us to work closer between sales and markets, which is a must today.

"Enkel och effektivt"

What do you like best?

Färdiga kundkort som gör att man slipper skapandet av kundkort, vilket är största anledningen till att CRM system inte används. Enkelt att navigera i systemet och skapa nya aktiviteter och affärsmöjligheter.

Väldigt snabb och bra support både via chatt funktion på hemsidan och samtal till supporten.

What do you dislike?

Rapportcentret skulle kunna vara bättre. Svårt att skapa visualiseringar eller sammanställa datat på ett smidigt sätt.

Fråga efter hjälp i början för att sätta upp systemet enligt era egna behov. Gå på deras utbildningar så att ni snabbt förstår hur man använder systemet på rätt sätt.

Bättre struktur i säljteamet som gör att vi kan jobba mycket effektivare som ett team och individuellt.

Vi kan dela på stora konton mellan olika säljare, eftersom allt historik syns på ett väldigt tydligt sätt.

"Tydlig design och fantastisk support"

What do you like best?

Upsales är lätt att använda och lära sig. Programmet är lättöverskådligt designmässigt och det är enkelt att hålla koll på alla affärsmöjligheter och all uppföljning.

Det jag gillar absolut bäst med Upsales är den fantastiska supporten. Både via chattfunktionen i själva programmet, men också över telefon och mail. Snabba svar och alltid härligt bemötande. Väldigt service minded.

What do you dislike?

Nyhetsbrevsfunktionen har viss förbättringspotential. Önskar mer designmöjligheter i form av fler fonter, bakgrunder, helt enkelt en möjlighet till att vara lite mer kreativ och "lekfull".

"A competent CRM-solution with a great User Experience"

What do you like best?

The best thing with Upsales is probably its ease of use for the ordinary user. This makes certain that all our users use the system correctly which gives us reliable data. They way Upsales can handle data since the introduction of Insights is, from a managerial perspective, truly delightful. At a quick glance I can get the scope of the entire operation.

What do you dislike?

Nothing major at all. Some added features like workflow with checks and balances in an opportunity would be a nice added extra and would take the system from Great to Amazing.

Be sure to use Upsales consultants, they are great and worth their time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Upsales gives us complete view of our pipelines, customers, leads and prospects. It's also a platform from which we can handle our customers projects. It has also given us a complete system to handle marketing automation and minimized manual labour. I could try listing all the benefits but then I would be writing for the next couple of hours and you would be reading as long.

"All in One Plattform for CRM"

What do you like best?

As Head of Growth for Wise Group,, a large Swedish HR company, I was in charge of choosing, and implementing Upsales as a CRM for all pour companies in the group.

I like that the system is easy to use for the sales team as for the managers when it comdifferent kinds of reports.. With the new market features, everyone in the company could communicate very effectively with the customer. That all communication can be done from the same system means that we got a very good overview of how each customer was managed and aggregated.

I also felt the servixe and support was excellent!

What do you dislike?

Nothing particular. There are of course cheaper systems in the market but they of course lack many of the important features Upsales provides.

"Upsales CRM – Effektivt och enkelt att komma igång med"

What do you like best?

Det jag verkligen gillar med Upsales CRM är hur enkelt det är för hela organisationen att få en bra överblick av vilka affärer som är på gång och hur långt i säljprocessen varje affär har kommit. Rapporteringen gör det lätt för både planering och prognoser, inte bara för sälj utan för även övriga delar av företaget.

En annan sak jag uppskattar är att Upsales är enkelt att använda och komma igång med, vilket gör att det är ett system som används dagligen och inte blir ett krångligt system som ingen använder.

Inget jag kan komma på. Både uppdateringar och anpassning har jag flutit på bra.

Upsales is a system that is very user-friendly and easy to learn. Has a very good workflow in terms of cooperation between sales and marketing..

What do you dislike?

Has been difficult to manage some reports and sometimes it is a bit slow.

Has a wide range of courses that is very good to participate in before you begin.

We have built a very good workflow in sales processes and it is very easy to get relevant statistics and information how to manage sales and marketing activities. We have also begun an overall sales and market flow where we easily get information about new leads and potential business.

"simply the best sales tool!"

What do you like best?

It is very user-friendly and easy to work with, which means that the sellers actually use it and understand the benefits with it, which results in longer-term business relationships with our customers. Less that falls between the chairs and shorter sales cycles.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing special that I do not like but if I had to choose then I would like a little easier import of files first time you do them. But luckily, they have an outstanding support that assists with the smallest questions and solves all question marks that appear.

What do you like best?

Using Upsales has helped us keep track of our pipeline and other sales kpi’s when scaling our sales team. Their sales board helps us focus on the most critical deals and the feature for recurring revenue allow us to make sure every deal contributes to our most important growth measure: ARR

More Integrations to focusens Management and file systems. I would also like to have more banner templates to choose from.

"100% sales closing focus"

What do you like best?

That independent of the business I have been in charge of the last 10 years, Upsales have been an important flexible partner that always is in front of the development to help us achieve of sales targets. They are not only a supplier - they are a long term partner.

What do you dislike?

Not anything to dislike, but there are always room for improvement - I really would like them to be even closer to our business and help us use the system more efficient.

What do you like best?

I like Upsales CRM for its simple and almost intuitive way of working. I like the systems simple to use menus and layout. I like the systems design and clarity.

"Upsales CRM - Perfekta verktyget för oss"

What do you like best?

Upsales är effektivt och besparar oss enormt mycket tid framför allt - med marknadsverktyget så ser vi direkt vilka kunder som är aktiva och intresserade av oss. Vi får en riktigt bra överblick över våra kunder och den kommunikation vi har till dom. Vi för dessutom en grafiskt tydlig bild över försäljningen som underlättar vår budgetplanering. Att det dessutom tillkommit verktyg för nyhetsbrev är riktigt bra!

Inget att ogilla med Upsales verktyg, allt är toppen!

"Powerful and easy to use!"

What do you like best?

Fully integrated Sales and Marketing that allowes us to track and follow up our business results from inbound lead to done deal. Also great with the Looker BI in the same platform!

What do you dislike?

I do miss the iPad app. (It works ok with the iOS for iPhone.)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can with confidence make the right marketing investment and focus on the right accounts. I.e We have changed our Sales plan and strategy for 2018 based on the insight we get from using Upsales.

"A great CRM tool!!"

What do you like best?

I have tried 4-5 different crm tools within sales, Upsales is the best so far! It´s super user friendly, optimized to all units and just overall a great tool when you are busy and need to get organized really fast and effective!

What do you dislike?

They can work a little bit more on some design, but it is not a major issue!

"Enkelt och kraftfullt verktyg"

What do you like best?

Styrkan att få in CRM och marknad i samma system gör det möjligt för oss och jobba väldigt träffsäkert och snabbt. Väldigt enkla gränssnitt gör att det faktiskt används.

What do you dislike?

Inget. Så fort vi har haft önskemål om anpassningar har vi alltid fått snabb hjälp.

Inkommande leads via inbound marketing och Upsales är det system vi managerar allt i ihop med vår webb. Förra året hade vi dubbelt så mycket försäljning på inkommande leads kontra uppsökande.

"Great product to increase your sales"

What do you like best?

Upsales is a great product for sales focused companies to increase its sales. It is intuitive to use, easy to implement and it feels personal when interacting with the company. In my opinion the easy to use, intuitive aspect is the most important aspects of a CRM system in order for the organization to use it efficiently.

What do you dislike?

Not much to be honest. As with all systems there are minor things that you would like to have been setup differently but in this case there are no major such things.

It helps the sales organization daily to optimize the sales focus and management to monitor the same.
