What do you like best?
This is the second time, as Sales Manager, I buy Upsales CRM for my organization after using and testing several CRMs.
Combines simplicity, design and function in an excellent way, which I Think few CRM is capable of in the same way.
Drives sales processes in a structured way with great overview and gives me as a Sales Manager a very adaptable follow-up tool based on our needs and measurement Points.
Always close to good and quick support.
Love the extra add-on with webinars an education.
What do you dislike?
Can't really Think of anything at the moment.
Not the cheapest CRM but on the other hand it's not just a nice design either. As with all CRM, the experience depends a lot on what you put into it and how it is used.

Go for the full version with Marketing Automation

Full control of our sales process and sales forecast.
We do not need to have several different systems for sales tracking and marketing activities and quickly get an overview of which prospects and customers are hot and cold.
Streamlines our sales and marketing efforts.
Helps us to work closer between sales and markets, which is a must today.
