I love the RezGrid feature, it makes booking vacations so easy. It's also great because it works in unison with NAVIS our lead/phone software. It's easy to create new searches and filters, and we are able to update everything, put in work orders, keep tabs on changes in reservations, etc.

The biggest issue we have is when the RezGrid won't load, or the system goes down (which it did for almost 2 days in March 2018). I also don't like not being able to have two folios open at the same time. If you have one open, and open another one in another tab, whatever changed you make end up affecting the other folio as well. Also, there are sometimes issues getting the revenue to upload to NAVIS, which often times is on the fault of NAVIS, but it's sometimes an issue with V12.net

Make sure it works with your other software you use. If not, you won't be able to experience all of the great features!

It makes keeping track of properties, reservations, and in-house issues a breeze. We can put inwork orders, book reservations, update property information, etc. It is also useful because it works in tandem with the other software we use, and they don't force us to use their software and programs instead.
