"Using Vainu for sales and outplacement / career counselling"

What do you like best?

The best thing in Vainu is the easy user interfaceface, the fact that they are constantly developing the service and the versatility of features.

What do you dislike?

Vainu is not always 100% accurate - it develops so fast not every feature is working perfectly. Sometimes the user interface is pretty cryptic too - although generally it is still easy to use.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Utilize Vainu's webinars and company specific training to get the most out of the system. Remember to update your skills at least once a year to keep up with the developing features.

It gives us new sales leads based on our most important signals. Also it helps with prospecting leads in certain areas or criteria.

It helps our counselling candidates to find new jobs via creating lists of potential employers and searching for job ads.

"Vainu is the best prospecting tool I've used"

What do you like best?

Usability is at a very high level and the UX is understandable and simple. For B2B -sales purposes Vainu service saves time. The most important thing in B2B-sales is prospecting (finding the right kind of potential customers) is made effective. Vainu is able to tackle this problem for us.

What do you dislike?

The information about some of the companies in Vainu are limited. This is obvious and probably they are working hard to get this fixed.

Take time to chat with the service people so that you are able to understand the possibilities. There are few great tips they can offer when you tell the customer support what you are after.

I am saving time = money. I have been able to reach potential customers faster = closing deals

What do you like best?

1. Compherensive filter parameter selection

2. Outstanding responsive customer care

3. Customer voice is heard and taken account on tool development path .

4. All in one lead cards showing the company insight at a glance saves time of busy salesman

5. Easy to use personal / team view, portfolio and alert setups.

What do you dislike?

1. Still quite manual way of moving lead company and it's contacts to the Hubspot CRM side.

2. Occasional slowness on service response times.

3. Some of company contacts information not available for tool (not a tool issue but more likely that data is not publicly available).

Easy to setup, well equipped webcrawler - lead searching tool, which really gets it's potential when integrated with a marketing automation & CRM system and active marketing- & sales team. Vainu.io customer support is also A-class.

Looking for & importing of potential prospects customers with specific growth signals, keyword combinations and industry identifies is fitting addition to marketing generated leads from other channels.

What do you like best?

Vainu just works. It does exactly what its supposed to do - help you find exactly the kind of companies who are in a need of your services. It's the most effective way of prospecting that I've seen.

What do you dislike?

More andvanced filters for companies like digitalization index could show what kind of parameters it actually uses to help users.

Just book a demo from vainu and you can see it in action. Demo is very helpful way to determine if the parameters in company filters suit for your needs.

What do you like best?

-Simple and intuitive UX

-Good workflows

-Efficient integration to CRM

-Some early problems when adopting, but they were cleared quite fast.

If you and your team currently spends time prospecting leads off of LinkedIn, etc. I can really recommend trying this software out. I was very pleasantly surprised with the solution and currently my team uses Vainu almost exclusively for our prospecting.

"I have found many interesting companies and their situation, new people, requirements -updating."

What do you like best?

When I hear what has happened on the field and what is new and the new contacts and connections. It is very quick and easy to use. The help is also very near.

What do you dislike?

I would like to get more specific information. I have to build up my groups .

It is very profitable to use proper program in order to get updated infos and contacts. Is it so good to be up to date in all matters.

"Very good product for searching prospects"

What do you like best?

Gives you quite a lot of information of companies. Easy to collect enough kowledge when panning calls to a certain prospect.

What do you dislike?

Haven't got enough time to learn all the possibilities that Vainu offers.

We are looking for new customers. Google is a good serch engine, but with Vainu you get more accurate information. It's quite easy to get proper "call lists".

What do you like best?

Easy to find similar prospects, integrates in Hubspot, helps our SDR/AE:s to find new leads in a fast & fun way.

What do you dislike?

Integration could be better, but also a challenge because the data is structured in different ways. Would be super to have personal information in Vainu, but that's easy to find in LinkedIn.

Find leads that fill up our pipe which leads to more closed deals.

What do you like best?

The possibility to collect information from all news channels in one place - regarding one company.

My alarms and signals emails didn't reach me. All though it may be my own fault.

It needs a bit time to learn how to get best results from search, and beside that the results could be more precise.

I can define my own list of organizatins and get news to my email. I can see changes in a organization and also most of the information.

What do you dislike?

There might not be any public information about some change drivers and that's why Vainu cannot find information.

Vainu is quick, lots of info on companies and espcecially I appreciate your chat. They find companies I don't and they answer fast.

there is nothing I dislike, I am happy with Vainu and try to learn more of it

We couldn't generate email flows and find the correct person at each company, but that are we solving with another SaaS solution. And Swedish site is much better then the Danish.
