"Vantage Point is not very intuitive, has a clunky presentation. The knowledge base is also robust. "

What do you like best?

I like the granularity of Vantage Point. I will say that it seems as though Pipkins is very malleable; but this feature isn't very useful due to the lack of intuitive UI.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the presentation, its hideous. Also, it's a windows only platform. Make Mac Compatible please.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Doesn't support Mac unless you're using Remote Desktop, which is finicky.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company has a lot of anomalies in regard to what tasks are considered productive and non productive. The malleable nature of the RTA module has helped solve many issues.
