Great company, terrific product! A team of world class technicians and support personnel.

What do you like best?

Vienna is extremely powerful right out of the box. It can be deployed via the cloud, on-site, or a hybrid of both. But the real secret of Vienna is it extendability. From creating custom modules, dashboards, even KPI's without coding, to its built in report creator, Vienna is built to go anywhere you organization desires.

I'm really going to enjoy deploying this solution across our many regions!

What do you dislike?

Installation can be a bit complicated if you're new to it, but once you're past the learning curve it's well worth it. Plus, support personnel is just a click away...

Speak with a vendor in your region who has customized the product to suit your particular requirements. Don't be afraid to ask the tough questions - this product can do virtually anything!

What do you like best?

VIENNA Advantage ERP/CRM Platform is versatile, comprehensive, integrated and complete solution. It is suitable for many industries especially in the retail, restaurants & cafes. It does have unique features such as Document Management Modules, built-in workflow & process automation engine and productivity tools such as calendar, email, tasks management, workflow inbox, KPIs Dashboard, etc...

VIENNA Advantage covers any organization's needs and will help such organizations to grow their businesses. Its unique HTML5 user interface enable users to conduct their tasks within VIENNA Advantage from anywhere, at any time and from any device. Its point of sales (POS) module requires no special POS hardware and it works using any device such as PC, Tablet, laptop and even smart phones with an Internet connection. No need for special network infrastructure for remote branches and locations and its POS keep working even if the connection with the main server is disconnected (offline mode).

VIENNA Advantage is a multi-tenant, multi-currency, multi-organization, multi-warehouses, multi-language, that will enable its users to utilize its features in large scales organizations located in different countries with different languages, different currencies in one centralized consolidated manner.

VIENNA Advantage provides high customization capabilities with its development framework that enable developers to develop completely new windows without coding by more than 70% of the development requirements.

VIENNA Advantage provides comprehensive reporting and KPI dashboards that can be created and configured by normal business professional without the need to have any coding or programming skills.

What do you dislike?

Due to the fact that VIENNA Advantage is covering virtually all organizations' needs and is dynamically and rapidly evolving, the documentation is lacking the pace of such rapid development. Also, to benefit from VIENNA Advantage, the organization need to have a well structured procedures and processes to reflect it on the system and if an organization lacks to have such structured procedures and processes, then it will require special customization efforts to enable such organization benefit from it.

We highly recommend VIENNA Advantage Solution for organizations who are in the retail, restaurants, distribution and cafe businesses and do have multiple remote branches and locations.

VIENNA Advantage platform solves the problems of having fully integrated ERP/CRM/DMS/POS and process automation that will provide a 360 degree view of all operational activities within an organization. Its user friendly reporting and KPI dashboards that can be created by business professionals provides in-depth analytical decision support reports and KPIs dashboard for the decision maker within organizations.

ViennaAdvantage is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning software with dynamic user interface

What do you like best?

I prefer Vienna Advantage due to its extensibility using fully customizable and reliable ERP modules.

With its various tools like BI and Reporting, Workflow Management, Approval and Alerts, Email and SMS integration, Task Management, Excel import and export etc the system can be tailored to suit any complex scenarios and bottlenecks in business process without coding. The integrated CRM and Document Management System makes it a perfect solution.

What do you dislike?

the disadvantage i noticed is - to understand the functioning of the Vienna ERP system requires the guidance of an experienced representative of ViennaAdvantage

after implementing ViennaAdvantage ERP one of our client's dealing in Architectural Facades System solved their major issues faced during document transmittal and by integrating materials management module with other modules like sales, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and production planning the lead time has been reduced and attained more efficiency and quality.

Vienna Advantage, an ERP with lots of extended features within itself

What do you like best?

being a consultant, following are the few best thing which I liked the most in Vienna Advantage as compared with any other Tier-I ERP. All ERP will have common modules/features/functionalities, but they stand tall when its been compared with uniqueness

- you can have extra task assignments apart from the workflow defined for a document.

For Eg: Lets consider a simple PO workflow where the Purchase Officer creates, and Purchase Manager verifies and approves. Doing this, the workflow is over, and you are done with the PO process. now, what about following up on the delivery with the Vendor, checking when the shipment arrives etc.. This can be achieved by assigning Tasks to someone to follow up, check shipment status, communicate through email. All activities can be done within Vienna for that particular PO as reference. the assigned tasks will come as a notification to that selected User's Dash board. this enables Vienna users to be within the system for any extra activities, which results in having a complete Eco System for the Customer

- Reporting Flexibility - Vienna has go inbuilt Report Writer to create different types of Financial reports with drill down and drill through functionality which can be later exported/emailed

Reports can be created with different hierarchical structure /formats apart from the actual structure defined for the COA. this gives flexibility for Finance Department to produce reports as per Company's need, Management need, department's need and the like.

- Document Subscription

this is yet another feature which enables users to chat each other with reference to the document they have subscribed.

- Real time synch with your outlook/ Google contacts and appointments

this enables the user to see all their contacts/appointments within ERP and initiates communication without missing any appointments

- Saving locations using Google map

Vienna helps you to save and track locations of your employees/customers/Vendors without buying extra Add Ins. this helps to locate and reach out quickly to the Business Partners resulting reduced cost and time

- need to incorporate many useful common validations

- workflow design has to be made simpler

best ERP/CRM solution in commercial Open Source area

What do you like best?

Built on the Vienna Advantage framework with an extendable data base you can configure your Solution based on your industry and individual needs. It covers all features and its mixtures makes Vienna Advantage unique. E.g.: Complete Set of Features covering all functional modules, Productivity Features, Extendable, Flexible, Open (Web Services), Agile Development platform cloud and on premise, Business Intelligence Capabilities, scalable, Easy deployment, User Experience.

What do you dislike?

Vienna Advantage works with Partners in the different Countries and Industries. There is stll not a Partner available in every Country.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Vienna Advantage we don`t need interfaces to other solutions. All needed features are integrated such as DMS, BI and the solution is multi language so that everyone is able to work on his home language. The Front End based on HTML5 is very friendly and works on each devise, so that the use isn't so much expensive.

Very Good. I am using Vienna for last 6 Months and quite impressed with the product

What do you like best?

The development platform is excellent. More than 80% of the application can be built by business users with some knowledge of SQL and basic knowledge of software development. Standard ERP & CRM modules provided by Vienna are very flexible and can be very easily configured to your specific needs.

The support from the Vienna team has been excellent. The boys are very knowledgeable about the product, quick to respond, very patient and courteous.

What do you dislike?

Documentation can be significantly upgraded. I think a process flow diagram for all the major processes would significantly improve the learning curve for new users. Without the workflow documentation one does not know how the different windows/screens relate to each other.

Vienna does have a android App, but I also think the mobile platform is more of an after thought. I think Vienna will be well served/positioned if they significantly move their application on to the mobile platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are focused on developing industry specific product to cater to 100's of clients on the Vienna platform.
