It's been a huge pain

What do you like best?

Support of different payment gateways is not bad.

What do you dislike?

Extreme lack of reporting tools, web console is clunky, limited, buggy, and ugly. I also find the subscriptions / billing models annoying to work with, requires well thought out design on client end, and changing anything is difficult.

Finding out why API calls fail generally requires a ticket to their support to look into the matter.

Sandbox is unstable which has been the source of a LOT of pain for us, errors randomly pop up with zero changes from our end. Prod is more stable (as it should be), but not being able to reliably test changes has been a huge drain of QA and developer time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Strongly consider Zoura or Stripe first.

What do you like best?

Compare to other payment methods I have been integrating, Vindicia was good balance between, the payment method provider who knew what they are into and fast/effective support.

What do you dislike?

There were hoops to jump through, and some tests can not be performed in some env etc. but that is part of life with credit card payment providers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Needed to provide credit card payment method where our system had lot of concepts implemented in our own way. It provided better security.
