VinTank has become the central hub of all my wineries social data. I can find all conversations happening across the web, assess my competitors, analyze data trends, engage my consumers, segment my customers, and geo-target and profile-target potential new customers. Their platform is a comprehensive tool that I think all aspects of the hospitality industry should use to have the best social CRM possible.
What do you dislike?
The one thing that I wish they had was full Google+ integration. I am assuming that will come if Google ever decides to release their API.

I highly recommend giving VinTank a test drive. It is easy to set up and the team is highly responsive and willing to train. If you own a winery or restaurant and you are looking for the next step in growing your business in the digital space, VinTank is a tool you can not pass up.

VinTank is a social CRM tool. I am able to acquire, maintain, service and segment all my social and winery consumers comprehensively. By doing so, I have realized the huge value in social CRM and consumer engagement while outlining a more comprehensive social strategy outside of contest and promotions.
