"Pretty Good UX experience "

What do you like best?

I liked ease of use- very user-friendly and easy to maneuver.

hard to determine purpose at first glance

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am realizing we need to communicate better internally as an agency, and we are working towards solving that through open lines of communication and more active participation in company-wide town hall events
