What do you like best?
How quickly they got into contact with us once ewe showed we were interested in what they had to offer. set up was a breeze and they tailored to our every need and made it very personable.
What do you dislike?
Once we had launched, they were a little hit and miss on getting back with us or fixing or answering any questions bringing me to fix things a lot on my own but it was easy enough for me to fix thank goodness
Recommendations to others considering the product
beware of customer service after initial setup and with that ask more questions while setup is in play. even ones you think you may know or wont need to know
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
when a customer calls, they can get the right extension the fist time everytime and there is no more shuffling customers, venders, employees to the right line anymore. Causing more ease and flow in the office and we aren't dropping calls anymore and getting to everyone in an extremely timely fashion
