"thank you for calling________"

What do you like best?

How quickly they got into contact with us once ewe showed we were interested in what they had to offer. set up was a breeze and they tailored to our every need and made it very personable.

What do you dislike?

Once we had launched, they were a little hit and miss on getting back with us or fixing or answering any questions bringing me to fix things a lot on my own but it was easy enough for me to fix thank goodness

Recommendations to others considering the product

beware of customer service after initial setup and with that ask more questions while setup is in play. even ones you think you may know or wont need to know

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

when a customer calls, they can get the right extension the fist time everytime and there is no more shuffling customers, venders, employees to the right line anymore. Causing more ease and flow in the office and we aren't dropping calls anymore and getting to everyone in an extremely timely fashion

"VirtualLogger is used to remotely monitor users desktop pc and record their screen"

What do you like best?

We recently upgraded our call center and worked with VirtualLogger to ensure system compatibility, to monitor and record calls, as well as recording the screen of the worker and archiving that information if an event needs to be reviewed. VirtualLogger combines the tedious task of synchronizing a recorded call with what the user sees on their screen.

What do you dislike?

Some team members dislike the idea that their screens are recorded, but for a manager it makes life much easier to resolve any issues that may have arisen during the call.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to track and record calls as they come in from our customers. This software package automates the recording process along with the archiving.

"I like that it records the screens"

What do you like best?

Virtual Logger combines the tedious task of synchronizing a recorded call with what the user sees on their screen.

What do you dislike?

Some team members dislike the idea that their screens are recorded, but for a manager it makes life much easier to resolve any issues that may have arisen during the call. Also better customer service would be helpful.
