"Great Partner. Really knows their stuff."

What do you like best?

We have been working with VL for about 4+ years now and from day 1 the attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge by their team has been remarkable. For some companies like mine, the behind the scenes are just as, if not more important, than some of the front-end that most people see and VL just makes us better.

If it wasn't for VL's know-how I don't think we would be where we are today from an integration and customer service standpoint. We have used VL for everything from linking to our warehouses, Amazon (and other third-parties), to integrating with our homegrown e-commerce platform and on a larger scale, connecting to/from our ERP system.

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't go as far as to say we have anything that we dislike, but given VL's talents, their team is in constant demand and their response times can be a bit delayed. That said, sometimes they are lightning fast and sometimes they are really slow - but in the end, they always come through.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For sure. You will get everything you need and more.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to ensure we have real-time and accurate inventory levels, ship details, customer data and in general that all our electronic data can move and integrate seamlessly.

"The VL team is experienced & finds solutions to hard problems"

What do you like best?

I do not need to worry about repeating requirement or business rule detail. The VL team is experienced, finds solutions to hard problems, gathers the detail they need, and executes their solutions carefully. They are always responsive and make themselves available when needed.

What do you dislike?

A larger team may help them deliver faster; but this isn't a big concern as quality is more important to us than speed for our needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Multiple marketplace integrations from our ERP system (product listings, stock and price management, order management, shipping management). The VL team has been pivotal in dramatically increasing our Amazon listings count (and sales) and improving reliable data transfers via API's which has resulted in better Amazon ranking. The VL team has also provided solutions to a new marketplace (Best Buy), which required first-time and early-adopter solutions.

"Highly Adaptable Integration Services!"

What do you like best?

The team at VL take the time to learn about the integration needs for your business and are usually available to make any quick fixes/changes. They are experienced and creative when it comes to solving your integration problems.

What do you dislike?

I would recommend for them to grow the team so that support is more readily available.

Be sure to reach out and see if they have the means to meet your needs - would highly recommend at least considering VL OMNI.

They help us integrate order data so that exporting/importing information is a thing of the past. It speeds up the process of order fulfillment and saves us an invaluable amount of time.

"Great Product!"

What do you like best?

EVERYTHING IS GOOD SO FAR. WE LIKE THE WAY IT'S GOING. SO, WE DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINS AS OF YET. THE WAY IT'S TRANSFERRING DATA TO BLUELINK IS PERFECT.

What do you dislike?

Every once in a while there will be a hiccup with systems exchanging data but each time it has been found that it was the fault of the systems and not VL Omni's setup. Each issue has been addressed and fixed promptly so I really don't have anything bad to say.

Make sure you are well organized
