client support was atrocious. They were unresponsive and inneffective.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Beware. Client service was non-existent. When our system crashed, we ended up with more than 180 "tickets" to solve various problems. None of them got us anywhere
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were using them for project management, billing, time-tracking etc. We are a consultancy with global clients, and needed a cloud-based solution to tie it all together. We were told that this was it, but have had to fire them.
