"Vroozi is Business Transformation Software"

What do you like best?

Vroozi empowers an end user to order products and services from their mobile phone or iPad. Approvers can approve or decline a purchase order in seconds on their phone or iPad with budget visibility..

Integration purchase orders, product receiving and AP teams for a true three way match. Most importantly, invoices go into a Vroozi "hopper", and no longer are the responsibility of the location team.

Requestors across the country have local catalogs that only they can see and national punch out catalogs for the entire team. Users in Florida dont have to sift through catalogs that dont pertain to them. This really speeds up the ordering process.

Administrating is simple and doesnt require IT or other teams to add users, suppliers or catalogs, everything can be done by a purchasing clerk or other team members.

What do you dislike?

i wouldnt say i dislike anything, there are improvements that we have requested, and the Vroozi team listens and replies quickly. The team is really very open to make changes with each new month showing leaps forward in usability.

If you are looking for a easy to use procurement solution with a great support team, Vroozi should be your first choice.

This is business transformation, the company has never had a purchasing system or purchasing department. Orders for products and services came in from all over, invoices were submitted for approval, after the goods/services were already received, management and finance had no insight to projected spend, this put a strain on cashflow.

"Very easy to hget started with and easier with continued use"

What do you like best?

Cross platform accessibility allow me to log on and review purchases where ever I am. This is very helpful to me when tracking down orders for our team.

What do you dislike?

The initial set up was s bit confusing and I needed to go back and forth between screens and there is an order but its not clear what elements are needed first.

Recommendations to others considering the product

To truly get multiple platform support from a product you need to at least test this out.. Easy, Simple, Quick - and then you're hooked.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I ma trying to consolidate my purchases to a single process for many of my clients. I no longer need to develop and maintain multiple systems to satisfy my needs - a one stop solution is very cost effective and allows me more time to focus on business strategies instead of chasing issues.

"Easy, but basic purchasing platform"

What do you like best?

Drop down menus for most categories, easy 1-page form for PO creation, hierarchy setting for order approval is also easy to use and perfect for larger businesses. Interfaces with larger login system allowing automatic login capabilities.

What do you dislike?

Ordering as a typical approver is difficult; home screen is not user friendly for anything up approving. Adding new vendors can be an arduous task, and there are several redundant fields that could be pre-populated with account information already in place. Poor mobile interfacing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The system was a replacement for a system already in place that created a multiple step ordering protocol in order to create gatekeepers. Vroozi does the same, however several parts - such as adding vendors - is more difficult. Benefits have stayed relatively level - we continue to have gatekeeper activities, we can run usage trend reports, and can stop inappropriate orders.

"Procurement Problems Solved"

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to implement which promotes user adoption. In working with the company I have found them to be knowledgeable about their product and extremely helpful.

What do you dislike?

I honestly do not have any dislikes at this time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking for a platform that can integrate with vendors, and also offers ease of updating catalogs, this system is the answer. I recommend offering an initial training session along with an additional training session to help ensure a smooth transition. Change is not always easy, especially with systems. The more comfortable the users feel the better the implementation and adoption will be.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Previously, to submit an order, each requester needed to manually add a line item. Once the requests were approved, the requesters needed to communicate directly with vendors to complete the process. The communities and Watermark’s purchasing department were required to spend a lot of time managing the procurement process. Vroozi has removed this extra task by interfacing with the vendors directly. Through Vroozi, we’re now able to run a variety of informative reports, closely examine details and scrutinize spending to easily determine if communities are fully leveraging the negotiated pricing opportunities. With this information we’re able to calculate accurate cost-per-resident day information across all product categories to create benchmarks for further improvement

What do you like best?

The Vroozi platform is easy to use, it has allowed to expand our catalog offerings to our internal users.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. The system is well designed and useful changes have been released since our go-live.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our business need to get increase catalog offerings. Our previous catalog system was difficult to set-up and maintain, causing expansion to be difficult. The Vroozi catalog system is easy to use, and allow Vendors to maintain their own catalogs. We have an number preferred vendors offering catalog items to our users, with preferred pricing.

Vroozi has taken the principles of an online marketplace and built in the required permissions and workflows to support seamless purchasing and procurement.
