Amazing experience with Webengage

What do you like best?

Creation of customer journey to automate all your communication with customers. Technical and support staff is very helpful

What do you dislike?

Analytics is not detailed compared to Google Analytics

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Webengage as a marketing automation platform. We are using it for customer communication and engagement through sending push notification, In App notification. The major benefit of this platform is that you can automate the process through customer journey.

Web Engage provided a great way think about automated visual marketing.

What do you like best?

The customizability. I appreciated that Web Engage allowed me to build out an approach that was specific to my needs.

What do you dislike?

The interface at times felt a bit confusing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

How to digitally breakthrough to our audience without being unabashedly in their face. Web Engage has helped me identify ways to achieve that.
