"Weblink Connect"

What do you like best?

The format is easy to use and laid out a lot more "user-friendly" now! Moving to a web based program had given Weblink two thumbs up in my book.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that you can't just upload a photo to use in "general settings". You have to upload to Weblink Content first to have a URL to post a photo. There should be an option to just upload a photo for that particular event description.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Moving to a web-based program has increased the ability to use WebLink anywhere! It allows our Membership Team to access our database no matter where they are, I can process payments and registrations with ease at the door and the level of excellent customer service of WebLink has definitely increased after being purchased by MemberClicks. All positive changes and in the right direction!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to sort membership by tiers, keeping events looking streamlined (by being able to "copy" an event to reuse, has been invaluable to giving our brand the recognized look we are looking for.

"Weblink in the Workplace"

What do you like best?

Weblink is an excellent CMR program. I enjoy being able to efficiently find customers and gather details on their business quickly.

What do you dislike?

I wish weblink offered a cleaner interface.

Take advantage of the tutorials on their website when you first start using Weblink!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With weblink we are connecting to members for all of our programs, providing member to member connections, and following up with potential members. It is a universal database that all of our employees can access and utilize regardless of what facet of the company they deal with.

"Frustrating."

What do you like best?

It IS association management software (AMS for those not in the association world)... so it does provide some value. CRM, financial data, event management.

What do you dislike?

The product is archaic - they made a very late and a very slow transition to a cloud-based product, but most of the features (still outdated features, but useful nonetheless) are still only accessible in the desktop-based (!) software.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There is no reason for anyone to consider WebLink Connect. It is not a player in the current AMS game.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work for an association and that is WebLink's only market. The idea is to have most of the tools for association management at your fingertips (website content; event management; CRM/member management; invoicing and reporting; committee management) however the product has not seen much evolution at all since our association started using it in 2008.

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED "

What do you like best?

I love that this can be used through a mobile app. I am able to log in through my iphone when needed. I am able to receive all my companies info as far as events and our financial management.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that we are paying per user per month for the service. When using the mobile app it tends to run slower than using it through the computer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend using this software. There customer service and sales team were awesome.And they have made the website and weblinks very easy to use and understand.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is benefiting our business because we now have the ability to report to and from all departments it saves us time. We are able to put company information to ensure everybody is on the same page for the business.

"WebLinks Software"

What do you like best?

Ease of use and good for beginners, explains everything in depth, stellar software for beginners in the field.

What do you dislike?

Not really much to dislike/comment on disliking. Such an easy to use software.

If you are looking to improve communication within your company, go with this product!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving business efficiency and communication - this makes it easier to communicate between staff. Email feature is also really great!

"Customer Service lacks but does the job "

I like that you can chat with someone at any time via support.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that you cannot call someone on the phone.

"Very convenient "

You can set up events and send reminders to people

It is great for beginners and has event management as well so you can set up events and send to others so they do not forget. It is very time saving too

"Not as User Friendly as it Should be"

What do you like best?

Easy to find contacts, easy to add information

What do you dislike?

Reports are not user friendly, not tickler button, category names could be clearer

Chamber of Commerce inputs for sales and every other department. Benefits are that it links up to our website and the event portal is very user friendly;

"Wonderful for Event Registration"

What do you like best?

Allows easy access and registration to events.

What do you dislike?

Conversion from SBA was tricky and time consuming.

"Extemely slow"

What do you like best?

I like that you can customize information.

What do you dislike?

It is extremely slow! You have to wait so long for information to load. It is also hard to look at multiple categories of information at the same time.

You can add and customize the way you sort and track information.

"Membership management software "

What do you like best?

User friendly. Like the reporting feature.

It is going to cost a lot. Feels like bait and switch

I love the reporting feature. The ability to report from all departments and being able to create a custom report has saved a TON of time
