Once we migrated away from our in-house server product to Webroot's cloud service I feel like management and maintenance is light years from where we used to be.
The ease of install is notable. It only takes seconds. And the performance of the computer isn't degraded the same way as other products we've used. Webroot even runs alongside those other solutions if you want to leave them installed ... but I wouldn't simply because of the performance boost you'll get by un-installing them.
We have about 100 Macs which are running Webroot. The management side of Webroot isn't as robust when running on a Mac, but It's not really an issue... just an FYI.
Webroot is a breeze to install. Getting used to the management interface takes a little time, but nothing at all out of the ordinary.
Our old security product wasn't catching malware nearly as well as what we needed, and sometimes it would stop communicating back to the server. So the IT staff was spending time every week tracking down a user or two and working to get the security software working again.
We have only had to do that once since we moved to Webroot.
