The ease of set-up, the lack of needing to call and reserve a conference line, etc.
What do you dislike?
It could be somewhat less expensive. I find myself spending around 300 - 400 a month for several weekly WIP calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It is s great tool, especially if you have multiple call initiators as well as clients / staff in multiple areas. I would go ahead and order more cards and numbers than you think you need, at no charge, JUST IN CASE you need more numbers
