What do you like best?
Wordbee is a highly versatile tool. It is a TMS, file preparation tool, CAT editor all in once and makes invoicing and cost control easier as well. One of the best functions for me is the possibility to customize filters for different file formats to be able to handle most of the XML-based files my clients tend to send me. The cloud editor enables me to keep track of changes in the editor and invite my clients to make their revisions in my tool. Thus my TMs are always up-to-date. The Wordbee support reacts to my requests and gives helpful advice. The platform is constantly being developed and improved without me having to install a new version every year (plus plug-ins).
What do you dislike?
As Wordbee is a highly versatile tool the initial set-up can take a while to customize it to your needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Wordbee can be wonderfull tool if you put the time and effort into really trying to understand how it works. Don't expect immediate results as setting up the platform according to your needs can take a while. But it's worth it.
