Good for mobile workers but not very flexible

What do you like best?

You can have employees clock in and out via a phone system that you designate which numbers are allowed to call in from. Also effectively schedule and manage vacation / personal time between users.

What do you dislike?

System does not always work as intended. Sometimes employees register double (or on-existent) punches when using the phone or webclock, which automatically creates an exception that a manager has to fix manually. If you are managing a large team where everyone clocks in/out four times a day these little glitches really add up and become cumbersome.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is a decent enough solution for time tracking and worker management but by no means the first one I'd go with all other things being equal.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Employees are able to accurately project how much vacation they will have even if it has not yet been accrued and plan accordingly.

WorkForce works well

What do you like best?

The menus are very simple and easy to understand

What do you dislike?

When errors are made it is too difficult to edits and update before submission

A little difficult to navigate

What do you like best?

I love being able to manually adjust things by directly clicking onto my schedule.

What do you dislike?

It's not super well organized or intuitive so I often have to spend a few minutes to find what I'm looking for, or I'll need to reference my training materials to figure out how to do things.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It keeps things fairly centralized and accessible compared to other similar software.

Could be better... Could be worse

What do you like best?

The system easily denotes possible errors in each submission with colored indicators, making a clear visual of issues within time sheets being submitted/reviewed.

What do you dislike?

The system is a bit archaic and there are definite areas of improvement in design. Functionally, it gets the job done, though.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am the designated approver for over 40 employees, paid bimonthly, and the ease in viewing errors makes my job much more simple.

New use for WorkForce

What do you like best?

Our company just started using it and I'm slightly confused even after training. It's nice that self-corrections can be made but I'm still leery of how efficient this will be.

What do you dislike?

The UX and design is a little bit confusing. I don't find it very intuitive, although it doesn't need to be but it's definitely taking a while to understand.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Accountability and business/employee schedule predictions.

Very good Time & Attendance Application

What do you like best?

The ease of use of the web clock to log your times on arrival and departure.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of any at the moment since this application performs its functions well.
