You can have employees clock in and out via a phone system that you designate which numbers are allowed to call in from. Also effectively schedule and manage vacation / personal time between users.
What do you dislike?
System does not always work as intended. Sometimes employees register double (or on-existent) punches when using the phone or webclock, which automatically creates an exception that a manager has to fix manually. If you are managing a large team where everyone clocks in/out four times a day these little glitches really add up and become cumbersome.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It is a decent enough solution for time tracking and worker management but by no means the first one I'd go with all other things being equal.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Employees are able to accurately project how much vacation they will have even if it has not yet been accrued and plan accordingly.
