"Good for mobile workers but not very flexible"

What do you like best?

You can have employees clock in and out via a phone system that you designate which numbers are allowed to call in from. Also effectively schedule and manage vacation / personal time between users.

What do you dislike?

System does not always work as intended. Sometimes employees register double (or on-existent) punches when using the phone or webclock, which automatically creates an exception that a manager has to fix manually. If you are managing a large team where everyone clocks in/out four times a day these little glitches really add up and become cumbersome.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is a decent enough solution for time tracking and worker management but by no means the first one I'd go with all other things being equal.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Employees are able to accurately project how much vacation they will have even if it has not yet been accrued and plan accordingly.

"User friendly "

What do you like best?

Workforce is very easy to use and is self explanatory. It breaks down your work time for the week before submitting your time sheet. It is also easy to spot a time exception, and easy to fix (for management)

What do you dislike?

You have to go to through multiple screens to enter a new time off request-- I wish it was streamlined a little better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's a great tool, highly recommended.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's easy to see upcoming time off requests from employees (management only function), which makes it easier to assess the needs of the business for scheduling. By being able to see everyone's time off requests, we are able to spot the "holes" in the schedule that need to be filled ahead of time.

"WorkForce works well"

What do you like best?

The menus are very simple and easy to understand

When errors are made it is too difficult to edits and update before submission

"A little difficult to navigate"

What do you like best?

I love being able to manually adjust things by directly clicking onto my schedule.

What do you dislike?

It's not super well organized or intuitive so I often have to spend a few minutes to find what I'm looking for, or I'll need to reference my training materials to figure out how to do things.

It keeps things fairly centralized and accessible compared to other similar software.

"Could be better... Could be worse"

What do you like best?

The system easily denotes possible errors in each submission with colored indicators, making a clear visual of issues within time sheets being submitted/reviewed.

What do you dislike?

The system is a bit archaic and there are definite areas of improvement in design. Functionally, it gets the job done, though.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am the designated approver for over 40 employees, paid bimonthly, and the ease in viewing errors makes my job much more simple.

"New use for WorkForce"

What do you like best?

Our company just started using it and I'm slightly confused even after training. It's nice that self-corrections can be made but I'm still leery of how efficient this will be.

What do you dislike?

The UX and design is a little bit confusing. I don't find it very intuitive, although it doesn't need to be but it's definitely taking a while to understand.

Accountability and business/employee schedule predictions.

"EmpCenter"

What do you like best?

I like that empcenter allows you to add your time if you miss a punch

What do you dislike?

The latency it sometimes have does cause a delay in clocking in and/or out.

I would recommend EmpCenter

"Good user interface, easy to use"

What do you like best?

The software makes my life easier though the sync ability, it automatically updates!

What do you dislike?

Occasionally it is slow to load and encounters bugs after updates, but these are usually fixed shortly after

Scheduling conflicts are no longer as much of a problem

Easy to use as a beginner platform for workforce data

Did not have any true dislikes, however didn't use as often as others on staff.

"Very good Time & Attendance Application"

What do you like best?

The ease of use of the web clock to log your times on arrival and departure.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of any at the moment since this application performs its functions well.

"Works smoothly"

What do you like best?

I love how fast the system runs it is great and always seen to keep it running with new updates which never fail. Super excellent system

Nothing its all fantastic i wouldnt change a thing
