I find the Wunderlist software to be very useful as it makes it very easy to create todo lists. It only takes a few seconds to enter a task.
Once a task has been entered, the software gives you a wide range of useful actions for the task such as the ability to set a reminder or attach a file. Being able to attach files is very convenient. I often take photos of little bits of paper (e.g. receipts, notes) and attach them to the todo. That way, I can throw away the paper and stay perfectly organised. The Wunderlist software even links to Dropbox which allows for easier file attaching.
With the Wunderlist software, you can even enter your todos via voice (e.g. speaking them), which again is very convenient. I use this feature all the time to quickly add my todos.
You can keep your todos organised by group which stops them from getting out of control. There are also tools to sort them by date or name.
Another really good function is the search. It is very accurate and always shows me what I want as the top result. The search is very good for going through past todos. If used regularly, the Wunderlist software can act as a searchable archive of your memory as it will keep track of every task you have done!
There are other tools such as the ability to send lists via email or to share them. These features aren’t much use to me, as I prefer to keep my todos separate from email. But I can see how they would be useful for people who always have their email open.
The Wunderlist software works on all platforms: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and via the web. It doesn’t matter which version you open: The software is always fast and easy to use.
The Wunderlist software also includes beautiful landscape photos as background for your todos. Many of these are stunning to behold and they actually make you look forward to seeing all your tasks!
I use this software in two ways:
1. To keep all my tasks organised (and include notes and attachments for them).
2. To search through past tasks, which is very useful for recalling events from long ago.
It is indispensable to my business. It allows me to always stay perfectly organised!
