The tool is easy to use and customize. I embedded the ticketing widget in my event website so people will not be redirected to an external website. I customized emails and invoices with my contents and company logo. Xing support helped me to customize the entire workflow of the purchasing process with our business requirements. It was also the only solution that was able to manage the italian VAT properly (it is a bit complicated).
What do you dislike?
The field to insert a discount code is not very simple to see (it is below the list of tickets) and I could't have the possibility to move it and make it more visible. So I had some problems with some attendees that did not see it and acquired the ticket at a higher price (We had to reimburse the difference).
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were able to sell the conference tickets online implementing a simple process. The costs were covered by the revenues earned.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
