It is very easy to set up and easy to use and it's free of charge for general admission events we make a dollar and a half per ticket profit as a convenience fee and still are much lower than all of the competitors
What do you dislike?
The most difficult problem is there is no telephone support everything is email or chat over the internet that's what we dislike the most but it's well worth it compared to the fees that other companies charge

It's wonderful software our only drawback is that it doesn't have a map where the people go to for the show
