The software is very easy to configure. It has proven abilities to produce many different type of texts, not only text but even conversation with customers. We were able to reduce our phone calls by answering directly on the web very specific questions with Yseop software.
Yseop software can produce all sort of texts, using you own business rules. We specified these rules in dedicated workshops. It even helped us to precise our rules. Then we configured dialog rules, which enabled the software to deliver very specific support informations to our customers.
Yseop is also able to help our own employees : you can use the same knowledge base to do both. This way, your employees can provide the same answers that your customers will find on their website or app. So you win on every step : you reduce calls, increase productivity, improve customers and employees satisfaction.
What do you dislike?
Could be a little easier to configure with friendly UX. Consultants hesitated at first on the methodology to implement the software. We had to plug Yseop system with our legacy system. Even if Yseop IT engineers were helpful, you have to think about your own IT capability to afford acess to datas of your company...
