The Zeamster technology allowed for us as an ISO to leverage the Zeamster development team to assist in creating an integration specific to my company. This integration and others have put us in a situation of increased sales and newly found opportunity to get more merchant processing accounts through the technology channel.
In addition, the company is very agile and available for us to speak to whenever we have a potential POS/ISV that is interested in working with us. They will also move items up on their list from a enhancement perspective provided we have a good business case.
What do you dislike?
I would love if the product had the ability to tie into salesforce. I also hope they speed up the process of adding the "text message" feature for appointment setting.
Recommendations to others considering the product
The human element and relationship is what helps the process. Other products involve sending a developer to an API page but not knowing how it can help the business is tough.
Zeamster does a good job of assisting in the process.
