What do you like best?
Zenput is extremely easy to use. The form creation takes minutes and is deployed to the user's phone immediately after it is saved. There are a multitude of options that you can use to see and evaluate the forms as they are submitted. They offer downloads and an API for data access if you want to feed the data to your database.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints with Zenput. Phone apps have some issues because there are so many different phones and os versions. We had a few very old phones that had a little problem running the app. But we were able to find work around with the help of Zenput support.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed to have technicians report on work they completed across the USA. There were many technicians at multiple companies doing the work. Each form submitted had 20 plus data fields and 12 photos. We received over 10K forms by the time the project was over. All told, we received over 100K photos. When the project was started, we had no idea how we could keep track and organize all the information and photos. With Zenputs the project was a total success in a very short amount of time. We could use the Zenput web site to look at the results and we also linked the forms to our existing database allowing users to look at the Zenput information directly from our user screens.
