What do you like best?
The major advantage of Zoho CRM is that you can integrate it with other Zoho programs in order to manage your customers in a more proper way. In my case, for example, I integrate it with Zoho Desk and Zoho Invoice, so I can check all the incidents we have had with certain client or do and invoice for him more quicker than before, when we had these programs separated and we had to check manually every one. Strictly speaking about Zoho CRM I would say that is very well structured, making so easy to use it, so intuitive. It helps you having your customers organized along with their emails, phones, etc. So you can contact them easily. You can also make newletters and other interesting stuff.
What do you dislike?
In my opinion, CRM loses a lot when used all alone. I have already said that the major advantage is to integrate it with other Zoho programs, so when you use only CRM I can't evade thinking that maybe it isn't that much necessary. Despite being so helpful with regarding to customer organization, I think that it offers not that much more than what you could have with good (advanced) Excel skills or organization habits.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I recommend everyone to integrate CRM with other Zoho programs. It is an extra expense but it is worth it.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As I said, I have CRM integrated with Desk and Invoice. This saves us a lot of time since through CRM I can go directly to Invoice just to make an invoice or check the tickets from Desk attached to a certain customer. I can say that Zoho CRM has increased our business efficiency.
