What do you like best?
How quick it is to get up and running for subscriptions. It has a lot of integration options out of the box. You don't need to be super tech savvy to get the program launched. I also really like how email notifications can be sent out prior to the billing cycle as reminders. Which is especially nice for clients that are small businesses.
What do you dislike?
Kind of wish there was an open API right there but after talking with support I learned there are more integration options that require some tech savvy nerd help. I wish there was a Stripe ACH integration as well. Overall for the very low cost price that you pay you get a lot of features and benefits from it.
Recommendations to others considering the product
They have a free trial and version which makes it easy to test out while you are still learning about your options. They have free email support as well and a lot of documentation that often has screen shots so you can see where you need to go and do what is needed to customize around your business.

I'm using Zoho Subscriptions for a few different things, but mainly I sell a software as a service (SaaS). This allows me to remind customers of upcoming credit card charges before they are billed, as well as have a customer portal that they can add/edit card numbers so I don't have to. .
