"Allowed our Rentals to Charge Cards automatically"

What do you like best?

We struggled with keeping track of payments on our rental units, with Zoho Subscriptions that is one less thing we have to worry about. Zoho Subscriptions is a set it and forget it deal, once we input the user, the cc and the time frame for billing and amount, zoho always remembers to charge their card and sends us an email confirming the transaction.

What do you dislike?

I can't say there is much to dislike about this portion of Zoho, they have many modules which some lack the features we need, but with Subscriptions, it's there for one purpose and it works well.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a platform to manage the payments for our rentals, it saves me time from trying to remember who I need to charge when.

"A great choice for the small business, easy to launch."

What do you like best?

How quick it is to get up and running for subscriptions. It has a lot of integration options out of the box. You don't need to be super tech savvy to get the program launched. I also really like how email notifications can be sent out prior to the billing cycle as reminders. Which is especially nice for clients that are small businesses.

What do you dislike?

Kind of wish there was an open API right there but after talking with support I learned there are more integration options that require some tech savvy nerd help. I wish there was a Stripe ACH integration as well. Overall for the very low cost price that you pay you get a lot of features and benefits from it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They have a free trial and version which makes it easy to test out while you are still learning about your options. They have free email support as well and a lot of documentation that often has screen shots so you can see where you need to go and do what is needed to customize around your business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm using Zoho Subscriptions for a few different things, but mainly I sell a software as a service (SaaS). This allows me to remind customers of upcoming credit card charges before they are billed, as well as have a customer portal that they can add/edit card numbers so I don't have to. .

"Great solution to receive recurrent payments"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, easy to integrate with Paypal, and other transactional services for Credit cards procesing.

What do you dislike?

You will need other Zoho tools, like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Inventory, etc...

Check all the Zoho products, you will need the CRM and the Books to manage most of the requirements of average business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A dashboard to integrate CRM customer list and montly charges, in a very easy way to manage and have automated this collection proces.

"Easy and inexpensive system for recurring billing management"

What do you like best?

If you use Zoho products, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, the seamless integration with Zoho subscriptions is very easy.

What do you dislike?

Lacking some customization features and metrics don't always seem to update correctly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is an easy way to manage our recurring billing business. We have been able to scale up from 0 to almost 500 customers easily.

What do you like best?

I like that Zoho Subscriptions integrates with PayPal for recurring payments.

It takes a little bit of time to learn how to set everything up.

What do you like best?

Easy visibility of tasks in order of due date

No task dependency - would like some sort of notification when a dependent task is complete so it's clear that your task is ready to be worked on.
